    Static and dynamic magnetic properties of polycrystalline hexaferrites of the Ba2Ni2-xCuxFe12O22 system

    The paper presents the results of a study of the phase composition and the main static magnetic characteristics: saturation magnetization, residual magnetization and coercive force of polycrystalline ferroxplana type hexaferrites of the Ba2Ni2-xCuxFe12O22 (0 < x < 2.0) system. These materials have high magnetic permeability and are promising for use as substrates for magnetic antennas and radar absorbing materials. It is shown that thermograms of the initial permeability can be used to quickly assess the presence of impurity magnetic phases in complex oxide ferrimagnets. The permeability and permittivity spectra of textured and non-textured composite samples with the powder of the Ba2NiCuFe12O22 hexaferrite are measured in the microwave frequency range. The radar absorbing properties of the obtained composites are analyzed. It is shown that magnetic texturing leads to an increase in the operating frequency band of an absorber with RL < -10 dB from 6.1 GHz to 8.2 GHz and a deepening of the loss minimum from -21 dB to -27 dB

    The comparative estimation of efficiency of sungle-use haloterapy course of 25 days long (the first patient group) and the one of 15 days long combined with seven procedures of postural drainage, drainage gymnastics and vacuum massage (the second patient group) was carried out. The first group includes 98 patients (50 ones with infection dependent bronchial asthma (IDBA) and 48 ones with chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB)). The second one includes 86 patients (50 subjects with I D BA and 36 ones with COB).The efficiency estimation was carried out on the basis of clinical examination data (self-control questionaires), lung function data with pharmacological challenge before and after the treatment and the exacerbation frequency during lasting 18 months. The improvement in the first group was noted in all the parameters in 34 patients with ID BA (68%) and 30 ones with COB (78%). The disease remission durated near 6 months. The steady improvement in the second group was achieved in 39 patients with ID BA (74%) and 34 ones with COB (97%). The disease remission was 18 months.     The article expounds the haloaerosol therapy method the main acting factor of which is a dry highly dispersed aerosol of sodium chloride having a certain concentration range and taken out spelaean therapy. The study results of therapeutic action on respiratory system and accumulated experience of practical application of haloaerosol therapy were generalized. The given data show the efficiency of the method and its possibility for rehabilitative and preventive application in various respiratory patients. The dry sodium chloride aerosol could be used by two ways: under the condition of guided halochamber microclimate that is halotherapy and using a table haloinhaler that is haloinhaled therapy.     The aim of the study was to estimate what physical properties of bronchial secretion are changed under influence of β€œ Mucosolvin-Oral” (acetilcystein). 18 patients with various entities of bronchial asthma were examined. Viscose and adhesive properties of sputum were studied with the standard methods use before and after medication.     The primary focus of medical rehabilitation is the approach of model simulation of natural environment. Halotherapy is one of the nonpharmacological methods widely used in Russian public health care delivery including prophylaxis and rehabilitation in children. This method is based on the recreation of the air environment of a natural underground salt mine. The article presents an innovative method using a next generation of equipment for halotherapy: a guided halocomplex where the control on dosage regiments and aerodisperse medium parameters is implemented. The mechanisms of the effect of halotherapy are considered, the data of the clinical effectiveness for various paediatric diseases are outlined

    Flowβ€”volume curve parameters were studied in the group of 61 healthy children, aged 11 + 2.8 yrs, before and after fenoterol inhalation of 0.2 mg. The difference between initial and postfenoterol values was expressed in % predicted. All parameters significantly increased after inhalation. Airway broncholytic response was calculated as parameter changes in the range of M Β± 1 .96 Οƒ.     The influence of hyposensitization by specific allergen on populations and subpopulations of lymphocytes in 24 patients with atopic dust bronchial asthma were investigated. The determination ofsurface lymphocyte antigens has been carried out using the monoclonal antibodies of the home series LT. It was show, that specific hyposensitization accompanied with significant increased of CD8+ lymphocytes subpopulation in peripheral blood and normalized immuregulatory index.
