    PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN PROFESI GURU (PPG) DALAM JABATAN DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG

    This study aims to obtain a complete picture of the effect of the implementation of PPG in position and the principal's leadership style on teacher performance in Lampung Province. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method, namely making a description of a situation objectively using numbers. The population of this study were teachers who had passed PPG periods 3 and 4 in 2022 in Lampung province. Data were collected using a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the implementation of in-service PPG on teacher performance at school, there was a significant effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance at school, and there was a significant effect between the implementation of in-service PPG and the principal's leadership style on teacher performance at school. As conclution, it is important for school principals to apply a good leadership style and facilitate teachers who will carry out PPG in position in order to improve the ability and experience of teachers in educating and teaching students. This study provides recommendations for principals and teachers to continue to improve their capacity to create good performance that can improve the quality of education in schools

    This article aims to discover and explain the relationship between pedagogical studies and teachers’ teaching performance, which can be reflected in students’ learning outcomes. This article can be helpful and add insight into pedagogical studies' role in improving teacher teaching performance. In writing this article, the researchers used a method that can be referred to as library research. In this library research, the researchers used the media to collect library materials, such as books, journals, articles, and the like, to support this research in solving problems. The result is that pedagogic studies, in this case, pedagogic competencies, are very important for a teacher because they can help improve a teacher’s performance. Pedagogic studies and a teacher’s teaching performance have a proportional relationship; the better the teacher's ability/competence in pedagogic studies, the better the teacher's teaching performance is. Pedagogic Competence is a fundamental ability that teachers must possess and has an essential influence on Indonesian education.     Peningkatan KPS Siswa Laki-Laki dan Perempuan Menggunakan LKS Laju Reaksi Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik

    This research purpose was to describe the effectiveness of students worksheets (LKS) based-on scientific approach in reaction rate concept topic to increase science process skills (KPS) based on gender. This research used quasy experiment methods with factorial 2x2 design. Population of this research were students of XI IPA at SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung with XI IPA2 and XI IPA3 classes as research samples that were got by purposive sampling technique. Instrument of this research were LKS based-on scientific approach and conventional, pretest and posttest questions, and attitude assessment sheets. Analysis technique of the data were used two ways ANOVA test and Mann Whitney U test. The research result showed that LKS based-on scientific approach learning in reaction rate concept topic was effective to increase students KPS based-on gender and male students KPS was higher than female students KPS.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektivan dari LKS berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi konsep laju reaksi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains (KPS) siswa laki-laki dan perempuan (gender). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung dengan kelas XI IPA2 dan XI IPA3 sebagai sampel penelitian yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa LKS berbasis pendekatan saintifik dan konvensional, soal pretes dan postes, serta lembar penilaian sikap. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji ANOVA dua jalur dan uji Mann Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran LKS berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi konsep laju reaksi efektif dalam meningkatkan KPS siswa berdasarkan gender dan KPS siswa laki-laki lebih tinggi daripada KPS siswa perempuan.Kata kunci: gender, laju reaksi, KPS, LKS berbasis pendekatan saintifi
