PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN TUNJANGAN KINERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA SEKRETARIAT KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM KABUPATEN SOPPENG

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Soppeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Tunjangan kinerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Kepemimpinan dan tunjangan kinerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi Motivasi Kerja pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Soppeng adalah kepemimpinan (X1) Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Tunjangan Kinerja, Motivasi Kerja

The Influence of Cigarette Tax Sharing and Realization Local Revenue effect to Budgeting Policy on Revenue Service Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency

ABSTRACT The aim of the study 1) to determine effect for additional cigarette tax revenue sharing funds to budgetary policy at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency, 2) to detemine effect in local revenue realization of the budgetary policy at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency. This research was conducted in the Office of Financial Management Revenue and Asset Soppeng Regency using financial statement data. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of different test two average through the program Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) .21. The results of hypothesis testing in this study shows that 1) there are influences in the addition of cigarette tax revenue sharing funds to budgetary policy, 2) there are influences in the realization of local revenue to service revenue budgeting policy on financial management and asset Soppeng Regency. PENGARUH KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN TUTOR PADA PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN LUAR SEKOLAH PADA PUSAT KEGIATAN BELAJAR MASYARAKAT (PKBM) KOTA MAKASSAR

 Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1). untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi tutor program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar,2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap disiplin tutor pada program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja tutor pada program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar, 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja tutor pada program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar, 5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja tutor pada program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara serempak maupun secara parsial variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tutor PKBM Kota Makassar, karena F*hitung keseluruhan variabel lebih besar dari F*tabel  dan nilai F*hitung setiap variabel lebih besar dari F*tabel atau probabilitas (sig) setiap variabel lebih kecil 0,05 dari ketiga variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tutor PKBM Kota Makassar. Karena mempunyai angka beta atau standardizet coefficient tertinggi yaitu 0,560 atau 56 persen dibandingkan variabel lain yang diteliti.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kinerja, Motivasi, Disiplin

Analysis of Effect of Education and Training, Compensation and Working Environment on Employee Performance at the District Secretariat Soppeng

ABSTRACT This research aims to: 1) analyze the effect of education and training to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) analyze the effect of education and training, compensation, and work environment to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency. The research location is at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regenc, South Sulawesi Province. Population in this study were all employees of the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency which amounted to 152 employees. Sampling in this research is using the Slovin formula, so that the number of samples examined in this study are 61 employees. For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) education and training has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) compensation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) working environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) education and training, compensation and working environment simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, .Keywords: Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Performanc

ANALISIS PENGARUH PENERIMAAN RETRIBUSI DAERAH DAN PAJAK DAERAH TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH PADA KABUPATEN SOPPENG

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Retribusi Daerah terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pajak Daerah terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Retribusi Daerah dan Pajak Daerah terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Data penelitian ini adalah data runtut waktu (time series). Data time series yang digunakan yaitu data time series dari bulan Januari 2013 sampai dengan Desember 2016. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Retribusi Daerah berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng, 2) Pajak Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng, 3) Retribusi Daerah dan Pajak Daerah secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Purchase Decisions: Brand Image and Product Quality

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions Donut J-Co, both partially and simultaneously. Where in this study using a sample of a total population of 97 respondents with solving sampling techniques and the use of multiple regression analysis tools with SPSS software 23.The results showed that brand image partially had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Donut J-Co, product quality showed the results that had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Donut J-Co, while for simultaneous testing the results showed that brand image and product quality affected positive and significant towards J-Co's buying decision. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Brand Image, Product Qualit

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA DINAS SOSIAL KOTA MAKASSAR

Tujuan penelitian ini pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel kompetensi terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Obyek penelitian ini pada instansi Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 orang responden, dengan Teknik sampling purpose sampling, dan analisis menggunakan bantuan software SPSS.21 dengan Teknik analisis jalur. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa pengaruh kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja pegawai secara langsung dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja.
