Fairy tale traditions in amateur and professional young writersβ creativity
The turn of the 21st century has seen Russian writersβ increased interest in the genre of fairy
tale. This paper discusses young Russian writersβ approaches to fairy tale traditions in texts of
their own. The subjects of the study consisted of the Debut Prize winners and the so-called
amateur writers (fans of Tolkienβs and Rowlingβs books, and gamers) and their literary
works. The study is aimed at establishing main trends in usage of folklore traditions in the
first two decades of the 21st century; the paper is also concerned with examining similarities
and differences between two generations of modern Russian writers in the matter of their
approaches to classical heritage. To compare fairy tale texts, Vladimir Proppβs narrative
model has been applied. One of the central claims of the study is that young authors tend to
emulate literary samples by prominent contemporary Russian writers (mostly by Lyudmila
Petrushevskaya). Thus, an efficient way of creating a contemporary fairy tale by a young
author is to immerse its characters into the modern reality that is presented in a variety of its
manifestations β from everyday routine to philosophic ideas. The young writersβ texts display
such traditional features of literary folklorism as genuine fairy tale plots and motifs, their
structural and style models, characters, magical objects, and the artistic device of
estrangement
Space and time in the context of social measurement
This paper discusses some of the basic philosophical concepts β the concepts of βspace and timeβ - and their relation to social evolution. The work presents the characteristics of social forms of space and time, shows the specifics of their formation in connection with human activity and the system of social relations.
It was found that time duration has different manifestations in the context of historically different cultural epochs. Acceleration of social time takes place in the course of human historical practice development.
Meanwhile, some social systems sometimes take the form of a certain deceleration in time. This usually occurs because of the inadequacy of the control system for the capabilities of the social organism.
Social space is primarily connected with the dynamics of changes in social bonds and relationships. In the process of historical formation of social systems, social space assumes a more complex structure and expands. In the period of globalization growth, social space takes the form of a truly global integral system.peer-reviewe

Analytical and experimental studies of the azimuthal module of two-component vibrational micromechanical gyroscope were conducted. It is shown that the micromechanical gyroscope is a system with distributed parameters. The frequency analysis is performed using software T-Flex. The influence of mechanical disturbances on the movement of azimuthal module in the form of translational and angular oscillations is shown; the natural frequencies of the azimuth are defined
Role of morphogenic proteins of the WNT signaling pathway in coronary artery disease
In recent years, researchersβ attention has been directed to the WNT signaling pathway study, which regulates embryogenesis processes and is involved in pathological condition development. The role of morphogenic proteins of WNT signaling pathway in the cardiovascular pathology genesis is practically not clear. The research aim was a comprehensive study of the main proteins of WNT signaling pathway (Ξ²-catenin, sclerostin, GSK-3Ξ±, GSK-3Ξ², WIF-1 and DVL-1) in the blood serum of 353 patients with coronary artery disease acute forms who were treated at the Orel regional vascular center from 2019 to 2021, and 50 healthy individuals. A comprehensive analysis included an assessment of clinical, laboratory and instrumental parameters in the framework of current clinical guidelines, as well as an immunological examination to determine the morphogenic proteins of WNT signaling by enzyme immunoassay. The results showed a wide variability in the values of morphogenic proteins of WNT signaling pathway in the patientβs blood serum. The levels of Ξ²-catenin, WIF-1 and DVL-1 significantly exceeded those obtained in healthy individuals, while the concentrations of sclerostin and GSK-3Ξ² did not differ significantly from them. The level of GSK-3Ξ± of patients was twice lower than in healthy individuals. The highest sclerostin concentrations were found in patients with existing calcification of the aortic valve leaflets and aortic walls. Acute coronary syndrome unfavorable course was observed in patients with both extremely high and extremely low WIF-1 levels. Significant correlations were established between the level of morphogenic proteins of WNT signaling pathway and lipid metabolism, as well as myocardial remodeling. The obtained data on changes in the protein production of WNT signaling pathway allow us to expand our understanding of the molecular aspects of the immunopathogenesis of myocardial remodeling in coronary artery disease, increase the predictive potential for cardiovascular disease diagnosis and determine the vector for further development of cardioimmunology determination

ROLE OF GSK-3 IN Wnt/Ξ²-CATENIN SIGNALING PATHWAY IN OBESITY
