The importance of the research is drawn from the fact that it treats a rhetorical concept. Alliteration is an important science for understanding the meaning of the Quranic verses, and Alliteration Derivation presents an aspect of the rhetorical miracles of the Quran as well as reveals the stylistic beauty of the Arabic language. The research aims at highlighting the beauty of the Verses containing Derivation Alliteration and what results from them such an increase in the semantic sense of the Quran. The researchers have applied in this article the inductive approach by inducing the versus that have this type of Alliteration as well as we followed the analytical method by analyzing and interpreting the verses so giving significant expressions, creativity and innovation to the Holy Quran. We have reached by the end of the research to several important results: Alliteration is one of the most important sciences to understand the rhetorical verses of the Quran and extract ideas from it. Alliteration Derivation is also not advisable unless stated in an appropriate location, and it will be bothered if it were artificial. Moreover Alliteration Derivation gives the expressions of the Quran feature innovation, creation and innovation in finding different connotations. Additionally, it is not considered only as verbal ornaments and colorful decorations that have an eloquent impact attracting the listener, making him listen to and making it easy to hear, but also it affects the psychological aspect of the human being. As a matter of fact, the alliterated form can deceive the listener, whereas it shows you that it will repeat the meaning, and echo the pronunciation. However, it really fakes the listener by giving a new sense which is completely different from the proceeding one. At that moment, one feels extremely happy and pleased

Community paediatricians’ experience of joint working with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services: Findings from a British National Survey

Objectives: Children and young people (CYP) presenting to Paediatric or Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) often have needs spanning medical and psychiatric diagnoses. However, joint working between Paediatrics and CAMHS remains limited. We surveyed community paediatricians in United Kingdom (UK) to inform better strategies to improve joint-working with CAMHS. Methods: We conducted an online survey of community paediatricians through the British Association of Community Child Health (BACCH) on how much joint working they experienced with CAMHS, any hindrances to more collaborative working, and the impact on service users and service provision. This paper is based on thematic analysis of 327 free text comments by the paediatricians. Results: A total of 245 community paediatricians responded to the survey (22% of BACCH members). However, some responses were made on behalf of teams rather than for individual paediatricians. The key themes identified were: a strong support for joint working between Community Paediatrics and CAMHS; an acknowledgement that current levels of joint working were limited; the main barriers to joint working were splintered commissioning and service structures (e.g. where Integrated Care Systems {ICSs} fund different providers to meet overlapping children’s health needs); and the most commonly reported negative impact of non-join working was severely limited access to CAMHS for CYP judged by paediatricians to require mental health support, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Conclusion: There is very limited joint working between Community Paediatrics and CAMHS in the UK, which is associated with many adverse impacts on service users and providers. A pro-integration strategy that includes joint commissioning of adequately funded Paediatric and CAMHS services that are co-located and within the same health management organisations - is crucial for improving joint-working between Paediatrics and CAMHS

Experiences with a PV power plant for a remote greenhouse cooling system

A photovoltaic solar power plant with a nominal capacity of 4.8 kWp was installed, tested and operated from May 1988 to June 1990 at a desert site in Kuwait. The plant was incorporated into a greenhouse system in order to assess the technical viability of using stand-alone PV plants to provide the electric energy needs of food production in greenhouses situated in hot arid zones. The plant comprised a PV array, which was integrated in the roof of a greenhouse-like structure, a bank of lead-acid batteries, charge controllers, an inverter and a resistive dummy load. The plant was well instrumented to monitor and record all relevant data for system and component performance evaluation. The two years' experience with the plant and extensive data collection and analysis showed a satisfactory overall system performance. System components performed reliably, although some few faults and breakdowns were encountered. These were mostly caused by the harsh summer environment of Kuwait or by the a daptation of some components to suit the specific requirements of the plant
