Intelligent OFDM telecommunication system. Part 4. Anti-eavesdropping and anti-jamming properties of the system, based on many-parameter and fractional Fourier transforms
In this paper, we aim to investigate the superiority and practicability of many-parameter wavelet and Golay transforms (MPWT and MPGT) from the physical layer security (PHY-LS) perspective. We propose novel Intelligent OFDM-telecommunication system (Intelligent-OFDM-TCS), based on many-parameter transforms (MPTs). New system uses inverse MPT for modulation at the transmitter and direct MPT for demodulation at the receiver. The purpose of employing the MPTs is to improve the PHY-LS of wireless transmissions against to the wide-band anti-jamming communication. Each MPT depends on finite set of independent Jacobi parameters (angles), which could be changed independently one of another. When parameters are changed, multi-parametric transform is changed too taking form of a set known (and unknown) orthogonal (or unitary) wavelet transforms. We implement the following performances as bit error rate (BER), symbol error rate (SER), peak to average power ratio (PAPR), the Shannon-Wyner secrecy capacity (SWSC) for novel Intelligent-MPWT-OFDM-TCS. Previous research has shown that the conventional OFDM TCS based on discrete Fourier transform (DFT) has unsatisfactory characteristics in BER, PARP, SWSC and in anti-eavesdropping communications. We study Intelligent-MPT-OFDM-TCS to find out optimal values of angle parameters of MPT optimized BER, PAPR, SWSC, anti-eavesdropping effects. Simulation results show that the proposed Intelligent OFDM-TCS have better performances than the conventional OFDM system based on DFT against eavesdropping. Β© 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOVEMENTS AFTER KNEE ARTHROPLASTY
Objective: to compare different versions of the development movements of the knee joint replacement.Materials andΒ methods: in the study involved 130 patients who arthroplasty of the knee was performed. Patients were divided into four groups depending on postoperative rehabilitation program. The first group included 25 patients who started the first day of the main complex of the rehabilitation program, and on the third day was carried out active and passive exercises to flex the knee. In the second group there were 25 patients who exercises on the knee flexion was performed 3 days and with the use of passive movement therapy. In the third group there were 40 patients who had been working out of movements applied immediately after surgery, and in the fourth - 40 patients, and the movements development was applied immediately after surgery, and the use of passive movement therapy.Results: the amount of discharge for drainage and pain on the VAS scale at 1 and 5 hours were longerΒ in patients of Group IV. On a scale of KSS 6 months after surgery was statistically significant difference between I and II, II and III,Β II and IV groups, and on the WOMAC scale of 12 months after the arthroplasty - between groups I and II. However, 12 monthsΒ after the arthroplasty statistically significant difference in the groups on a scale we have not found KSS.Conclusions: subject toΒ adequate balance ligamentous apparatus in knee arthroplasty it is advisable to conduct an early standard rehabilitation programΒ without using hardware techniques. The objective: to study the long-term changes (1991-2020) in tuberculosis mortality in population of Altai Kray and assess the impact of certain categories of citizens on the formation of this rate.Subjects and Methods: Statistical Forms no. 8, 30, and 33, statistical compilations, and medical scientific publications.Results. In order to analyze the curves reflecting changes in tuberculosis mortality in Altai Kray and Russia, these curves have been divided into three conventional periods. General trends have been identified but there are some peculiarities: a significant excess of the average longterm value of the rate versus this rate for whole of Russia; this rate increased faster in the conventional period of 1991-2005. Destructive lung tuberculosis is a heterogeneous group of various forms of the lung tuberculosis (recent, chronic, advanced) which have common features, such as the presence of cavities, a presence of Mycobacteria tuberculosis and they are hard for treatment. Peculiarities of the microcirculation, the fibrous capsule outside the cavity, the caseous and necrotizing layer inside impede medications to reach the inflammation and destruction zone when applied as intranasal as directly into the cavity. Techniques for drug delivery to the perifocal zone (needle-jet injections, intrapulmonary ionophoresis), dΓ©naturation of the cavityβs pyogeneous layer (hydrodiathermocoagulation) and damming of the draining bronchi (blocking of the cavity) allow to increase a number of the destructive cavities closed 23-43.3% more and to eradicate the Mycobacteria tuberculosis 33-47.5% more copared with a complex conservative treatment.ΠΠ΅ΡΡΡΡΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΠΉ ΡΡΠ±Π΅ΡΠΊΡΠ»Π΅Π· Π»Π΅Π³ΠΊΠΈΡ

Diagnostic value of immunological skin tests in children with tuberculosis
The paper gives the results of an analysis of intracutaneous Mantoux tuberculin tests with 2 TU, 1 TU, 0.1 TU, and 0.01 TU PPD-L and intracutaneous Diaskintest using recombinant tuberculosis allergen in the standard dilution in 63 children with tuberculosis. A moderate correlation was found between the results of the above tests. There was the highest sensitivity of the immune system to the administration of 0.01 TU PPD-L (0.0006 Β΅g). A high specific responsiveness as a hyperergic reaction was established when recombinant tuberculosis allergen was used in standard dilution (0.2 Β΅g). There were moderately intensive and weakly positive reactions (10-14- and 5-9-mm infiltrates) to the administration of 2 TU (0.12 Β΅g) of tuberculin in the skin test. The tuberculin skin test with 0.01 TU PPD-L was ascertained to be of more significant diagnostic value than the Diaskintest using recombinant tuberculosis allergen in standard dilution