The complexity of the adipogenesis mechanism results from the impact of multiple cues, among which an important place is held by the components of the Wnt signaling pathway. The search for potential markers of the development of diseases related to obesity aroused an interest in the study of GSK-3 (glycogen synthase kinase), Ξ²-catenin. GSK-3Ξ² is an intracellular serine / threonine kinase found in the cytoplasm, nucleus, mitochondria, synthesized in all body tissues and involved in regulating metabolic processes, cell proliferation, apoptosis etc. The first of the discovered functions of GSK-3Ξ² was the regulation of glycogen synthesis. Active GSK-3Ξ² phosphorylates and thereby inhibits glycogen synthase. As a result of the insulin binding to the cell receptor via inositol-3-phosphate, protein kinase B (Akt1) is activated, which, in turn, phosphorylates and inhibits GSK-3Ξ². In addition, GSK-3Ξ² is involved in the regulating glucose metabolism. The most important function of GSK-3Ξ² is the inhibition of the Ξ²-catenin protein. In a resting cell, GSK-3Ξ² in complex with the APC and Axin proteins binds and phosphorylates the Ξ²-catenin transcription factor, which leads to its ubiquitination and degradation. When Wnt proteins act on the cell, the Dvl protein is activated, which, by binding to GSK-3Ξ², releases Ξ²-catenin, preventing its degradation, however, the role of GSK3Ξ±/Ξ² in the adipocyte inflammatory response has not yet been fully investigated, therefore it seems promising to study the role of GSK-3 in the Wnt/Ξ²-catenin signaling pathway in obesityThe aim of the study was to assess the activity of the components of the Wnt signaling pathway in obese patients by measuring the serum level of GSK-3 and Ξ²-catenin. There were enrolled 32 patients with progressive forms of I-III degree obesity in the absence of diabetes mellitus. The concentration of serum GSK-3Ξ±, GSK-3Ξ², and Ξ²-catenin was measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay. Data are presented as absolute and relative (%) number of patients; arithmetic mean; medians, 1 and 3 quartiles β ΠΠ΅ (Q0.25-Q0.75). Obese patients contained a 7.5-fold increased serum level of GSK-3Ξ± (785 (371-1317.5) pg/ml) compared to healthy individuals 105 (102.5-110) pg/ml, (p < 0.001), paralleled with increased amount of GSK-3Ξ², which level in obese patients was 295 (190-695) pg/ml, which is by 18.3% higher than those in healthy individuals 241 (218.75-287.5) pg/ml, p = 0.111. Amount of GSK-3 depending on the degree of obesity tended to increase, most often coupled to decreased Ξ²-catenin level which is consistent with the literature data and can be considered as a prognostic criterion for the course of pathological processes in obesity
Early stages of the evolution of chernozems under forest vegetation (Belgorod Oblast)
We studied automorphic forest-steppe Luvic and Haplic Chernozems (Siltic/Clayic, Pachic) of the southern part of the Central Russian Upland (Belgorod region), which were covered with broadleaved forest vegetation at different times (from 25 to 75 years ago). The studies were carried out on an overgrowing fallow and the adjacent maple-ash shelterbelt and on an area of growth of a natural oak forest towards the virgin meadow stepp
Characteristics of new cases of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis in patients having HIV infection with multidrug resistance of the pathogen according to multi-layer spiral computed tomography
Background. Identification of the characteristics of the pulmonary tuberculosis process using multi-layer spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in patients with tuberculosis and HIV infection is important in the diagnosis of tuberculosis, determining the dissemination of the process and its dynamics during treatment. The aim. To determine the initial characteristics and dynamics of infiltrative tuberculosis according to MSCT in patients with and without HIV infection, with and without multidrug resistance (MDR) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis who were treated in a hospital. Materials and methods. 126 patients aged 19β59 years with tuberculosis, combined with HIV infection and without HIV infection were examined. For statistical processing, we used MS Excel (Microsoft Corp., USA) software package. Results. Patients with tuberculosis and HIV infection in comparison with patients with tuberculosis and without HIV had more expressed intoxication syndrome and respiratory impairement in the clinical picture (p < 0.00001). Patients with coinfection were more likely to suffer from alcohol (p Β < Β 0.05) and drug addiction (p < 0.001). According to MSCT, the pathological process in HIV-positive patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was more disseminated (p < 0.05), included severe intrathoracic lymphadenopathy (p < 0.0001), more common pleural lesions (p < 0.005), less common destructive changes (cavities) (p < 0.001) and outcomes in form of fibro-cavernous tuberculosis (p < 0.01). Process regression was slower in patients with tuberculosis and HIV (p < 0.005). According to MSCT, extensive lung damage, intrathoracic lymphadenopathy were Β more often found in patients with MDR in coinfection (p Β < Β 0.05). Cavities and fibro-cavernous tuberculosis outcomes were more common in patients with tuberculosis without HIV infection and with MDR (p < 0.05). Conclusion. MSCT provides detailed information about the pathological process in the lungs and its dynamics under the treatment of tuberculosis and HIV infection
