Mengurai Kerangka Legislasi Sebagai Instrumen Perwujudan Hak Asasi Manusia

This study seeks to examine the performance of legislation (lawmaking function) as the realization of human rights instruments. Scrutiny on the program period 2010-2014 national legislation, to determine the validity of the assuredness and values, human rights principles in the Law that were born in that period. The study was conducted by banging the process of formation of the Law, institutionalization are born by the state\u27s responsibility for human rights. The methods and approaches used in the study are in the type of normative or doctrinal study which aims to provide a systematic explanation of the rules, then analyzed the relationship between legislation and the realization of human rights as a state responsibility. Several approaches are used, among others, the statutory approach, the conceptual approach and the approach of the case. The relation between the lawmaking function with the realization of human rights, are in the state\u27s responsibility to look out of the politics of law. To parse each stage process that impact on the formal level, further analysis of the Law to include legal issues, regulatory patterns, models of responsibility of the state and its institutionalization. Proceeding from it, reflect on the process of legislation discover improper application of the limitation of the right, the context of government intervention and the application of the law. The Common Assessment Used for English Teaching in Junior High School: a Naturalistic Study

Assessment is used by a teacher in order to measure students\u27 ability in learning process. There are many kinds of assessment which can be employed to assess students in the classroom. The objective of this research is to describe assessment used for English teaching in high school. The design of this research was a naturalistic study. Object of this research was one state junior high school located in Surakarta. Based on the research data, assessment used by the English teachers consist of (1) formative assessment, (2) middle test, and (3) summative assessment. It can be concluded that the English teachers combine those assessment model in order to measure students\u27 ability in learning English at the school based on the 2006 curriculum where assessment are equipped by meaningful activities. In addition, those assessments seem complete if it is created constructively where assessments used are more focused on the students\u27 success than failure in learning

Pengaruh Tingkat Hunian Pada Keputusan Investasi Proyek Hotel Santika Gubeng Surabaya

Meningkatnya jumlah pembangunan hotel di Surabaya menyebabkan kekhawatiran terhadap tingkat hunian kamar hotel (okupansi) yang ada bias berkurang secara drastis. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah analisa investasi mengenai tingkat okupansi agar bias diketahui Perubahan tingkat okupansi hotel yang terjadi sehingga diketahui kelayakannya. Hotel SantikaGubeng yang berada di Jalan Raya Gubeng yang mempunyai luas bangunan 14.0002 nantinya akan menjadi sebuah parameter dalam pengkajian Perubahan tingkat okupansi hotel di Surabaya dan juga dianalisa dari segi pasar dan finansialnya sehingga bias dikatakan layak dari segi pasar dan layak dari segi finansial. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah metode peramalan yang terbaik dan juga diketahui rata-rata okupansi selama masa investasi sebesar 42% dengan NPV sebesar Rp.47.748.182.982 dan IRR 16% dan dikatakan layak untuk dibangun. Functional Evaluation of The Reducible Lower Radioulnar Joint Disruption between below Elbow Slab and Percutaneus Ulnoradial Pinning Surgical Treatments in Adult Patients with Galeazzi Fracture

Background: Incidence of Galeazzi fracture is relatively rare, but it requires correct management to attain desirable outcome and to prevent functional disorder in the affected patients. Generally, radius shaft plating is considered the best method to produce desirable outcome. However, there are some options to choose for DRUJ dysfunction management. No previous evaluation has been conducted on the functional effect of distal radio-ulnar joint (DRUJ) disruption in patients with Galeazzi fracture at Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Orthopedi Hospital. This study aimed to evaluate the relative effects of below elbow slab and percutaneus ulnoradial pinning surgical treatments on the reducible lower radioulnar joint disruption in adult patients with Galeazzi fracture. Subjects and Method: This was a cohort study conducted at Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Orthopedi Hospital, Surakarta, Central Java, from January to December 2012. A total of 39 adult patients with Galeazzi fracture consisting of 23 with percutaneus pinning and 16 with below elbow slab treatment were selected for this study. The dependent variable was reducible lower radio-ulnar joint disruption. The independent variable was type of surgical treatment (below elbow slab versus percutaneus ulnoradial pinning). After 34 week follow-up period, the outcomes of these surgical treatments, i.e. the functional evaluation of reducible lower radio-ulnar joint disruption, were measured by Mikic criteria. The outcome data between the two types of surgical treatment were compared and tested by chi-square test. Results: The score of functional evaluation of reducible lower radio-ulnar joint disruption in patients who underwent below elbow slab surgical treatment was comparable with counterpart who underwent percutaneus ulnoradial pinning surgical treatment, and it was statistically non significant. Conclusion: Below elbow slab surgical treatment and percutaneus ulnoradial pinning surgical treatment result in comparable good outcomes in adult patients with Galeazzi fracture. Pemodelan Alokasi Luas Lahan pada Analisa Highest And Best Use, Lahan di Jl. Kahuripan Raya Kav 30-34 Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Kahuripan Nirwana Village (KNV) merupakan kawasan kota mandiri yang dikembangkan oleh PT Mutiara Mahsyur Sejahtera dengan luas lahan total 375 Ha. Hingga tahun 2016 ini baru 83 Ha yang telah dikembangkan menjadi Perumahan, area komersial, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya. Salah satu lahan yang belum dikembangkan adalah lahan seluas 1,28 Ha di Jl Kahuripan Raya Kav 30-34. Guna mendapatkan alternatif terbaik pada lahan tersebut perlu dilakukan sebuah analisa, salah satu yang dapat digunakan adalah analisa Highest and Best Use. Analisa Highest and Best Use adalah penggunaan terbaik dan tertinggi yang memperhatikan aspek fisik, hukum, serta finansial dalam memperoleh produktivitas maksimum yang dapat menjadi alternatif solusi dari pemecahan masalah pengoptimalan penggunaan lahan di Jl Kahuripan Raya Kav 30-34. Pada aspek fisik analisa HBU ini akan dilakukan pemodelan untuk alokasi luas penggunaan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan perpaduan shopping centre dengan apartemen sebagai alternatif penggunaan lahan terbaik dengan nilai lahan tertinggi yaitu sebesar Rp 6.182.208/ m2 dengan produktivitas maksimum sebesar 18,16
