ARRANJO PRODUTIVO LOCAL DO AGRONEGÓCIO LEITE

O presente trabalho teve por objetivo analisar as atividades que envolvem o processo de inovação tecnológica no arranjo produtivo local do agronegócio leite em Rondônia, especificamente na região de Rolim de Moura. Em um primeiro momento, analisou-se a inovação tecnológica com base em dados secundários. Posteriormente, realizou-se uma pesquisa de campo na região do município de Rolim de Moura, que faz parte do território do APL, com o intuito de investigar as atividades presentes nas relações entre as firmas do arranjo, parte importante na geração de capacidade inovativa das empresas. Verificou-se que as indústrias de laticínios da região mantêm com seus produtores rurais acordos formais e informais, em que estes concordam em trabalhar cooperativamente, e mantendo sua autonomia de gestão. Essa característica é também identificada nas relações estabelecidas entre os laticínios e a distribuição em varejo, em que as ações mantidas por eles não estão sendo gerenciadas somente com as regras de mercado, como também, não há práticas estratégicas de integração vertical por parte destes. Ressaltamos que as inovações, na sua grande maioria, visam atender normas para a produção, armazenamento, transporte, comercialização e distribuição de produtos, instituídas principalmente pelo Ministério da Agricultura, entre outros.-------------------------------------------This study aimed to examine the activities involving the process of technological innovation in local productive arrangement of agribusiness milk in Maryland, specifically in the region of Rolim de Moura. At first, looked up technological innovation based on secondary data. Later, held up a search of field in the municipality of Rolim de Moura, which is part of the territory of APL, with the aim of investigating the activities present in the relations between the firms of arrangement, an important part in the generation of innovative capacity of companies. It was found that the industries of the region's dairy farmers have with their formal and informal agreements, in which they agree to work cooperatively in maintaining their independence from management. This feature is also identified in the relations established between the dairy and distribution in retail, where the shares held by them are not only managed with the rules of the market, but there is no practical strategic vertical integration by these. COMPONENTES NO CONTEXTO DO AGRONEGÓCIO CAFÉ EM RONDÔNIA: ABORDAGEM DAS CARACTERÍSTICAS BÁSICAS

Este artigo analisa o sistema agroindustrial (SAG) do café em Rondônia como um relevante segmento que gera emprego e renda, riqueza e divisas para o Estado e para os diversos setores da atividade econômica e, que contribui de forma efetiva para o desenvolvimento sócio-econômico local. Examinam-se as principais características relacionadas desde a participação efetiva de instituições de assistência técnica e científica na orientação e apoio ao desenvolvimento do setor cafeeiro até a abordagem de algumas alternativas para o seu cultivo e manejo que, representam oportunidades no agronegócio café, com o fito de analisar e destacar a sua importância para o desenvolvimento sócio-econômico do Estado. Para isso, utiliza-se de uma pesquisa exploratória baseada na revisão da literatura existente acerca do tema em comento. Os resultados mostram que o envolvimento de instituições de assistência técnica e científica com os diversos elos do agronegócio café apresenta-se como diferencial estratégico competitivo para a região Amazônica. Também indicam a necessidade da criação e manutenção de associações e cooperativas, da definição de políticas públicas para o setor e da disponibilização de tecnologias adequadas aos produtores para a sustentabilidade da agricultura familiar no Estado e para superar as dificuldades de comercialização.---------------------------------------------------------- --This paper analyzes the coffee agriindustry system in Rondônia as an important segment that generates employment and income, wealth and foreign currency for the State and for the various sectors of economic activity, and which contributes effectively to the socio-economic local development. It examines the main features related since the effective participation of technical and scientific institutions assistance in guiding and supporting the development of the coffee sector until the approach of some alternatives to its culture and management that represent opportunities in coffee agribusiness, with the objective to analyze and highlight its importance for the socio-economic development of the state. For that, it is used an exploratory research based on review of the existing literature on the subject. The results show that the involvement of technical and scientific institutions assistance to the various link of coffee agribusiness it is presented as strategic competitive differential for the Amazon region. CASCUDINHO E FRANGOS DE CORTE: INFLUÊNCIA NO DESEMPENHO PONDERAL

Agribusiness has been one of the main activities of the Brazilian agroeconomy and poultry farming has been highlighted both in the domestic and foreign markets. In this scenario, Brazil occupies the place of the largest exporter of broilers meat nowadays and tends to remain in this position. Among the interfering factors can be mentioned the presence of the insect Alphitobius diaperinus, popularly known as beetle. This study aimed to evaluate the interference of mealworms on the weight development of broilers raised as a traditional poultry farm in screened sheds, in a completely randomized design and analysis of variance, using the F test at 5% probability on a property in the municipality of Rolim de Moura – RO, from May to July 2021. Thirty male and female chicks, acquired at one day old, from the RO 95 lineage, were evaluated. The broilers were identified with colors in the medial region of the wings and separated into two groups, with and without the presence of the insect. Live weight was evaluated weekly. Significance was only obtained in the first week of raising the birds for the group that had the presence of insects, which disappeared during the experiment.El agronegocio ha sido una de las principales actividades de la agroeconomía brasileña y la avicultura se ha destacado tanto en el mercado interno como en el externo. En ese escenario, Brasil ocupa el lugar de mayor exportador de carne de pollo en la actualidad y tiende a permanecer en esa posición. Entre los factores de interferencia se puede mencionar la presencia del insecto Alphitobius diaperinus, conocido popularmente como escarabajo. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar la interferencia de los gusanos de la harina en el desarrollo de peso de pollos de engorde criados en una granja avícola tradicional en galpones de malla, en un diseño completamente al azar y análisis de varianza, utilizando la prueba F al 5% de probabilidad en una propiedad en el municipio de Rolim de Moura – RO, de mayo a julio de 2021. Se evaluaron 30 pollitos machos y hembras, adquiridos al día de vida, del linaje RO 95. Las aves fueron identificadas con colores en la región medial de las alas y separadas en dos grupos, con y sin la presencia del insecto. El peso vivo se evaluó semanalmente. Solo se obtuvo significación en la primera semana de crianza de las aves para el grupo que tuvo presencia de insectos, los cuales desaparecieron durante el experimento.O agronegócio vem sendo uma das principais atividades da agroeconomia brasileira e a avicultura se destacando tanto no mercado interno como externo. E este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a interferência dos cascudinhos sobre o desenvolvimento ponderal de frangos de corte criados como avicultura tradicional em galpões telados, em delineamento inteiramente casualizado e análise de variância, pelo teste F a 5% de probabilidade em uma propriedade no município de Rolim de Moura – RO, durante os meses de maio a julho de 2021. Foram avaliados 30 pintainhos machos e fêmeas, adquiridos com um dia de vida, da linhagem RO 95. As aves foram identificadas com cores na região medial das asas e separadas em dois grupos, com e sem a presença do inseto. O peso vivo foi avaliado semanalmente. Obteve-se significância apenas na primeira semana de criação das aves para o grupo que tinha a presença dos inseto, que desapareceram no decorrer do experimento
