    This research aims to know: patterns of supervision conducted by the supervisor of PI in the workplace. This research took place at PT. Jaringan Multimedia Indonesia (PT. JMI) as place for Industrial Practice Program. The key informants in this research were the industrial mentorsand students who participated in the industrial practice program. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, and documentation. The technical analysis of the data refered to the analysis of Miles & Huberman interactive model, including data collection, data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The result shows that methods of supervision to students through mentoring that is focused on the handling of the case or case studies. So students are asked directly involved in work in the industry

    This research aims to know the application of e-learning for students’s SMK in Kabupaten Bantul. The research used the qualitative case study approach. This research took place at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Imogiri Bantul. The informants in this research were expert technician of IT, lecuture of IT/IS, teachers in SMK, and studets in SMK.. The data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The technical analysis of the data refered to the analysis of Miles & Huberman interactive model, including data collection, data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The result shows that: (1) Students's competence can be improved through the help of e-learning. The e-learning features can be used by students to learn independently or collaboratively; (2) Characteristics and different functions in Edmodo and Moodle make teachers can choose one or even both as a medium of online learning to support adaptive learning students's SMK

Social media is an alternative option to be integrated in teaching and learning activities. This article will discuss about Educational technology integrated with the social web environment in order to support teaching and learning. There are some applications that are discussed in this paper as the social web are utilized, among others: web 2.0, Edmodo, Google Group, etc. The social web are already available can be used as a media liaison between the students and the population of students in the educational world.     Reading and writing literacy needs to be developed as the main skill to achieve other skills. The results of this study aim to sort out learning media that are valid, effective, innovative, flexible, and efficient. The type of research used in this study is qualitative using descriptive analysis methods. This research was carried out by interviewing 1 informant from one of the elementary schools, as well as filling out a questionnaire/questionnaire with 6 respondents. Based on the information obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires/questions, elementary schools have involved the use of technology/digital media in learning activities and literacy programs which are being intensified by the government. With the existence of digital learning media students can access reading books easily, so that the role of this learning media can significantly influence student independence in reading literacy activities
