    Abstract. The article consists of two parts. Part I shows the possibility of quantum / soft computing optimizers of knowledge bases (QSCOptKBβ„’) as the toolkit of quantum deep machine learning technology implementation in the solution’s search of intelligent cognitive control tasks applied the cognitive helmet as neurointerface. In particular, case, the aim of this part is to demonstrate the possibility of classifying the mental states of a human being operator in on line with knowledge extraction from electroencephalograms based on SCOptKBβ„’ and QCOptKBβ„’ sophisticated toolkit. Application of soft computing technologies to identify objective indicators of the psychophysiological state of an examined person described. The role and necessity of applying intelligent information technologies development based on computational intelligence toolkits in the task of objective estimation of a general psychophysical state of a human being operator shown. Developed information technology examined with special (difficult in diagnostic practice) examples emotion state estimation of autism children (ASD) and dementia and background of the knowledge bases design for intelligent robot of service use is it. Application of cognitive intelligent control in navigation of autonomous robot for avoidance of obstacles demonstrated.

    Process of layered structure materials creation based on aluminum alloys is presented. Microplasma texturing method, microplasma oxidation method and chemical metallization method were used to create these structures. Non-conductive nonmetallic inorganic coatings were produced by microplasma oxidation method. Obtained structures showed high durability under thermal stress loads due to substrate metal - non-conductive nonmetallic inorganic coating phase boundary texturing

    Introduction: Popliteal artery aneurysm is a pathology that appears regularly in daily practice of a vascular surgeon since the popliteal artery is the most common location of aneurysms (about 70%). A rare form of aneurysm of the popliteal artery is a giant aneurysm, the diameter of which is more than 7–8 cm. Giant aneurysms are of a great clinical importance due to the high risk of rupture and complications, and the fact that this pathology has its own peculiarities of surgical treatment.Material and methods: We conducted an electronic bibliographic search Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Wiley to find reports about treatment of giant popliteal aneurysms. According to its results the main features of the clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of giant popliteal aneurysms have been identified.Results and discussion: Surgical treatment of giant popliteal artery aneurysms differs from the treatment of regular popliteal artery aneurysms and is associated with the choice of adequate access and the need for partial or full resection of the aneurysm. Endovascular treatment methods are used much less frequently, however, with the improvement of techniques and the emergence of new technologies, an increase in number of giant aneurysms successful treatment cases is expected

    We give the generalization of the method of the space-time description of particle creation by a gravitational field for a scalar field with nonconformal coupling to the curvature. The space-time correlation function is obtained for a created pair of the quasi-particles, corresponding to a diagonal form of the instantaneous Hamiltonian. The case of an adiabatic change of the metric of homogeneous isotropic space is analyzed. We show that the created pairs of quasi-particles in de Sitter space should be interpreted as pairs of virtual particles.Comment: 7 pages, 3 figure
