HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT PARU OBSTRUKTIF KRONIK DI POLI PARU BLUD RSUD. ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH

ABSTRAKPenyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) adalah penyakit paru yang memiliki keterbatasan jalan napas yang tidak sepenuhnya reversibel dan bersifat progresif yang disebabkan karena inflamasi kronik akibat pajanan partikel atau gas beracun dalam waktu yang lama. Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik menyebabkan gangguan kualitas hidup. Salah satu faktor resiko yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien PPOK adalah dukungan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien PPOK di Poli Paru BLUD RSUD. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan telah dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juli 2016 dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Hasil analisis komparatif dengan uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup (p = 0,028) pada pasien PPOK di Poli Paru RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber informasi dan masukan bagi keluarga pasien untuk senantiasa memberikan dukungan serta motivasi kepaada pasien PPOK sebagai salah satu upaya untuk terus menjaga kualitas hidup pasien.Kata Kunci : PPOK, dukungan keluarga, kualitas hidupABSTRACTChronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a lung disease that has limited airway that is not fully reversible and progressive caused by chronic inflammation due to exposure of toxic gas particles over a long time. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease causes impaired quality of life. One of the risk factors that affect the quality of life of patients with COPD is family support. The Purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support and quality of life in COPD patients at Lung Polyclinics Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh. This research is an observational analytic research with crosss-sectional approach and has been done in the month of May to July 2016 with thirty respondents. The results of comparative analysis with Mann Whitney test showed a significant relationship between family support with the quality of life of patients with COPD at Lung Polyclinics Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh. This research aims to analyze the impact of APBD/counties/ regency/city budget allocation against the poverty in Indonesia for the period of 2006 – 2009. By using the panel data of 172 regencies/cities, this research has found that the allocation of APBD budgeting is not pro-poor oriented, but it could have the possibility to reduce the poverty level. Pengaruh Layanan Drop Box dan E-filing terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Penyampaian Surat Pemberitahuan (Spt) Tahunan Pajak Penghasilan

Tax is a potential revenue that became the main priority and still very potentially improved its contribution. In order to increase the revenue from the tax sector, much needed awareness as well as enthusiastic taxpayers as tax payers. The purpose of this study is: to know and to test the drop box service and e-filing simultaneously and partial delivery compliance levels affect the annual income tax (PPh), tax return (SPT) and to know the variables that influence the level of compliance against the dominant. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. Sample of respondents that taxpayer listed on the Tax Service Report (KPP) Pratama Pare who are already utilizing the facilities services drop box and e-filing. The method used is the sample of accidental sampling. Analysis of the method used is descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Analysis. From the results of the study could note that the variable drop box and e-filing in effect simultaneously against compliance filing Annual income tax. From the results of the analysis of partially known that e-filing variable has contributed to the Annual income tax filing compliance SPT. Variable e-filing is the dominant variables affect the compliance of delivery SPT Annual PPh. Advice from research results should continue to improve outreach the Directorate General of Taxation (DJP) regarding taxation applicable and continue to provide routine socialization

Perancangan Aplikasi Tutorial Jurus Dasar Beladiri Cimande Menggunakan Metode Prototype

Ilmu beladiri adalah ilmu untuk kesejahteraan dunia dan akhirat yang berdasarkan prinsip - prinsip beladiri, yaitu membela diri sendiri, dan bila mampu juga dapat membela orang lain. Apalagi dewasa ini sering terjadi tindakan kriminal yang disertai kekerasan di sekitar kita, mengaharuskan setiap orang mempunyai dasar ilmu beladiri. Indonesia memiliki banyak aliran ilmu beladiri, salah satunya adalah Tapak Suci yang sudah tergabung ke dalam organisasi Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia (IPSI). Cimand merupakan beladiri Indonesia yang tidak saja menekankan daya gunanya pada perkelahian semata, namun juga menekankan daya guna yang sama kuat dalam hal seni. Di Ekstrakurikuler Cimande MANLeuwiliang masih banyak siswa yang kesulitan dalam menghafal jurus - jurus dasar. Selain itu waktu pertemuan yang terbatas dalam latihan rutin menjadi hambatan bagi siswa, maka siswa harus mencari mediapembelajaran tambahan agar bisa berlatih di rumah. Untuk itu diperlukan perancangan aplikasi tutorial jurus dasar Cimande menggunakan smartphone berbasis android. Dengan perancangan aplikasi yang berjalan di smartphone sehingga bisa diakses dimana saja. Kelebihan lain yaitu aplikasi ini bisa menjadi media pembelajaran yang praktis dan mudah dibawa. Selain itu, media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan juga lebih menarik dengan tambahan gambar dan video. Diharapkan aplikasi ini bisa efektif karena smartphone menjadi teknologi yang banyak digunakan masyarakat sekarang ini bahkan hampir menjadi kebutuhan pokok. Smartphone kebanyakan memiliki sistem operasi android yang menyediakan platform terbuka bagi para pengembang untuk menciptakan aplikasi mereka sendiri
