The paper analyzes the actions of the Administration of Novy Vasyugan rural settlement. Novy Vasyugan is a village in Tomsk oblast and an administrative center of rural settlement. The Administration is a key element of a democratic society. Every citizen deals with an administration. Nowadays it is developing and legislative branch does not work in a perfect way as its financial and economic resources are limited. The paper describes the structure of rural administration: the duties of municipal bodies, its rights. The goals and results of Novy Vasyugan municipal programs are described: socio-economic growth plan, fire safety municipal target program, energy efficiency municipal target program and antiextremism complex municipal program

Nonlinearities and Pomeron Nonfactorizability in Conventional Diffraction

Alternatives for describing the nonlinear behavior of the first diffraction cone in differential pppp and pˉp\bar pp elastic cross-section are investigated. High quality fits to the data are presented. We show that the presence in the Pomeron amplitude of two terms with different tt dependences is strongly suggested by the data, hinting at a non-factorizable Pomeron even in the field of purely hadronic reactions. The available data, however, do no allow to choose among a nonlinearity in the residues or in the Pomeron trajectory or in both. In all cases, we find an effective slope of the trajectory larger than the one currently used. A nonlinear trajectory with the fitted parameters is used for predicting the mass and the width of the 2++^{++} glueball. An excellent agreement is found with the X(1900) candidate from the WA91 experiment.Comment: Plain TeX, 24 pages, 6 eps figures, to be published in Nuovo Ciment

On the basis of its multipurpose activities during regeneration of fabrics in various experiments on animals, Thymosin β4 has the potential for new researches, in kidneys and a liver, and also recovery of a spinal cord, bones and injury of ligaments. Besides, it can be useful in case of treatment of a wide range of other diseases, including concerning consequences of old bacterial damages and viral infection

New opportunities in the treatment of asthenic symptoms after a new coronavirus infection

Introduction. Asthenia is an urgent problem during the pandemic of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) because of its high frequency regardless of the severity of the disease. The purpose of this subanalysis of data from the multicenter controlled randomized clinical trial TONUS was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of meldonium therapy for аsthenia in COVID-19 survivors.Materials and methods. A total of 880 patients with asthenia who underwent COVID-19 within the last 6 months were included in the analysis. The efficacy of asthenia therapy was assessed by the MFI-20 scale, Schulte tables, and the General Clinical Impression (CGI) scale. All patients were previously randomized in two parallel branches of the TONUS study, including patients without concomitant disease in TONUS-1 (who received meldonium 500 mg/day for 14 days in the main group) and patients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease in TONUS-2, who received meldonium at a dose of 1000 mg/day for 42 days in the main group. In both arms of the study, the drugs in the comparison groups were multivitamin complexes.Results. For the TONUS-1 groups. In the group of patients receiving meldonium compared with the control group (p < 0.001): total MFI-20 score decreased and was 31 (25; 40); MFI-20 –35 (–46; 23); performance value –5 (–11; –2) seconds; proportion of patients with significant improvement (by CGI-I) by the end of follow-up was 92.8%. For TONUS-2 groups. In the group of patients receiving meldonium compared with the control group (p < 0.001): total MFI-20 score decreased to 35 (27; 44); MFI-20 –34 (–46; –21), performance value –5 (–11; –2), proportion of patients with significant improvement (by CGI-I) by end of follow-up – 90.8%.Conclusion. Significant positive dynamics and regression of asthenia were noted in the groups of patients receiving meldonium in comparison with the control groups

Effect of triphosphate modifications in 2′-deoxynucleoside 5′-triphosphates on their specificity towards various DNA polymerases

AbstractSome natural and glycon-modified dNTPs with β,γ-pyrophosphate substitution at the triphosphate residue were synthesized and studied to evaluate the effect of these modifications on substrate properties of dNTPs in DNA synthesis catalyzed by human placental DNA polymerases α and β, avian myeloblastosis virus reverse transcriptase, and calf thymus terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase. Reverse transcriptase proved to be the enzyme least specific to such modifications; the substrate activity of β,γ-methylenediphosphonate substituted dTTP and 3′-azido-3′-deoxy-dTTP decreased in the following order: CF2=CHF>CBr2>CFMe≫CH2. This order is individual for each DNA polymerase. It is interesting to mention that β,γ-CBr2 substituted dTTP is neither a substrate nor an inhibitor of DNA polymerase β. This specificity distinguishes DNA polymerase β from other DNA polymerases studied
