ETIKA BISNIS DAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP DALAM PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI BALI: DALAM PERSPEKTIF HINDU

 The Government of Bali focuses on accelerating development to improve peoples welfare. Regional economic development is an activity where local governments and communities manage existing resources and form partnerships between local governments and the private sector to create new jobs and stimulate the development of economic activities within the region, in support of economic business need to pay attention to the values ethics consistent with religious teachings. The inhabitants of Bali including its entrepreneurs are supporters of a culture that is imbued with religion. As a supporter of culture, their role is crucial in the growth and development of religious life, culture and the activity of economic development. The main pattern of Balinese development establishes the culture that complete the Hindu spirit as the basic capital of regional development. There are two interrelated things between business economics and ethics, business can not be separated by the social culture where ethics is implemented. Penduduk Bali termasuk para entrepreneurnya merupakan pendukung kebudayaan yang dijiwai oleh agama. Sebagai pendukung kebudayaan, peran mereka sangat menentukan dalam tumbuh dan berkembangnya kehidupan agama, kebudayaan maupun akititas pembangunan ekonomi. Pola pokok pembangunan Bali menetapkan kebudayaan yang bernafaskan spirit Hindu sebagai modal dasar pembangunan daerah. Ada dua hal yang saling terkait antara ekonomi bisnis dan etika, bisnis tak dapat dipisahkan dengan sosial budaya dimana etika diimplementasikan. Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Nasabah Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Desa Adat Mengening Kabupaten Badung

Forming a customer that is loyal with the products and service provided is one of the keys to winning market competition. The aim of this research is to know the effect of service quality on stratification and loyalty on Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Desa Adat Mengening, Badung Regency. Sample determination from 850 population respondents using Slovin Formula and defined 90 respondents by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The result of this research showed that the hypotheses are supported : (1) service quality has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, (2) service quality has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, (3) customer satisfaction has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, and (4) customer satisfaction has. positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is suggested to improve service quality so that customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the LPD Desa Adat Mengening will increase

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi Finansial dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

The level of absenteeism of the Denpasar District Attorney's office tends to be high. This was identified as the cause of the many assignments given not being completed on time. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership, financial compensation and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 55 respondents, namely employees from the Denpasar High Prosecutor's Office. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Simultaneously leadership, financial compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Denpasar District Attorney's Office. The magnitude of the influence of independent variables on employee performance is 92.5%. The suggestion that can be given to this researcher is that the Denpasar District Attorney's Office needs to create a good and controlled work system to further improve the performance of its employees

Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Adat Sebagai Penggerak Perekonomian Desa Lambing

This study aims to analyze the performance of Lambing Badung Regency customary microfinance institutions which are assessed from four perspectives, namely: (1) financial perspective, (2) customer perspective, (3) internal business process perspective, and (4) learning and growth perspective. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive study that explains the performance of customary microfinance institutions in 2017 - 2019. Data are collected using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews which are then analyzed using the balanced scorecard approach. This study found the fact that the performance of Lambing indigenous microfinance institutions based on four perspectives: (1) the overall finance is in the healthy category, (2) the overall customer is in a good category, (3) the internal business process is classified as efficient, and (4) learning and growth as a whole are in a good category. By having a good performance, this institution is expected to be more developed and of course, with the development of customary microfinance institutions, the economy in the area will also be increasingly stretched which can become a pillar driving the economy so that there is an acceleration of the welfare of rural communities

Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini literature review dengan menggunakan metode yang sistematis, eksplisit, dan berulang untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis hasil penelitian dan gagasan yang telah dihasilkan oleh peneliti dan praktisi dalam bentuk penjelasan atau pembahasan teori. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Wisata spiritual merupakan trend baru dalam pengembangan pariwisata yang berkualitas karena dapat membantu menata kehidupan sosial budaya dengan keunikan yang berbeda-beda sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan berusaha meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Peran Kepuasan Kerja Memediasi Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan PT. Lintas Mitra Anugerah Sejati Denpasar

Human resource is one of the most important factors in a company because of the effectiveness and success of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Job Satisfaction in Mediating Financial Compensation on Organizational Commitment to Employees of PT. Lintas Mitra Anugerah Sejati in Denpasar, which took a sample of 51 people. The test instrument used was the validity and reliability test with the path analysis technique and the Sobel test. The results of the analysis show that (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (4) job satisfaction mediates the effect. Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. To increase employee commitment, the company is expected to provide incentives according to the quality and quantity of work produced by employees in order to be able to encourage employees to be able to provide the best potential for the company. &nbsp

