    This study aimed to describe the evaluation of leadership skills of students in terms of the prophetic leadership. in addition, this study aimed to analyzethe problem in evaluating leadership qualities of students.Subjects in this study were active students at boarding school Raudhatul Muttaqien (PPRM) St. Cangkringan KM 14 Babadan Purwomartani Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta academic year 2014/2015. These students attending Madrasah Tsyanawiah and Madrasah Aliyah Raudhatul Muttaqien, aged 12-18 years and active in the organization. This study uses data collection techniques using interviews and observations.Results ofstudies have provided an understanding that the process of learning the prophetic leadership students do not stop at the time at PPRM course, but the processs will continue until the end of life.     Research on the use of media game snakes and ladders have been done to find out how it affect the student achievement on the topic of Hydrocarbon in class XI IPA SMA As-Shofa Pekanbaru. This kind of research is experiment research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely class XI IPA-3 as the experimental class and class XI IPA-2 as a controls class, it randomly selected after normality test and homogeneity test. Experimental class is a class that was treated by learning using media game of snakes and ladders, while the control class is a class that is not treated using media game of snakes and ladders. Data analysis technique is the t-test. Based on the final calculation result obtained tvalue is 2.70 is greater than ttable is 1.67 with an increase in the use of media influence a game of snakes and ladders to student achievement is 16.84%, so it can be concluded that the use of the media game of snakes and ladders can improve the student's achievement on the subject of hydrocarbons in class XI Science high School-As Shofa Pekanbaru

    Classroom situations that are less motivated, there is no teaching materials that can guide students' self-learning and learning-centered to lecturers resulted in students having difficulty in understanding the matter and solve the problems. This situation would require settlement solutions, including need to develop learning material that can help improve learning outcomes and student motivation and stimulate students to be more active. Among them learning material in the form of modules and learning model that can involve the activity of students, learning independently and carry out a project and collaborate to improve learning outcomes and produce a product that can be communicated to others. This type of research was research and development. The development model used is the 4-D comprising the steps of defining, design, development and disseminates. Subjects were students of class I A and B Physics Education Major Faculty of Education and Teacher Training Pasir Pengaraian University. Data were collected using the data collection instruments. Based on development and dissemination test, it has been found that the learning material in Basic Physics I using a project-based learning model could address the needs of students in the Physical Education in learning activities

    Research on the application of inquiry learning approach aims to achieve student's mastery learning on the topic of the reaction rate in class XI MIA 3 Senior Hight School Number 10 Pekanbaru. This research used one shot-study case design. Time of data retrieval from the date November 5rd – 11rd 2014. The sample was selected from the five existing classes, obtained class XI MIA 3. Data analysis technique used the percentage calculation of mastery learning classical. Based on the results of data processing obtained mastery learning classical of knowledge competency is 91,43 %, attitude competency is 100% and skill competency is 100%, means that the application of inquiry learning approach can achieve student's mastery learning on the topic of the reaction rate in class XI MIA 3 Senior Hight School Number 10 Pekanbaru

    The purpose of this research are: (1) Know implementation of extension and work motivational factors that influence agricultural extension on sago commodity in Meranti Islands Regency; (2) Analyze the work motivation level of agricultural extension agents work motivation who looked from internal and external factors and analyze how far the influence of each factors to agricultural extension agents work motivation on sago commodity in Meranti Island Regency. This research was counducted in Meranti Islands Regency. The research method used purposive samling with looked at the extension agents by its region and according to area and sago plantation in Meranti Island Regency. 30 extension agents taken as respondents. The research used validity and reliability analysis. Analysis of data for the first purpose using the Scale Likert summated Rating (SLR), while for the second purpose used multiple regression analysis. Research results showed: (1) The execution of counseling Meranti island Regency is already well underway. (2) extension officers work Motivation on commodity sago Meranti Island Regency are on the category “ Medium” and the factors that affect the motivation of extension officers work on commodity sago Meranti Island Regency personal maturity factor, namely, the desire to work, fatigue and boredom, good supervision, compensation, job satisfaction, and regulations has no effect in real and influential in the real work environment

    Rearrangement of Coordinate Selection for Triangle Features Improvement in Digit Recognition

