About the creative potential of the individual: remembering S. Z. Goncharov

The main ideas of the creative heritage of the prominent Ekaterinburg philosopher, doctor of philosophical Sciences, Professor, the head of Department of Philosophy, Culturology and Art history of Russian state vocational-pedagogical University for many years, Sergey Zakharovich Goncharov (25.01.1946 - 11.02.2016) are considered. The aim of the article is to give a first overview of S. Z. Goncharov’s ideas in the context of his biography. Qualification of his world outlook as a modern version of Platonism, which incorporates two extremely important for the Russian tradition: first, from Plato through Hegel to K. Marx and E. Ilienkov, and secondly, from Plato through Hegel to I. Ilyin and the orthodox of the patristic heritage is suggested. It is noted the fruitfulness of the actualization of S. Z. Goncharov’s worksРассматриваются важнейшие идеи творческого наследия видного екатеринбургского философа, доктора философских наук, профессора, многие годы заведующего кафедрой философии, культурологии и искусствоведения Российского государственного профессионально-педагогического университета, Сергея Захаровича Гончарова (25.01.1946-11.02.2016). Цель - дать первый обзор идей С. З. Гончарова в контексте его биографии. Предлагается квалификация его мировоззрения как современной версии платонизма, вобравшей в себя две чрезвычайно значимые для России традиции: во-первых, от Платона через Гегеля к К. Марксу и Э. Ильенкову, а во-вторых, от Платона через Гегеля к И. Ильину и православному святоотеческому наследию. Отмечается плодотворность актуализации работ С. З. Гончаров

