    Gardner's deformations of the N=2 supersymmetric a=4-KdV equation

    We prove that P.Mathieu's Open problem on constructing Gardner's deformation for the N=2 supersymmetric a=4-Korteweg-de Vries equation has no supersymmetry invariant solutions, whenever it is assumed that they retract to Gardner's deformation of the scalar KdV equation under the component reduction. At the same time, we propose a two-step scheme for the recursive production of the integrals of motion for the N=2, a=4-SKdV. First, we find a new Gardner's deformation of the Kaup-Boussinesq equation, which is contained in the bosonic limit of the super-hierarchy. This yields the recurrence relation between the Hamiltonians of the limit, whence we determine the bosonic super-Hamiltonians of the full N=2, a=4-SKdV hierarchy.     For each real number Λ\Lambda a Lie algebra of nonlinear vector fields on three dimensional Euclidean space is reported. Although each algebra is mathematically isomorphic to gl(3,R)gl(3,{\bf R}), only the Λ=0\Lambda=0 vector fields correspond to the usual generators of the general linear group. The Λ<0\Lambda < 0 vector fields integrate to a nonstandard action of the general linear group; the Λ>0\Lambda >0 case integrates to a local Lie semigroup. For each Λ\Lambda, a family of surfaces is identified that is invariant with respect to the group or semigroup action. For positive Λ\Lambda the surfaces describe fissioning nuclei with a neck, while negative Λ\Lambda surfaces correspond to exotic bubble nuclei. Collective models for neck and bubble nuclei are given by irreducible unitary representations of a fifteen dimensional semidirect sum spectrum generating algebra gcm(3)gcm(3) spanned by its nonlinear gl(3,R)gl(3,{\bf R}) subalgebra plus an abelian nonlinear inertia tensor subalgebra.Comment: 13 pages plus two figures(available by fax from authors by request

    Relevance. It is known that the existing drug therapy for cognitive disorders is characterized by low rates of efficacy and safety, as well as symptomatic orientation. Therefore, the search for new drugs in this area is an urgent issue, the solution of which can be phosphorylated derivatives of thiosemicarbazides (PTC), which have a multitarget mechanism of action.Aim. Study of acute toxicity and behavioral effects of PTC in mice.Methods. The objects of study are 2 new compounds of the PTC series: 2-[2-(Diphenylphosphoryl)acetyl]hydrazinecarbothioamide (T7) and 2-[2-(Diphenylphosphoryl) acetyl]-N-phenylhydrazinecarbothioamide (T8). The reference drug is diphenylphosphorylacetic acid hydrazide (phosenazid). After determining the acute toxicity with a single intraperitoneal injection, the effect of PTK on the behavior of mice was studied in the models "Open field" (OP), "Elevated plus maze" (EPM), "Dark-light chamber" (DLC) and "Behavioral despair" (BD). For statistical analysis, the GraphPadPrism 8.0.1 program was used with the calculation of Student's t-test.Results. It has been established that new PTC are less toxic than fosenazid. Behavioral testing showed that i.m. administration of T8 in test "OP" contributed to an increase in exploratory (6 and 12 mg/kg) and motor (12 mg/kg) activity, the development of an anxiolytic effect in the tests "EPM" (12 mg/kg) and "DLC" (6 mg / kg), and in "BD" (12 mg / kg) antidepressant effect. With the intravenous administration of T7, an increase in motor activity in the “OP” (16 mg / kg) was noted.Conclusion. Compounds of a number of PTC are promising for further synthesis and development as potential drugs with a different spectrum of psychotropic activitys.Актуальность. Известно, что существующая лекарственная терапия когнитивных расстройств характеризуется невысокими показателями эффективности и безопасности, а также симптоматической направленностью. Поэтому изыскание новых лекарственных средств в данной сфере является актуальным вопросом, решением которого могут стать фосфорилированные производные тиосемикарбазидов (ФТК), обладающие мультитаргетным механизмом действия.Цель. Изучение острой токсичности и влияния на поведение мышей ФТК.Методы. Объекты исследования — 2 новых соединения ряда ФТК: 2-[2-(Дифенилфосфорил)ацетил]гидразинкарботиоамид (Т7) и 2-[2-(Дифенилфосфорил)ацетил]-N-фенилгидразинкарботиоамид (Т8). Препарат сравнения — гидразид дифенилфосфорилуксусной кислоты (фосеназид). После определения острой токсичности при внутрибрюшинном однократном введении, влияние ФТК на поведение мышей изучено на моделях «Открытое поле» (ОП), «Приподнятый крестообразный лабиринт» (ПКЛ), «Тёмно-светлая камера» (ТСК) и «Поведенческое отчаяние» (ПО). Для статистического анализа применяли программу GraphPadPrism 8.0.1 с вычислением t-критерия Стьюдента.Результаты. Установлено, что новые ФТК обладают меньшей токсичностью по сравнению с фосеназидом. Поведенческое тестирование показало, что в/б введение Т8 способствовало увеличению исследовательской (6 и 12 мг/кг) и двигательной (12 мг/кг) активности на модели ОП, развитию анксиолитического эффекта в тестах ПКЛ (12 мг/кг) и ТСК (6 мг/кг), а в тесте ПО (12 мг/кг) — антидепрессивного действия. При в/б введении Т7 отмечалось увеличение двигательной активности в тесте ОП (16 мг/кг).Вывод. Соединения ряда ФТК являются перспективными для дальнейшего синтеза и разработки в качестве потенциальных лекарственных препаратов с различным спектром психотропной активности

