    The problem of low durability of flexible pavement is one of the most important problems of road economy. For example, the actual service life of asphalt pavement in Russia about 3 … 5 years. The bad condition of highways is an obstacle for the development of the national economy and leads to a significant annual economic losses.At present, this problem has no exact solution. Even at the seeming good road conditions of Europe and America the problem of low durability is no less important in these countries. And this problem becomes more and more actual every year.Our scientific researches allowed to make a hypothesis that the projected of pavements are not have the necessary durability yet not of a stage of designing because in strength calculations did not take into account the vibration of road constructions.Very actual the vibration loading becomes today as is now significantly changed the nature of loading of pavements. As a result the deflections of a pavements are reduced, but the increased vibration of pavements accelerated processes of destruction and significantly reduced durability.The theory of vibration destruction developed by the author allows to adjust the vibration, to form the vibration resistance pavements, and also to forecast a residual life of pavements that will more effectively develop repair actions. Проблема низкой долговечности дорожных одежд с асфальтобетонными покрытиями является одной из важнейших в дорожной отрасли: фактические сроки службы асфальтобетонных покрытий в России не превышают 3–5 лет. Плохое состояние автомобильных дорог – тормоз для развития народного хозяйства, что приводит к значительным ежегодным экономическим потерям. В настоящее время эта задача не имеет однозначного решения. Даже при кажущемся хорошем состоянии дорог Европы и Америки проблема низкой долговечности стоит не менее остро и в этих странах. Данные вопросы с каждым годом становится все более актуальнами.Проведенные автором научные исследования позволили выдвинуть гипотезу, что проектируемые дорожные конструкции не обладают необходимой прочностью еще не стадии конструирования, потому что в расчетах на прочность совершенно не учитывается вибрация дорожных конструкций. Особенно актуальным учет вибрационного нагружения становится в наши дни, поскольку значительно изменился характер нагружения дорожных конструкций. В результате прогибы дорожной конструкции уменьшаются, но возросшая их вибрация ускоряет процессы разрушения и существенно снижает долговечность конструкций.Разработанная теория вибрационного разрушения позволяет регулировать вибрационный механизм, формировать виброзащищенные дорожные конструкции, а также прогнозировать их остаточный ресурс, что дает возможность более эффективно разрабатывать ремонтные мероприятия

    The restrictions of irreducible modules of special linear and symplectic groups in an odd characteristic p with p-large highest weights to a subsystem subgroup H of maximal rank with two simple components H1 and H2 are considered. The lower estimate for the number of composition factors for such restrictions, which are p-large for the subgroup H1 and are not too small for H2, is found. The lower estimates of the number of Jordan blocks of maximal size for the images of certain unipotent elements in the corresponding representations of such groups are determined. Рассматриваются ограничения неприводимых модулей специальной линейной и симплектической групп в нечетной характеристике p с большими относительно p старшими весами на подсистемную подгруппу H максимального ранга с двумя простыми компонентами H1 и H2. Найдена нижняя оценка числа композиционных факторов таких ограничений, которые являются p-большими для подгруппы H1 и не слишком малы для H2. На этой основе получены нижние оценки для числа блоков Жордана максимальной размерности у образов определенных унипотентных элементов в соответствующих представлениях рассматриваемых групп.

    Financial Risks of Russian Oil Companies in Conditions of Volatility of Global Oil Prices

    The development of scientific approaches to assessing and diagnosing the financial risks of oil industry in the Russian Federation becomes a high priority task in conditions of high level of volatility in oil prices in the world energy market and preservation of sanctions regime. The article shows the main threats to financial stability of oil companies in Russia. Using cluster analysis, a system of indicators is proposed that determines the level of financial risk of oil companies in Russia. Based on the method of expert assessments and fuzzy sets, the classification of financial risk levels of oil industry is proposed. The integrated financial risk level of oil industry was calculated and scenarios of its development for 2018–2020 were forecast by means of regression modeling. The system of measures to improve the stability of oil companies and prevent functional financial risks is argued. The practical implementation of research results will be the basis for timely diagnosis of financial risks and qualitative development of preventive measures to neutralize them in the oil industry of Russia.     Cytogenomic Profile of Uterine Leiomyoma: In Vivo vs. In Vitro Comparison

    We performed a comparative cytogenomic analysis of cultured and uncultured uterine leiomyoma (UL) samples. The experimental approach included karyotyping, aCGH, verification of the detected chromosomal abnormalities by metaphase and interphase FISH, MED12 mutation analysis and telomere measurement by Q-FISH. An abnormal karyotype was detected in 12 out of 32 cultured UL samples. In five karyotypically abnormal ULs, MED12 mutations were found. The chromosomal abnormalities in ULs were present mostly by complex rearrangements, including chromothripsis. In both karyotypically normal and abnormal ULs, telomeres were ~40% shorter than in the corresponding myometrium, being possibly prerequisite to chromosomal rearrangements. The uncultured samples of six karyotypically abnormal ULs were checked for the detected chromosomal abnormalities through interphase FISH with individually designed DNA probe sets. All chromosomal abnormalities detected in cultured ULs were found in corresponding uncultured samples. In all tumors, clonal spectra were present by the karyotypically abnormal cell clone/clones which coexisted with karyotypically normal ones, suggesting that chromosomal abnormalities acted as drivers, rather than triggers, of the neoplastic process. In vitro propagation did not cause any changes in the spectrum of the cell clones, but altered their ratio compared to uncultured sample. The alterations were unique for every UL. Compared to its uncultured counterpart, the frequency of chromosomally abnormal cells in the cultured sample was higher in some ULs and lower in others. To summarize, ULs are characterized by both inter- and intratumor genetic heterogeneity. Regardless of its MED12 status, a tumor may be comprised of clones with and without chromosomal abnormalities. In contrast to the clonal spectrum, which is unique and constant for each UL, the clonal frequency demonstrates up or down shifts under in vitro conditions, most probably determined by the unequal ability of cells with different genetic aberrations to exist outside the body
