Entanglement fidelity for electron-electron interaction in strongly coupled semiclassical plasma and under external fields

This paper presents the effects of AB-flux field and electric field on electron-electron interaction, encircled by a strongly coupled semiclassical plasma. We found that weak external fields are required to perpetuate a low-energy elastic electron-electron interaction in a strongly coupled semiclassical plasma. The entanglement fidelity in the interaction process has been examined. We have used partial wave analysis to derive the entanglement fidelity. We found that for a weak electric field, the fidelity ratio for electron-electron interaction increase as projectile energy increase but remains constant or almost zero for a strong electric field. Our results provide an invaluable information on how the efficiency of entanglement fidelity for a low-energy elastic electron-electron interaction in a strongly coupled semiclassical plasma can be influenced by the presence of external fields

Sodium Benzoate is Associated with Salmonella Typhi Resistant to Chloramphenicol

Background: There are many factors that govern growth and resistant of Salmonella typhi. A study had reported that the use of sodium benzoate caused antibiotic resistant. However, no study has directly evaluated the effect of sodium benzoate exposure on S. typhi sensitivity to chloramphenicol. The aim of this study was to evaluate the resistance or sensitivity of S. typhi to chloramphenicol after sodium benzoate exposure. Methods: The study was conducted in seven groups: three treatment groups (sodium benzoate insensitive S. typhi+8 µg/mL, 16 µg/mL, and 32 µg/mL of chloramphenicol), three positive control groups (sodium benzoate sensitive S. typhi+8 µg/mL, 16 µg/mL, and 32 µg/mL of chloramphenicol), and one negative control groups (sodium benzoate sensitive S. typhi+0 µg/mL of chloramphenicol). The effect of sodium benzoate exposure to S. typhi sensitivity to chloramphenicol was measured after 24 hours. Spearman test was used to analyzed this association. Results: In this study, we found that the average S. typhi growth in the treatment groups (A, B, C) was 445 CFU/mL, 385 CFU/mL, and 171 CFU/mL, respectively. While in the positive control group (D, E, F) was not obtained any S. typhi growth. Average S. typhi growth in the negative control group was 430 CFU/mL. Discussion: We found that sodium benzoate exposure inhibited S. typhi growth and affected S. typhi sensitivity to chloramphenicol (p<0.05). In addition, we found that 32 µg/mL chloramphenicol had the highest mean difference value, so this showed that the dose 32 µg/mL of chloramphenicol had the best effectiveness of various treatment groups (p<0.05). Conclusions: Sodium benzoate exposure can inhibit S. typhi growth and cause S. typhi resistant to chloramphenicol.&nbsp

RESPONS OF CACAO SEEDLINGS FERTILIZED WITH PAPUAN AYAMARU PHOSPHATE ROCK (PAPR) COMBINED WITH HUMIC ACID, INOCULATION OF AMF AND PHOSPHATE SOLUBILIZING BACTERIA

The effect of Papuan Ayamaru Phosphate Rock (PAPR) dosage levels combined with inoculation of humic acid (HA), arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (AMF), and Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) was studied on the growth of cocoa seedling. The treatment of PAPR consisted of 0, 1, 2, 4 g P2O5 / seedling and 2 g P2O5 SP-36 /seedling as control. Ultisol was collected from Jasinga, West Java and used as planting media, while the Upper Amazone Hybrid F-1 cocoa seeds were obtained from the Coffee and Cacao Research Center, Jember-East Java. The study was carried out for 16 weeks after planting under 60 % of shading net. All fertilization treatments which were inoculated with AMF produced better seedling growth compared to the seedling growth without AMF. The response of seedling growth and P available content of the media due to 4.0 g P2O5 plant-1 of PAPR was still linearly increased. The responses were improved by application of HA, AMF and PSB inoculation. Synthesis of organic acids by PSB inoculation and the release of acid phosphatase by AMF to the media was an indication that there was an external mechanism of P solubilization of the phosphate rock. The effectiveness of AMF, HA and PSB on shoot dry weight were 104.29%, 4.38% and 4.24% respectively on P uptake were 191.00%, 33.20% and 18.31% respectively, on root colonization were 681.82%, 10.26% and 6.17% respectively, on acid phosphatase activity were 30.07%, 7.58%, 7.34% respectively, and on PAPR efficiency were 104.29%, 438% and 4.24% respectively.Key words: biofertilizer, inoculation, mycorrhizae, phosphate rock, SP-3

PT.
