Self-induced and induced transparencies of two-dimensional and three- dimensional superlattices
The phenomenon of transparency in two-dimensional and three-dimensional
superlattices is analyzed on the basis of the Boltzmann equation with a
collision term encompassing three distinct scattering mechanisms (elastic,
inelastic and electron-electron) in terms of three corresponding distinct
relaxation times. On this basis, we show that electron heating in the plane
perpendicular to the current direction drastically changes the conditions for
the occurrence of self-induced transparency in the superlattice. In particular,
it leads to an additional modulation of the current amplitudes excited by an
applied biharmonic electric field with harmonic components polarized in
orthogonal directions. Furthermore, we show that self-induced transparency and
dynamic localization are different phenomena with different physical origins,
displaced in time from each other, and, in general, they arise at different

Applying method of phase plane to a fuzzy trend when predicting the project metrics presented by time series
In the article is proposed the method of applying the entropy measure to the fuzzy trend of time series of design metrics. An analysis of project performance is described. A prediction algorithm has been developed and implemented. The algorithm is based on the indices of fuzzy trends in time series. The formula for the entropy measure according to the fuzzy trend for a fuzzy time series is defined. The measure of entropy uses statistical information on the behavior of a fuzzy trend on the phase plane. The hypothesis of trend stability is used for forecasting. Application of the anomaly pattern in forecasting time series of project activity metrics
This article describes the method of application of an anomaly template of time
series of project metrics based on entropy. The analysis of project activity metrics is described.
The forecasting algorithm based on the fuzzy trends of time series of indicators was developed
and implemented. The formula for the entropy measure for the fuzzy time series is determined.
The algorithm uses the dependence of the forecast on the measures of entropy. The hypothesis

Quantum-mechanical simulations of interaction of many-electron quantum systems with ionizing laser pulses
We develop parallel program for numerical simulation of the interaction of intense laser pulses with manyelectron atoms on the basis of the time-dependent Kohn-Sham equations. It is shown that the use of modern computer clusters makes it possible to solve these equations for a wide class of atoms in a relatively small time, determined by the parameters of the laser pulse and electronic configuration of the atom. High accuracy of the numerical
code is demonstrated on the example of calculating the high-frequency spectrum of electron current excited during

Comparison of the functional state level with the level physical excellence in a 2000 meter run for young medicines
An objective assessment of physical health, physical fitness and the establishment of their dynamics over time is an indispensable condition for effective management of the educational process. Research goal: to compare the level of functional condition with the level of physical fitness in the 2000-meter run among medical boys. Research methods: as an assessment of the level of functional state, the following were taken: the Martin-Kushelevsky test, the Harvard step test, and to determine the level of physical fitness, the results of control testing were taken: running 30 m and 2000 m, long jump from a place, shuttle running 4x9 m, bending forward, lifting the torso in 1 min, bending and unbending the arms in a prone position and pulling up on a high crossbar. Karyotypes of sheltie and poodle breeds population of the city of Moscow are given. Describes the data on chromosomal abnormalities that occur in dogs. There are cases of chimerism and mosaicism for sex chromosomes. Modeling of grain subdivision during severe plastic deformation by VPSC method combined with disclination analysis
Microstructure development during severe plastic deformation by simple shear is modeled using a combination of the visco-plastic self-consistent (VPSC) method and a disclination model. Strain incompatibilities between a homogeneous effective medium and a grain are calculated by VPSC. These are assumed to result in an accumulation of disclinations in the junctions of a grain that are relaxed by a growth of low-angle dislocation boundaries from the junctions. Predicted misorientation distributions between subgrains and their parent grains agree semi-quantitatively with experimental misorientation distributions for geometrically necessary boundaries. The texture after 100% simple shear was found to be insensitive to the presence of subgrains with misorientations less than 15ΒΊ
