The comparison of content and dynamic parameters personal value-meaning systems of Kazakh and Russian undergraduates
Β© 2016 by iSER, International Society of Educational Research. The comparison of content and dynamic parameters of personal value-meaning systems of Kazakh and Russian undergraduates (n=88) has revealed some cultural differences among them. The content of value-meaning sphere of the Russian and Kazakh undergraduates are similar, while the dynamic aspect of this one reveal more differences in the both samples. Content specifics demonstrate differences only in the ranking of such values as love and interesting job within the general hierarchy of personal values. Dynamic specifics, in their turn, reveal themselves in a difference of perception of the attainability of values as well as in the level of realisability of values. The Kazakhs are more pronounced existential installation realisability values, thus the meaning type of values did not reveal significant differences. The fullness of life meaning is higher in the Russian sample. The research results are useful to create educational trajectories of undergraduates in poly-cultural educational space
Development of classification thinking in future teachers: Technologies of reflective discussion
Β© Authors. The main objective of the research is to create and approbate a new way of reflection formation in future teachers, which would increase the level of classifying thinking to the theoretical one. The "Formation of equivalence groups" technique was modified to conduct the experiment. It was carried out both individually and in collaborative discussions in pairs which involved justification. This made it possible to reveal the degree of the reflection conformity to the norms of scientific thinking in solving classification problems, the main obstacles to the application of these norms and ways to overcome them. Results. As a result the ways of reflection were identified. The experiment resulted in the identification of two ways of substantiating solutions to classification tasks and processes of reflection: reflexive and pseudo-reflexive. The typology of pseudo-reflexive assessments is presented. Evaluation of an intuitively correct solution to a task anticipates a cogent justification of the reflexive process. Underdeveloped reflexive processes can limit the capacity of adults for scientific classification thinking. Existing methods of logic classes study at a higher school context do not provide well-developed scientific theoretical knowledge. Existing methods do not provide its scientific-theoretical level. Reflexive processes corresponding to this type of thinking are to be developed in a classification logic norms study. A wider use of specific sign means will provide an effective differentiation of reflexive and pseudo-reflexive forms. The development and enhancement of reflexive processes in relation to the assessment of educational outcomes can be undertaken with the help of formalized tools. Presented in the article technology of pseudo reflexive forms diagnostics and technology of reflection initiation based on the logic of classes promotes the rise of classification thinking to the theoretical level. The proposed type of tasks is not connected with the content of a certain scientific discipline and can be applied at different levels of education

Π½ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΠΉ.Metrology and scientific and technological progress are inextricably linked, since, on the one hand, the development of science and innovative technologies is impossible without accurate measurements, and on the other hand, it is the achievements of science and technology that stimulate the development of measuring technology, the emergence of new methods and means of measuring various physical quantities ... In this regard, among the urgent tasks of modern metrology, there sho2uld be problems, the solution of which ensures progress in all spheres of human activity, including science, engineering and technology, ecology, communication with the public, etc. to the third stage of the industrial revolution, the development of additive and information technologies
Endonuclease from Proteus mirabilis
Two isoforms of nuclease displaying DNase and RNase activities were found in the culture liquid and periplasm of Proteus mirabilis. The enzyme was isolated from the periplasm and then purified to a functionally homogeneous state. The nuclease was equally potent in cleaving denatured and native DNAs by the endonuclease mechanism and was designated Pm endonuclease. The endonuclease was shown to be a temperature-dependent enzyme with a pH optimum of 10.4-10.6, requiring the presence of bivalent metal ions and inhibited by citrate and ethylenediaminetetraacetate. Geometrical structures of the gem-dichlorocyclopropyl aryl selenides
1. The para-substituted gem-dichloropropyl aryl selenides have been synthesized, for the first time, and studied through their13C NMR spectra and their dipole moments and Kerr constants. 2. These compounds exist as gauche conformers with syn and anti orientation of the aromatic ring with respect to the geminal C-Cl bonds. 3. Determination has been made of the dipole moment of the {Mathematical expression} bond. Β© 1980 Plenum Publishing Corporation

Evaluation of skin irritation in rats using simultaneous laser Doppler flowmetry and oxygenation monitoring
Β© 2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York. The possibility of assessment of skin irritation in rats with the use of simultaneous laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) and oxygenation monitoring was investigated. The study was designed according to ISO 10993-10 using formaldehyde as a model irritant. 4-Hour application of 1Β % formaldehyde induced significant local increase in skin microcirculation for the first 2Β days by a factor of up to 2.4, whereas tissue oxygenation increased in much lower extent. The microcirculation was significantly inhibited by 10Β % formaldehyde following treatment and then it gradually increased for 24 and 48Β h of recovery period. The results correlated with visual evaluation of skin edema and erythema in treated zones. LDF/oxygenation signals provide early information on skin irritation and damage in rat model. The technique is valuable for preclinical/toxicological studies of chemical substances and medical materials

Genetic methods in honey bee breeding
The honey bee Apis mellifera is a rather difficult object for selection due to the peculiarities of its biology. Breeding activities in beekeeping are aimed at obtaining bee colonies with high rates of economically useful traits, such as productivity, resistance to low temperatures and diseases, hygienic behavior, oviposition of the queen, etc. With two apiaries specializing in the breeding of A. m. mellifera and A. m. carnica as examples, the application of genetic methods in the selection of honey bees is considered. The first stage of the work was subspecies identification based on the analysis of the polymorphism of the intergenic mtDNA locus tRNAleu-COII (or COI-COII) and microsatellite nuclear DNA loci Ap243, 4a110, A24, A8, A43, A113, A88, Ap049, A28. This analysis confirmed that the studied colonies correspond to the declared subspecies. In the apiary with A. m. mellifera, hybrid colonies have been identified. A method based on the analysis of polymorphisms of the tRNAleu-COII locus and microsatellite nuclear DNA loci has been developed to identify the dark forest bee A. m. mellifera and does not allow one to differentiate subspecies from C (A. m. carnica and A. m. ligustica) and OΒ (A. m. caucasica) evolutionary lineages from each other. The second stage was the assessment of the allelic diversity of the csd gene. In the apiary containing colonies of A. m. mellifera (N = 15), 20 csd alleles were identified. In the apiary containing colonies of A. m.Β carnica (N = 44), 41 alleles were identified. Six alleles are shared by both apiaries. DNA diagnostics of bee diseases showed that the studied colonies are healthy. Based on the data obtained, a scheme was developed for obtaining primary material for honey bee breeding, which can subsequently be subjected to selection according to economically useful traits. In addition, the annual assessment of the allelic diversity of the csd gene will shed light on the frequency of formation of new allelic variants and other issues related to the evolution of this gene
