Problems of space biology. Volume 50: Nystagmometry for evaulation of the status of the vestibular function
Various aspects of nystagmometry are studied, primarily those in which the study of hystagmus serves as a means to learn about the vestibular apparatus. Along with exhaustive published material, the monograph presents data from many years of research on the physioloigical mechanisms of nystagmus, the features of nystagmus when vestibular stimulation is combined with optokinetic, the pole of vertibular afferentation asymmetry in the asymmetry of reactions to optokinetic stimulus, a nystagmometric approach to studying the hydrodynamic interaction among semicircular canals, as well as several other questions. A great deal of attention is given to methods of recording nystagmus, calibrating nystagmograms, quantitative evaluation of nystagmographic material, new nystagmometric characteristics and diagnostic techniques. A diagnostic model is proposed which makes it possible to obtain important information on the condition of the vestibular system from results of vestibular testing
Operations of foots at patiens with diabetes - as factor risk of relapses of ulcers and purulent complications
After operations of foots with ulcers and purulent complications at sick of a diabetes, there are relapses. 107 cases are analyzed. Relapses arise because of preservation of major factors of risk and connection such as, deformation foots, ulcers, change foots loadings and a microbes landscape
The influence citokines in relapses of purulently complications at the diabetic foots and opportunities immunokorection
Studying of influence citokines in relapses of purulently complications at patients with a diabetic foots will allow to understand their function in development of pathological process. At 35 patients investigated levels: IL-1b, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and FNO-a, ΠΠΠ€-Ξ³ in day of operation, for 3, 5, 7, 11, 21-22 day. There is an stimulaition only IL-8 up to 182,75 pg/ml in the first day before operation - to growth up to 245,5 pg /ml by 5 day and with decrease to 40,09 pg /ml by 21-22 days. With the purpose immunomodulation used polioksidoni at 12 patients. The effect of a preparation was shown in stimulaition citokines. 12 operations keeping to foots are executed. Use polioksidoni treatment of relapses of purulently complications is recommended at a diabetic foots
Simulation of Optimum Offer Prices in the Contract System in State and Municipal Procurement
The work is aimed at solving the actual problem of estimating the optimal offer price with participation in tenders on electronic platforms. The proposed approach is based on the use of the Monte Carlo method for simulation in order not only to adequately assess the cost of the proposed project, but also to predict the demand for the project under different conditions, as well as to simulate the behavior and intentions of the auction participants. The constructed model allows us to study the pricing mechanism on electronic trading platforms. With the help of the presented simulation methods, the estimation of the optimal price of the contract proposal depending on the number of competitors and the contract value, as well as the intentions of the competitorsβ participation in the auction, the simulation results are presented
Graph Methods for Describing the Trade Profile of a Region
The work is devoted to the actual problem of building the trade profile of the region and studying the sustainability of regional foreign trade relations by analyzing the results of the regionβs foreign economic activity. The aim of the work is to develop a method for describing the trade profile of the region based on graph theory, as well as to assess the possibility of interpreting the behavior of the identified groups of goods from the point of view of analyzing the dynamics of import and export volumes. As the main hypothesis, the paper uses the statement that the network model of describing the foreign trade relations of the region should be balanced with respect to the expectations of suppliers and consumers of products, otherwise there is an imbalance that generates changes in the structure of foreign trade relations. A methodology for the study of foreign economic relations and the development of a trade region based on them using network graphs and a cluster approach is proposed, which makes it possible to identify stable groups of goods and, on their basis, assess the main trends in changes and the potential for the development of foreign economic activity in the region. We consider the features of calculating the adjacency matrix for constructing a graph, as well as identifying groups of vertices connected to each other in order to identify complete subgraphs β clicks, which allows us to identify the main time-stable commodity groups on which the foreign economic activity of the region depends. The described methodology should be used to improve the efficiency of building and describing the trade profile of the region in order to manage the development of foreign economic activity in the region, study the properties of product groups and their characteristics

PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF FAMILIES WITH A CHILD WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES
Introduction. The culture of parents, family constellation and the atmosphereΒ in the family, including psychological well-being of all its members have a great impact on forming of the identity of a child. The study of psychological well-being of parents with children with intellectual disabilities, allows us to select the most important areas of work with the family, effectively distribute the efforts of experts to meet the communication, medical, educational and other needs of families. The aim of this research is to analyze the state of psychological well-beingΒ of parents of the special boarding school children as a factor of their socialization. Methods. A standardized scale of subjective wellbeing (authors Perrudet-Badoux,Β Mendelssohn and Chiche, adapted by V. M. Sokolova) is used to determine the componentsΒ of the psychological well-being of parents of mentally deficient children. The techniqueΒ Β«A scale of subjective well-beingΒ» in authorβs adaptation is applied to determinationΒ of the level of psychological well-being of school students. Results. 58 parents from 53 families and 60 children of early teenage ageΒ (12β13 years) having the diagnosis of F70 (minor mental retardation) or F71 (moderateΒ mental retardation) participated in the research; it shows that the comprehensiveΒ social and psychological support of a family aimed at providing psychologicalΒ well-being of parents (their legal representatives) in the conditions of correctionalΒ boarding school becomes a factor of positive socialization of the child withΒ intellectual incapacity. Adult examinees with psychological problems are not found.Β The respondents do not have serious emotional problems, they are optimistic,Β not inclined to state claims, active, successfully interact with people around,Β most of them possess a positive self-assessment. These characteristics are explainedΒ by the comprehensive program of social and psychological maintenance of familiesΒ conducted at school. It is concluded that interconditionality of psychologicalΒ well-being of children and their parents can and must be supported and adjustedΒ by the school.Scientific novelty consists in the development of ideas to ensure positive socializationΒ of families with children with disabilities.Practical significance. The found results can be used in special education,Β the implementation of social and psychological support of students with intellectualΒ disabilities and their families.ΠΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅.