PHILOSOPHY AS AN ART OF DYING AND THE SCIENCE OF LIFE: REMEMBERING S. Z. GONCHAROV

The aim of the publication is the analysis of creative heritage of the prominent Ekaterinburg philosopher, Doctor of Philosophy, professor, over many years head of the Department of Philosophy, Culturology and Art Criticism of the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University – Sergey Zakharovich Goncharov (1/25/1946 – 2/12/2016).Method of the analytical research stated in the publication is hermeneutical. Results and scientific novelty. The review of the fundamental ideas of S. Z. Goncharov is presented; the first attempt to estimate the scientist’s contribution to contemporary Russian philosophy is made. The most significant biographic and personal factors which have affected a career and evolution of outlook of S. Z. Goncharov are highlighted. The qualification of Goncharov’s philosophical concept as the modern version of Platonismwhich has incorporated two traditional lines (extremely important for Russia) of development of a philosophical thought is offered: firstly, from Plato through Hegel to Marx and E. Ilyenkov, and, secondly, from Plato through Hegel to I. Ilyin and orthodox patristic heritage. S. Z. Goncharov’s positions of situation, major for understanding, from his scientific publications are given. The nonreducing of outlook of S. Z. Goncharov to his articulated component is emphasized. The openness, tendency to communication with the original, looking for interlocutors, careful attitude to otherness of opponents, a presumption of subjectivity of any person as to an existential dominant in S. Z. Goncharov’s mental outlook are noted. Fruitfulness of works updating by S. Z. Goncharov is noted. The works by S. Z. Goncharov have already received wide  ecognition not only in Russia and the countries entering the USSR, but also in China, Japan, etc. Practical significance. The author hopes for further mutual cooperation of awide range of researchers for deeper judgment of philosophical creativity of S. Z. Goncharov, his contemporaries and their predecessors – for establishment of correlation of persons and eras that S. Z. Goncharov called «joint making» and considered it as the most organic for a person – a truly creative state of being.Цель статьи – анализ творческого наследия видного екатеринбургского философа, доктора философских наук, профессора, многие годы заведующего кафедрой философии, культурологии и искусствоведения Российского государственного профессионально-педагогического университета Сергея Захарович Гончарова (даты жизни: 25.01.1946 – 12.02.2016). Метод изложенного в публикации аналитического исследования – герменевтический. Результаты и научная новизна. Представлен обзор основополагающих идей С. З. Гончарова и предпринята первая попытка оценить вклад ученого в современную отечественную философию. Выделены некоторые наиболее значимые биографические и личностные факторы, сказавшиеся на творческом пути и эволюции мировоззрения С. З. Гончарова. Предложена квалификация его философской концепции как современной версии платонизма, вобравшей в себя две чрезвычайно важные для России традиционные линии развития философской мысли: во-первых, от Платона через Гегеля к Марксу и Э. Ильенкову, а во-вторых, от Платона через Гегеля к И. Ильину и православному святоотеческому наследию. Приводятся важнейшие для понимания позиции С. З. Гончарова положения из его научных публикаций. Подчеркивается нередуцируемость мировоззрения С. З. Гончарова к его артикулированной составляющей. Отмечается открытость, устремленность к общению с самобытными, ищущими собеседниками, бережное отношение к инаковости оппонентов, презумпция субъектности всякого человека как экзистенциальной доминанте в мироощущении С. З. Гончарова. Отмечается плодотворность актуализации работ С. З. Гончарова, получивших широкое признание уже не только в России и странах, входивших в СССР, но и в Китае, Японии и др.Практическая значимость. Автор надеется на дальнейшее коллегиальное сотрудничество широкого круга исследователей для более глубокого осмысления философского творчества С. З. Гончарова, его современников и их предшественников – для установления корреляции личностей и эпох, что сам С. З. FROM ADVANCE TO TRANS-PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Introduction. For several decades, the gap of vocational education with quickly changing realities in labour market, in the field of technologies and socio-economic sphere, and the need for the advancing vocational training, have been considered as the topical and steadily growing problems. Numerous attempts to overcome the presented above problems by means of fundamentalization and predictive methods have not led to anything so far. It is obvious that other education opportunities for in-demand, highly skilled, competitive specialists are needed. The aims of the publication are to discuss the potential of trans-professional education; to come up with arguments in favour of its introduction as the most perspective direction which might allow university and college graduates: to be guided better on labour market; to be more confident in unstable, unpredictable reality; to adapt quickly to dynamically changing situations in the world of professions. Methodology and research methods. The research paper is based on comparative analysis that provided an opportunity to find out the conceptual grounds of traditional mono-professional education and trans-professional education appropriate for challenges of modern Russia. Results and scientific novelty. It is emphasized that mono-professionalism as a paradigm reference point of professional education content is called for global reconsideration; for many years, preservation of traditional forms and methods have prevented mono-professionalism of good intentions to give it the advancing character, especially, at its initial stage. For the first time, trans-professional education has been considered as a result of considerably heterogeneous (as opposed to homogeneous) bi- and polyprofessional training; the essence of that training consists in learning not related specialties concerned to one professional group, but professions that are absolutely far apart. Such approach will promote not only expansion of professional opportunities among graduates of educational institutions, but even emergence of students’ readiness to be beyond professional stereotypes.Practical significance. The guidelines for further development of the Russian vocational education at various levels are suggested.Введение. Отставание профессионального образования от быстро меняющихся реалий на рынке труда, в области технологий и социально-экономической сфере, потребность в опережающей профессиональной подготовке уже несколько десятков лет артикулируются как злободневные и неуклонно обостряющиеся проблемы. Многочисленные попытки их преодоления посредством фундаментализации и прогностических методов пока ни к чему не привели. Очевидно, что нужен поиск иных возможностей обучения востребованных, высококвалифицированных, конкурентоспособных специалистов. Цель публикации – обсудить потенциал транспрофессионального образования и привести аргументы в пользу его внедрения как наиболее перспективного направления, которое позволит выпускникам вузов и колледжей лучше ориентироваться на рынка труда, более уверенно чувствовать себя в неустойчивой, непредсказуемой действительности, быстро адаптироваться к динамично меняющимся ситуациям в мире профессий. Методология и методики исследования. Работа построена на сравнительном анализе концептуальных оснований традиционного монопрофессионального и соответствующего вызовам времени транспрофессионального образования в Российской Федерации. Результаты и научная новизна. Подчеркивается необходимость глобального переосмысления монопрофессионализма как парадигмального ориентира содержания профессионального образования, особенно на его стартовом, начальном этапе, на котором сохранение традиционных форм и методов в течение многих лет выхолащивает благие намерения придать ему опережающий характер. Впервые транспрофессиональное образование рассмотрено как результат радикально гетерогенной (в противовес гомогенной) би- и полипрофессиональной подготовки, суть которой состоит в освоении обучающимся не смежных, родственных специальностей, относящихся к одной профессиональной группе, а совершенно далеких друг от друга профессий. Такой подход будет способствовать не столько расширению диапазона профессиональных возможностей выпускника образовательного учреждения, сколько появлению у него готовности выходить за рамки профессиональных стереотипов. Практическая значимость. Предложены ориентиры дальнейшего развития отечественного профессионального образования на разных его уровнях
