    This research examines the “Model Pembelajaran Instruction, Doing, dan Evaluating (MPIDE)” with Physics Phenomenon Video in Physics Instruction at SMA. The research's purpose are to determine the students activities, the effectiveness of model, and the students learning achievement retention. This research is a research action that implicated by one group pretest and posttest design for testing. This research conducted on SMA of Class XI with the techniques of data collection is the observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques are percentage, continuesly its described. The results of the students activities , the effectiveness of model, and the students learning achievement retention can improve each cycle. The average of the students activities from cycle one to cycle two is 69,17% to 73,33% with active activity category. The average of the effectiveness of model from cycle one to cycle two is 0.68 with anough effective category to 0.75 with effective category. The average of students learning achievement retention from cycle one to cycle two is 92.56% to 93.19% with high category. The research can be concluded that the model can improve the students activities, the effectiveness of model, and the students learning achievement retention when the model completed by dubbing on video

    This study aimed to: (1) describe the best practices on the implementation of character education in Vocational High School models through self-development program, and (2) describe the best practices on the implementation of character education in Vocational High School models through school culture. The study was conducted through case studies at SMK N 2 Depok Sleman, SMK N 2 Wonosari, and SMK N 1 Bantul. This study employed quantitative and qualitative approaches (mix-methods). The data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data was analysed using the descriptive technique, both quantitative and qualitative. The results showed: (1) The implementation of scouting activities at SMK 2 Wonosari was intensive and very effective in instilling or developing the students\u27 positive characters, (2) The role of school culture in the character education at SMK 2 Depok Sleman focused on seven-characters values (3) The implementation of the Honesty Canteen at SMK 1 Bantul was effective to develop the value of honesty among the students

    Video Media Physics Phenomenon in Environment Accompanied by Physical Magnitudes, showing video physics phenomenon the existing events around students (contains the concepts of physics) that accompanied a detailed of the physical magnitudes according to the material used. The purposes of this research are to describe learning activities, determine the difference learning achievement of physics before and after learning, and describe their retention. This research was carried out in SMA Negeri 1 Muncar and this research is a research quasi experiment, doing only in one group of experiments. This type of design used the Time-Series Design. Data learning activities during learning that applying Video Media Physics Phenomenon in Environment Accompanied by Physical Magnitudes obtained 79,41% in average, the data analysis learning achievement using t-test and t-table that show the value of t-test > t-table, and the is high grades with the retention ≥ 70% in each of the meeting. This research can be concluded that the activity of learning to used Video Media Physics Phenomenon in Environment Accompanied by Physical Magnitudes categorized is active, there is difference in learning achievement before and after learning, and have a strong retention

    Learn Resource Package With The Analysis of Issue's Discourse is textbook issue verbal expression in written form that contains the real events that contextual information and contain the problem to be analyzed. The purpose of this study was to describe the package a good learning resources for teaching physics in senior high school and assess differences in physics student learning outcomes before and after the learning using the learning resource package discourse analysis of issues in senior high school. This type of research is the development, use 4D that the modified design into 3D. Studies have been completed at the MAN 2 Jember. Data collection techniques used are sheets of validation, observation, interview and test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive, and paired samples t-test with SPSS 16. Package learning resource with a discourse analysis of issues otherwise good and decent used for teaching physics in high school if the product has been tested validity developed through logic and empirical validation process, learning resource package with the issue of discourse analysis is valid if the validation logic and empiric are ≥ 4. Based on the analysis of quantitative data validation logic and empirical learning resource package amounting to 3.92 and 4.2 with a valid category. Based on the results quantitative data analysis and empirical validation logic and logical conclusion that the instrument package learning resources belong to either category. There are differences in the results to assess student learning physics after learning using learning resources package, then using paired samples T-test. Results of analysis Paired Sample t-test value of significance (2-tailed) class X 2 and X MIA Religion are 0.000. Because the value of sig. (2-tailed) ≤ of α (0.05) is 0.000 ≤ 0.05 then Ha to accept. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in students' physics learning outcomes before and after the learning using the learning resource package discourse analysis of issues in senior high school

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dan Motivasi Kerja (MK) merupakan prediktor secara silmutan atau parsial terhadap Stres Kerja (SK) pegawai Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Maluku di kota Ambon. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan 110 responden yang terdiri dari 47 pegawai perempuan dan 63 pegawai laki-laki menggunakan contoh/cuplikan jenuh. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan tiga skala yaitu LMX, MK, dan SK dengan menggunakan skala Likert (5 alternatif jawaban). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hanya MK yang berpengaruh terhadap SK pegawai perempuan hasil (r= 0,25α) nilai F= 5,472 dengan nilai signifikansi= 0,026 (p>0,05) dan R2 = 0,065 (6,5 %). Sebaliknya pada pegawai laki-laki (r= 0,57α) nilai F= 2,03 dengan signifikansi 0,027 (p<0,05) dan R2= 0,325 (32,5%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa MK pegawai perempuan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap SK, sedangkan LMX dan MK berpengaruh terhadap SK

    PERILAKU SEHAT DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR SUBJECTIVE WELL BEING PADA PURNA TUGAS DI PT PERUSAHAN LISTRIK NEGARA (PERSERO) WILAYAH KOTA AMBON

    Menikmati masa purna tugas dengan bahagia merupakan harapan semua orang, namun tidak semua orang mampu mencapai kepuasan hidup dan kebahagiaan sebagai bagian dari kesejahteraan psikologis subjektif (subjective well-being) di hari tua. Salah satu penyebab sulitnya seseorang menjalani purna tugas adalah kekhawatiran berlebihan akan hidup dan kesehatan fisiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh perilaku sehat dan dukungan sosial secara simultan terhadap subjective well-being purna tugas PT PLN Persero di kota Ambon berdasarkan status kerja. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan 168 responden yang terdiri dari 90 purna tugas dan 78 karyawan jelang purna tugas menggunakan purposif sampling. Skala Health Behavior Checklist (HBC), Skala Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, dan skala Satisfaction With Life (SWLS) dan Positive Affect And Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hanya perilaku sehat yang berpengaruh terhadap subjective well-being pada purna tugas maupun juga jelang purna tugas. Pada purna tugas hasil (R=0,632) dengan nilai F=114,020 dan nilai signifikansi= 0,000(p<0,05) dan R2=40,4%, sedangkan jelang purna tugas (R=0,775) dengan nilai F= 205,453 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000(p<0,05) dan R2=60,44%. Uji Beta t-test subjective well-being antara purna tugas dan jelang purna tugas menunjukan nilai t=1,037 dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,301>0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan subjective well-being pada purna tugas maupun jelang purna tugas.Kata Kunci: perilaku sehat; dukungan sosial; subjective well-bein