PEMBERDAYAAN PENGELOLA LEMBAGA EKONOMI KOMUNITAS ADAT MELALUI PENGUASAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DI DESA JUNGUT KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG, BALI

Village Credit Institutions are quite capable of accelerating the economy of traditional village manners to advance and make a significant contribution to village development. But in the midst of the frenzy of the era of digitalitation revolution 4.0 characterized by automation demanding a movement for renewal in the LPD in order to be able to compete with similar institutions. The fundamental problems of LPD that are most prominent are the capacity of Human Resources in terms of management, use of information technology, especially in the preparation of financial statements. In the digitalization era, every business actor must prepare himself to enter the 4.0 industrial revolution. For this reason, business actors are expected to maximize the use of information technology, one of which is in the preparation of financial statements. However, currently there are not many microfinance institutions that use information technology to carry out the recording of their financial statements. LPD still records finance conventionally. Of course this if it is not immediately followed up will pose a risk of loss in the future. Solution to problem solving is done by conducting socialization, mentoring the preparation of financial statements. The implementation method is carried out in several stages, beginning to provide an understanding of the importance of the use of information technology, conducting training in information technology-based financial report training, lastly assisted to solve problems related to the preparation of financial statements. The hope after this activity ends is that LPD is able to carry out its business activities independently to prepare financial reports and carry out evaluations of business activities and in the long run the LPD will develop and be able to torch accelerate the economy of the local village

PENYULUHAN ETIKA BERBUSANA ADAT KE PURA DI DESA JUNGUT KECAMATAN BAJARANGKAN KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG

Clothing is one of the characteristics of individuals in performing well in carrying out activities according to their role and status in living life, such as many who experience changes in the ethics of traditional dress to Temple (Pura). Since ancient times, custom clothing to the temple has always changed according to the times. should in traditional dress, especially to the temple must be in accordance with the applicable standard, but in its development now some Hindus, especially teenagers are still found using traditional clothes that deviate from the standard. Extension activities are conducted in Jungut Village, starting with an introduction, then giving open questions to participants about the material provided. After the material was finished, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions. Next is a tutorial and finally participants can do a simulation independently in using traditional clothes. Extension activities ended with giving questions to determine the participants' understanding. The results of the extension program can be summarized as follows: Extension of traditional dress to temple is a solution in increasing public understanding of good and right dress ethics in conducting worship activities to the temple, counseling with tutorial methods is seen as quite effective in increasing public understanding in using traditional clothing good and right

Peran Customer Satisfaction Memediasi Product Differentiation Terhadap Customer Loyalty

Loyalty is a deep enduring customer commitment to re-subscribe or makes repeat purchases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and product differentiation on customer loyalty and the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of product differentiation on customer loyalty. This research was conducted at Puri Gangga Resort Ubud. The number of samples taken was 99 respondents. the data analysis technique is path analysis. The test results show product differentiation has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Product differentiation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of product differentiation on customer loyalty. The suggestion of this research is that in terms of product differentiation, the company should adjust its pricing again, especially during a pandemic like this. In terms of customer satisfaction, the company should try to find out what consumers want because each consumer often has different desires. In terms of customer loyalty, it is better to increase the loyalty that consumers have so that they want to come back to stay

Pengaruh Variasi Produk Dan Store Atmosphere Terhadap Repurchase Intention

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product variation and store atmosphere on repurchase intention of Outlet Pizza Hut cabang Gatot Subroto in Denpasar. This research was conducted at Outlet Pizza Hut cabang Gatot Subroto in Denpasar with a total sample of 100 peoples. While the data analysis techniques are validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, t test, and F test. The test results show that there is a positive and significant effect product variation on repurchase intention where values are obtained the t1-count is 5.453, greater than t-table of 1,658 with a sig value of 0.000. There is a positive and significant effect of store atmosphere on repurchase intention the regression coefficient t2-count is 6.703, greater than t-table 1.658 with a sig 0.000. There is a positive and significant effect effect of product variation and store atmosphere on repurchase intention of Outlet Pizza Hut cabang Gatot Subroto in Denpasar. When seen from the results of the F-test obtained F-count is 157.651 greater than the F-table of 3.07 and a sig value of 0,000
