The Existence of Awig-Awig as a Basis in the Development of Hidden Canyon Tourism Destinations by Local Communities in Guwang Village, Gianyar District, Bali

According to Koentjaraningrat (2003: 76) the cultural value system is the highest and most abstract level of customs because cultural values consist of concepts regarding everything that is considered valuable and important by society so that it can function as a guide in their lives. This can be seen in the various rules applied in Guwang Village, such as not being allowed to sell land because the land belongs to the adat village; it is forbidden to cut down trees without village permission; for tourists who want to visit the Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang tour, they must obey the established rules, such as wearing a scarf and not entering the temple during menstruation; and tourists are also expected not to visit sacred places past the specified time. The research method used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive research approach that aims to describe, describe, summarize various conditions, situations or variables that arise in the community that are the object of research. This research will be conducted in Hidden Canyon Tourist Destination, Guwang. by applying a purposive random sampling data collection technique. Overall, awig-awig has a very important role in the development of Hidden Canyon tourist destinations. Through the implementation of awig-awig, Hidden Canyon can be preserved, maintain the culture and social life of the local community, and provide a safe and comfortable experience for visitors. Thus, awig-awig becomes a strong foundation in the development of sustainable and responsible tourist destinations in Hidden Canyon

Efektivitas Penggunaan Kredit Usaha Terhadap Produktivitas UKM dan Pendapatan UKM Anggota Koperasi di Kelurahan Padangsambian, Kecamatan Denpasar Barat, Provinsi Bali

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of credits on the SMEs productivity and the income of cooperative members' SMEs in Padangsambian Village. The analytical tool that used on this research is the SEM analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses primary data conducted by distributing questionnaires to SMEs that borrow business loans on the Padangsambian Village as many as 100 respondents. The results of the research analysis test show (i) The effectiveness of the use of business credit has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of SMEs in Padangsambian Village. (ii) Productivity of SMEs has a positive and significant effect on the income of SMEs in Padangsambian Village. (iii) The effectiveness of the use of SME business credit in Padangsambian Village has a positive and significant effect on the income of SMEs in Padangsambian Village through the productivity of the UKM

Analisis Pengaruh Pengalaman Terhadap Kompetensi Serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Produktivitas Ukm Di Kota Denpasar, Provinsi Bali

This study aims to see the effect of work experience on competence, as well as the effect on the productivity of SMEs in Denpasar City. The analysis used in this study is to use path analysis with a one-way model. The data used in this study are primary data shown to SME actors and employees in Denpasar City, a questionnaire that can be entered into 100 questionnaires. From the results of the calculation of the analysis test carried out by the researcher, the calculation of the results provides an overview: (1) the work experience variable shows a significant and positive influence on the productivity of the actors (owners and employees) of SMEs in Denpasar City. (2) the compensation variable shows a significant and positive influence on the productivity of employees and owners of UKM in Denpasar City. (3) the work experience variable shows a significant and positive influence on the competency variables of SMEs in Denpasar City, Bali Province.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi, serta pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas UKM di Kota Denpasar. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan model satu jalur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang dibagikan kepada pelaku serta karyawan UKM yang ada di Kota Denpasar, kuisioner yang dibagikan berjumlah 100 buah kuisioner. Dari hasil penghitungan uji analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, didapatkan hasil yang memberikan gambaran bahwa: (1) variabel pengalaman kerja menunjukan pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas pelaku (pemilik dan karyawan) UKM di Kota Denpasar. (2) variabel kompensasi menunjukan pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel produktivitas karyawan dan pemilik UKM yang ada di Kota Denpasar. (3) variabel pengalaman kerja menunjukan pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel kompetensi UKM yang berada di Kota Denpasar Provinsi Bali