    Triangle geometry feature demonstrated as useful properties in classifying the image. This feature has been implemented in numerous recognition field such as biometric area, security area, medical area, geological area, inspection area and digit recognition area. This study is focusing on improving triangle features in digit recognition. Commonly, triangle features are explored by determining three points of triangle shape which represent as A, B and C to extract useful features in digit recognition. There is possibilities triangle shape cannot be formed when chosen coordinate are in line. Thus, a prior study has proposed an improvement on triangle selection point technique by determining the position of coordinate A, B and C use gradient value to identify the triangle shape can be modelled or vice versa. The suggested improvement is based on the dominant distribution which only covers certain areas of an image. Hence, a method named Triangle Point using Three Block (Tp3B) was proposed in this study. The proposed method proposes the arrangement of selection coordinate point based on three different blocks which where all coordinates points of an image were covered. Experiments have developed over image digit dataset of IFCHDB, HODA, MNIST and BANGLA which contains testing and train data of each. Features classification accuracy tested using supervised machine learning (SML) which is Support Vector Machine (SVM). Experimental results show, the proposed technique gives a promising result for dataset HODA and MNIST

    The research is about applying type cooperative learning model Time Token. It was done to know the increase student achievementon the subject termokimia in class XI IPA SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is experimental research with pretest-postest design. The sample consists of two classes. They are class XI Science 2 as an experimental class and class XI Science 3 as a control class which were decided randomly after doing normality and homogenity test. Experimental class is a class that is applied cooperative learning model Time Token, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tarithmetic> ttable is 1,82>1,66, means that the application of cooperative learning model Time Token can improve student achievement on the subject of termokimia class XI IPA SMAN 2 Pekanbaru, increase learning of 5,07%

    Multisystem proteinopathy due to a homozygous p.Arg159His VCP mutation : a tale of the unexpected

    ObjectiveTo assess the clinical, radiologic, myopathologic, and proteomic findings in a patient manifesting a multisystem proteinopathy due to a homozygous valosin-containing protein gene (VCP) mutation previously reported to be pathogenic in the heterozygous state.MethodsWe studied a 36-year-old male index patient and his father, both presenting with progressive limb-girdle weakness. Muscle involvement was assessed by MRI and muscle biopsies. We performed whole-exome sequencing and Sanger sequencing for segregation analysis of the identified p.Arg159His VCP mutation. To dissect biological disease signatures, we applied state-of-the-art quantitative proteomics on muscle tissue of the index case, his father, 3 additional patients with VCP-related myopathy, and 3 control individuals.ResultsThe index patient, homozygous for the known p.Arg159His mutation in VCP, manifested a typical VCP-related myopathy phenotype, although with a markedly high creatine kinase value and a relatively early disease onset, and Paget disease of bone. The father exhibited a myopathy phenotype and discrete parkinsonism, and multiple deceased family members on the maternal side of the pedigree displayed a dementia, parkinsonism, or myopathy phenotype. Bioinformatic analysis of quantitative proteomic data revealed the degenerative nature of the disease, with evidence suggesting selective failure of muscle regeneration and stress granule dyshomeostasis.ConclusionWe report a patient showing a multisystem proteinopathy due to a homozygous VCP mutation. The patient manifests a severe phenotype, yet fundamental disease characteristics are preserved. Proteomic findings provide further insights into VCP-related pathomechanisms

    Enhanced Buffer Management Policy and Packet Prioritization for Wireless Sensor Network

    Limited storage of the sensor node is one of the main causes of packet drop in the Wireless sensor network (WSN).   Frequent link disconnection is also another cause of packet drop.  Due to lack of continues end-to-end connection; two nodes may not be able to communicate with one another. Thus, communication may be established with the help of store and forward approach between the source and destination node. In that case, the sensor node may not be capable of storing a chunk of data since the buffer is available in a small amount. In order to store the data packets in the buffer when the link is down, an effective buffer management scheme is highly needed to keep the data packets for a long time until the link is re-established. This paper proposes a new buffer management scheme called Packet Priority Heterogonous Queue (PPHQ), which based on prioritizing and classifying the packets into different categories to minimize the loss of important packets. Unlike the existing Multi-layer WSN, that treats the data packets differently; we considered the data packets such as; temperature, humidity, and pressure to be same. However, the classification of different packet types is based on the sensor’s information value.  We completely divide the whole buffer into different queues, and thus the newly arrived packets are inserted in their corresponding queue. The buffer will then prioritize and schedule on which packet to be stored or transmit first when the buffer is overloaded. Our result exhibits that PPHQ scheme indeed provides minimum packet drop as well as maximum throughput compared to existing Multi-layer WSN buffer management schemes