    Neural Network Parameterizations of Electromagnetic Nucleon Form Factors

    The electromagnetic nucleon form-factors data are studied with artificial feed forward neural networks. As a result the unbiased model-independent form-factor parametrizations are evaluated together with uncertainties. The Bayesian approach for the neural networks is adapted for chi2 error-like function and applied to the data analysis. The sequence of the feed forward neural networks with one hidden layer of units is considered. The given neural network represents a particular form-factor parametrization. The so-called evidence (the measure of how much the data favor given statistical model) is computed with the Bayesian framework and it is used to determine the best form factor parametrization.Comment: The revised version is divided into 4 sections.     During last 10 years the number of studies which devoted to using of medical physical factors in rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer has increased. Using any physical factor in rehabilitation should be proved by results of evidence-based studies.The article presents data of scientometric analysis of 748 studies from 1980 till 2018 which were devoted to using of medical physical factors in rehabilitation of 261643 patients with breast cancer. The most studied physical factors with authentically proven effect are physical exercises, water based physical exercises, compression therapy. Process of synthesis and analysis of study results should be done regularly.Последнее десятилетие ознаменовалось ростом количества исследований, посвященных рассматриваемой тематике. Использование тех или иных физических факторов должно быть обосновано результатами качественных рандомизированных контролируемых клинических исследований, которые служат базой для разработки клинических рекомендаций.В статье представлены данные наукометрического анализа исследований 1980–2018 гг., посвященных использованию лечебных физических факторов и физических упражнений в реабилитации больных раком молочной железы. Наиболее изученными из факторов, имеющих доказанных эффект, являются физические упражнения, гидрокинезотерапия и компрессионная терапия. Важно, что процесс обобщения и анализа данных исследований должен носить регулярный характер

    BIOTIC DIVERSITY OF KARELIA: CONDITIONS OF FORMATION, COMMUNITIES AND SPECIES

    The monograph generalises vast data characterising the diversity of the biota in Russian Karelia. The data pool includes both materials of long-term studies, and new data collected in 1997–2000 within the Russian-Finnish project “Inventory and studies of biological diversity in Republic of Karelia”. The volume is composed of four interrelated chapters. Chapter one provides a detailed account of the climatic, geological, geomorphological, hydrological and soil conditions in which the regional biota has been forming. Chapter two describes and evaluates the diversity of forest, mire and meadow communities, and the third chapter details the terrestrial biota at the species level (vascular plants, mosses, aphyllophoroid fungi, lichens, mammals, birds, insects). A special section is devoted to the flora and fauna of aquatic ecosystems (algae, zooplankton, periphyton, macrozoobenthos, fishes). Wide use is made of various zoning approaches based on biodiversity-related criteria. Current status of the regional biota, including its diversity in protected areas, is analysed with elements of the human impact assessment. A concise glossary of the terms used is annexed. This is an unprecedentally multi-faceted review, at least for the taiga zone of European Russia. The volume offers extensive reference materials for researchers in a widest range of ecological and biological fields, including graduate and post-graduate students.