KWT Pala Sarwa Nadi diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan di desa tersebut untuk menyalurkan kemampuannya dalam mengolah lahan pertanian dan melalui berbagai kegiatan yang diadakan oleh KWT dapat meningkatkan aktualisasi mereka di lingkungan sosialnya. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the tourism sector in Indonesia, especially in Bali, it experienced a quite drastic decline, so many workers were laid off. Not only decreased of tourist arrivals, but also decreased knowledge of English communication among workers, due to a lack of communication with guests staying at the hotel. Seminyak is a fashionable destination in Bali, especially its beaches and home to famous resorts, restaurants and boutiques. One of the most luxurious resorts in the Seminyak area is The Samaya Resort Seminyak, which is located on Jalan Laksmana Seminyak. English communication improvement training is a very important point in everyday life, especially in the world of hospitality work in improving speaking skills especially to guests staying at The Samaya Resort Seminyak. This can improve the quality of staff service to guests, and minimize miscommunication. Community Partnership Program activities in the form of teaching English using role-play techniques and learning English while practicing it directly (Learning by Doing) are appropriate activities for staff at The Samaya Resort Seminyak in developing and improving their communication skills using the language English with good and correct English grammar and pronunciation. The method applied in teaching English communication uses the role play and learning by doing methods. This English teaching activity is held for 1 (one) month for purposes, starting from 6 to 27 June 2023. From the teaching provided, the materials needed for staff at The Samaya Resort Seminyak are English material for specific related to service and services in the hotel according to the department of each staff. Based on the background that has been described, the main problems of partners are: 1). How do the staff at The Samaya Resort Seminyak master the grammar and pronunciation of English for Specific Purposes? 2). What are the results of the application of English learning techniques by Role-Play and Learning by Doing for Specific Purposes to the staff at the resort? To solve the problems faced by partners, an English teaching program was carried out using the role-play method and learning English while practicing it directly (Learning by Doing). The participants in this English training were 28 staff of The Samaya Resort Seminyak from all departments. For this reason, English will be taught at an intermediate level, with specific vocabulary and grammar according to their respective departments. Pelatihan Dasar Pelaporan Keuangan Dan Aspek Perpajakan Pada Usaha Mikro Di Wilayah Desa Kesiman

Pelaksanaan PkM ini sangat penting dan masyarakat butuhkan, dalam hal pendampingan pelaporan SPT orang pribadi serta penyuluhan mengenai dasar perpajakan yang diperlukan. Terkait kewajiaban NPWP yang mereka telah miliki maupun peluang pajak yang akan terhutang atau harus mereka perhatikan saat mereka mendapatkan penghasilan dari hasil usahanya yang baru (wiraswata/pedagang). PkM ini melibatkan masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah kesiman khususnya warga Banjar Kesuma Jati kesiman, sekaligus menjadi tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan. Namun, kegiatan ini juga terbuka untuk warga lain yang ingin mengikuti kegiatan PkM ini. Tidak hanya itu, tim pelaksanaan PkM yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) Dosen Sekolah Vokasi dan 1 (satu) Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Warmadewa juga dibantu oleh ibu-ibu anggota PKK Banjar Kesuma Jati dalam menghimpun masyarakat mengikuti pelatihan. Pelatihan Penyusunan SPT Tahunan Badan 1771 dan SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi 1770SS, 1770S, dan 1770 Tahun 2019 dengan INKINDO BALI

Pengabdian masyarakat dengan INKINDO Bali merupakan suatu bentuk kepedulian kita kepada kelompok masyarakat khususnya pengusaha dan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultan perencana dan pengawas konstruksi sebagai wajib pajak yang telah memiliki Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) namun mereka tidak tahu kewajiban yang harus dilakukan sehubungan kepemilikan NPWP tersebut. Kesadaran masyarakat untuk memiliki NPWP merupakan bentuk kepedulian terhadap pembiayaan pembangunan nasional melalui pembayaran pajak. Pajak adalah sumber terbesar penerimaan negara sampai saat ini. Pemerintah khususnya Dirjen Pajak selain mengharapkan dukungan masyarakat dalam bentuk pembayaran pajak, pertanggungjawaban berupa pelaporan SPT Tahunan juga dibutuhkan sebagai ukuran kepatuhan wajib pajak, semakin lengkap SPT terlapor, semakin baik tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak, sehingga semakin mudah mengedukasi masyarakat dalam ikut membantu pembiayaan negara melalui pembayaran pajak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah metode sosialisasi kepada para peserta dalam hal ini anggota asiosiasi INKINDO Bali. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah Masyarakat dalam hal ini anggota INKINDO Bali cukup mengetahui kewajiban perpajakannya sebagai pemilik usaha atau sebagai pelaku profesi. Kedua, Kesadaran anggota INKINDO Bali dalam upaya ikut membantu berpartisipasi dalam pembiayaan pembangunan nasional cukup baik, dilihat dari antusiasme mereka dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Ketiga, Para anggota INKINDO Bali masih kebingungan terkait pemenuhan kewajiban perpajakan mereka sehingga memerlukan mentoring baik dari relawan sekolah vokasi Warmadewa maupun para dosen. Bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Warmadewa ini dapat membantu kedua belah pihak yakni wajib pajak lebih memahami apa hak dan kewajibannya serta membantu DJP dalam peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak
