Automation of the process of cell counting in camera Goryaeva
This study describes the operation of the program, allowing automating the process of counting cells in Goryaeva chamber. The purpose of this study is to facilitate and improve the accuracy of laboratory analysis methods. Program is made in the software package MA TLAB Version 9.1. It can lead to significant time savings of counting cellsСтатья посвящена актуальной на сегодняшний день проблеме автоматизации трудоемких процессов, с целью облегчения и повышения точности выполнения. В данной статье описана работа программы, позволяющей автоматизировать процесс подсчета клеток в камере Горяева, что приводит к значительной экономии времен
THE STUDY OF THE ADAPTIVE REACTION OF THE YEAST CELLS TO THE ACTION OF IONIZED RADIATION
This work explores the effect of low-doses radiation. In particular, we have studied Adaptive response induced by low-dose radiation
COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS OF EPR-SPECTRA OF TEFLON-4 AND TEFLON-40
In this paper the prospects of using Teflon-40 as a detector for dosimetric EPR systems are discussed. Experimental data shows its increased radiation resistance compared to Teflon-4.Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ в рамках научного проекта № 20-38-90239
TEFLON-4 IN HIGH-DOSE EPR DOSIMETRY FOR ROUTINE MEASUREMENTS
In this work the possibility of using PTFE as a detector of dosimetric EPR-systems for control of radiation technologies is considered. A series of experimental results confirming the principal possibility of using PTFE-based detectors in high-dose dosimetry of ionizing radiation have been obtained.Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ в рамках научного проекта № 20-38-90239
RADIATION-INDUCED ADAPTIVE RESPONSE OF HELA CELLS AND DERMAL HUMAN FIBROBLAST
In the work, we investigate the adaptive response of Hela cells and dermal human fibroblast on exposure of LDR. The culture cells were irradiated on an Xstrahl 300, which produces X-rays with 200 keV energy. Studies have shown that adaptive response induced by Low-dose radiation (LDR) is manifested in DHF cells. LDR does not induce the radioadaptive response in tumoral Hela cells. We have found an increase in the radiosensitivity to ionizing radiation in Hela cells
Study of Radiation-Induced Adaptation of Yeast Ceuus of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on Uong Time Intervaus
There was made the research of radiation-induced adaptation for the yeast culture of the strain Saccharomyces serevisiae. Yeast culture was contained in a nutrient medium and a cell’s counting was carried out by using a Goryaev camera. The radiation-induced adaptation was observed the increasing of half-lethal doses for cells that was adapted by using a 10 cGy dose. It was found there is a radiation-induced adaptive response that manifested in an increase in the half-lethal dose. The increasing is observed by acute irradiation in the dose range of 2-12 kGy for cells that were previously irradiated with an adaptive dose of 10cGy. It is shown that the change in radioresistant cells observed in the time interval between adapting and acute exposures 2 and 4 weeks. The adaptive response is not preserved for an 8-week interval. This work was performed with in a support of the Russian Science Foundation project [16-16-04038]
TEFLON EPR DETECTORS
A series of experimental results was obtained showing the possibility of using the domestic EPR / PTFE dosimetry system for routine dose measurements. Also was investigate signal fading electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) in PTFE detector
EPR SPECTROMETRY FOR FOOD RESEARCH
In this work, a qualitative analysis is carried out by EPR methods in the middle region. Processes occurring in a number of plant foods when exposed to various doses. Using the EPR method, it was found that the starting materials contain a small amount of steam, magnetic centers of free radicals
USE OF LOW DOSES OF IONIZING RADIATION FOR GROWTH AND STIMULATION
Ionizing radiation is one of the physical effects that biological objects are exposed to. A huge amount of experimental and observational material has been accumulated and shows that, the manifestation of hormesis is quite real under the influence of radiation
STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF IONIZING RADIATION ON THE PHYSICOCHEMICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF CIDER
It is planned to conduct a study of the effect of various doses of ionizing radiation by a stream of accelerated electrons on the physicochemical and microbiological parameters of ciders
