HIV can be a source of major stress which can lead to changes in mental health, such as persistent sadness, feeling empty and anxiety. The ability of liaison officer could help patients reduce their psychiatric problems and at the same time it can greatly affect patients' risks for transmission of HIV to others. This study aimed to analyze the effect of developing primary liaison psychiatric services for HIV/AIDS patients on the abilities of health care workers to provide treatments. This study used a quasi experimental design with one group pretest-posttest which included 64 health care workers aged between 20 and 50 years from the Community-Integrated Health Care in East Java. The inclusion criteria were nurses and physician in Community-Integrated Health Care. The respondents were assessed using the Abilities of Health Care Workers Checklist pre-treatment and post-treatment. The outcomes were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. There was a significant increased in the abilities of health care workers to provide psychiatric services after treatment (p<0.05). The liaison psychiatric services were considered to be effective in increasing the abilities of health care workers in improving the treatment of HIV/AIDS

Teacher's domination and authority used to prevail the traditional language teaching is now left and replaced by more acceptable concept of teaching. This concept emphasizes on developing the sense of learners' responsibility, independence, or autonomy, for better learning outcome. Autonomous language learners are those assumed to have greater responsibility on their own learning for their own needs. A series of guided practice through a step-by-step manner is needed in order that students can be possibly trained to be autonomous, independent learners. This paper discusses learning activities created and designed by the students combined with teacher's encouragements to foster learner autonomy. Some theories and previous studies on learner autonomy are analyzed to support the discussion. It is believed that the combination between the two important aspects in autonomous language learning will strengthen the efforts of promoting learner autonomy in ELT. Keywords: English language teaching, learner autonomy, autonomous learning, learning activities, teacher's encouragemen

This study aimed to compare local dairy farmer ration formula with national research council in producing higher feed efficiency and milk production. This study had two stages. The first stage was in vitro study of dairy farmer rations which have different raw materials (R3, R4, and R5) with NRC based ration (R2) and Demo Farm ration (R1). The variables measured in this stage were proximate composition, volatile fatty acid, ammonia, dry matter and organic matter digestibility. The first stage used a randomized block design with five treatments, three groups of ruminal fluid, and three replications. The second stage used nine lactating cows with three periods of lactation (one, three, and other) and used a randomized block design with three treatments, three groups, and one replication. Parameters measured were dry matter intake, manure score, milk production, body weight gain, body condition score, and technical and economical efficiencies. The first stage result showed that R1, R2, and R3 were three best rations in nutrient composition and fermentability (ammonia and volatile fatty acid concentrations were optimum for microbial growth and high digestibility), so in conclusion those three rations were the best rations and should be compared by in vivo method. The result of the second stage showed that all tested rations were not significantly different in milk production, performance and efficiency, so in conclusion those three rations have the same quality

This research applied Data Envelopment Analysis method with Constant Return to Scale (CRS) asumption. There are two variables that have been used in this research is the input and output variables. The input variables are received ZIS funds, operating cost and wage staff. While the output variables are allocated ZIS funds and fixed assets. The Results of these studies indicate that BAZDA in East Lombok Regency, efficiency at the end of 2012-2014 was 100 percent.
