    Permasalahan pokok yang akan dipecahkan lewat Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah: apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPA..Penelitian ini merupakan tindakan guru untuk memperbaiki hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pulokulon Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2004, dan pelakunya adalah guru IPA. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dan meliputi 4 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan,pengamatan dan refleksi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari keseluruhan siklus yang telah dilakukan motivasi dan perolehan nilai siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pulokulon Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2004 mengalami peningkatan dari satu siklus ke siklus berikutnya. Jadi secara keseluruhan siklus yang telah dilakukan, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPA

    Has conducted research for the development of media designInformation, Communication and Technology (ICT) -based Green Pedagogy for studentteachers of biology FKIP University of Riau. This study was conducted from January toJune 2015. This type of research is a kind of research development (Research andDevelopment), the procedural ADDIE development model. ADDIE developmentprocedures are implemented, namely Analysis, Design, Development and the trial waslimited. The results showed that the validation of ICT-based Learning Media PedagogyGreen to KD 1.1 to KD 1.4 total mean value validation is 3,29 (valid). For Web-basedvalidation Pedagogy Green to KD 1.1 to KD 1.4 total mean value validation is 3,24(valid). Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that theLearning Media Green ICT-based pedagogy that has been developed as a supplementto the subject Environmental Education in Prodi. UR Biology category is valid and canbe implemented in the learning process

    The research was policy of criminal law maintains kind of death penalty (the case study ofplan murder while mutilates the victim), aims to describe and analyze the existence of thedeath penalty to the crime of plan murder. In addition, this study also aims to determinepolicies of criminal law related to death penalty for the crime of plan murder accompanied bymutilation as an aggravating. The method used in this research was conducted normativelyby reviewing the primary and secondary which was collected based on collecting methodof normative law and for the technique of collecting its legal entity were used documentertechnique i.e the technique to analyze and collect on various documents that already existsby applying some kind of approach, namely, the approach of legislation, and analyticalapproaches. The analysis of research was presented in form of descriptive-analytical,systematic, constructive and argumentative.The death penalty against the crime of murder is still maintained and in force today inIndonesia, as contained in the provisions of Article 340 of the Criminal Code. Capitalpunishment are recognized in the criminal offense of premeditated murder, but the deathpenalty was alternatifed with other criminal types namely life imprisonment and a maximumof 20 years. Death penalty imposed in the case of things that are burdensome. By it didnot published things that incriminate a crime in the Criminal Code, the judge only includethings that are burdensome and ease generally. This certainly can not be released that theprovisions of Article 197 paragraph (1) Criminal Code incriminating things was imperatively.Regarding the criminal law policy relating to the death penalty for the crime of murder waslisted in Article 581 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the RUU KUHP did not include theCriminal Code specifically mutilation as a criminal aggravating reasons, however whenseen from the provisions of Article 55 paragraph (1), the mutilation may be a motive andpurpose of committing a crime (letter b); how committed the crime (letter e); as well as theattitudes and actions of after committing a crime (letter f)

    Correlation Between TNF- Α and Degree of Gastritis

    Background: TNF- α is a cytokine that plays an active role in the pathogenesis of gastritis. The correlation of TNF-α levels in the gastric mucosa with the severity of gastritis has long been known. However, few studies have assessed TNF-α levels in serum of gastritis patients. This study aims to evaluate correlation between serum TNF-α level with the degree of gastritis based on histopathology.Method: A cross sectional study on eighty gastritis patients that fulfilled the inclusion criteria underwent serum TNF-α examination, endoscopy, and biopsy. Rapid urease test was used for diagnosis of H. pylori infection. The severity of gastritis based on lymphocyte infiltration, neutrophil infiltration, atrophy, and intestinal metaplasia according to Updated Sydney System. Univariate and bivariate analysis (Chi-square, fisher's exact, spearman correlation, and independent T-test) were done using SPSS version 22.Results: There were 41.25% patients infected with Helicobacter pylori. Serum TNF-α levels in the infected group were significantly higher compared to negative H. pylori (p < 0.05). There was significant positive correlation between serum TNF-α levels and degree of gastritis based on lymphocyte infiltration (r = 0.333; p = 0.003).Conclusion: There was a significant positive correlation between serum TNF-α level with the severity of gastritis based on lymphocyte infiltration

    Mendekati akhir tahun banyak siswa SMU khususnya yang sudah dikelas 13 atau akhir kesulitan untukmenentukan pilihan yang akan diambil selepas selesai sekolah. Hal ini membuat beberapa pihak mencobamemprediksi minat mana yang akan diambil oleh siswa-siswa tersebut guna kepentingan masing-masing pihak.Pada paper ini bertujuan untuk menangkap animo dari minat siswa-siswa tersebut dan membandingkannya dalam5 algoritma yang akan diterapkan pada metode klasifikasi guna mengetahui akurasi mana yang terbaik dari kelimaalgoritma tersebut. Adapun algoritma yang akan diuji untuk dataset yang ada adalah algoritma K-NearestNeighbor, Naïve Bayes, Pohon Keputusan (C4.5), Rule Induction dan Deep Learning. Hasil dari kelima algoritmatersebut akan diuji dalam Cross Validation T-Test guna mengetahui model mana yang lebih akurat

    A validated thermal model of bead-on-plate welding

    In this paper, finite element model is used to carry out thermal analysis of bead-on-plate welding. The model followed the proposed five step strategies which were then built into a model to obtain temperature history at the positions of thermocouples. Temperature field was also evaluated by comparing predicted weld bead with the actual weld bead. Using these proposed strategies, well matched temperature histories and temperature field have been obtained

    Leak Detection Modeling and Simulation for Oil Pipeline with Artificial Intelligence Method

    Leak detection is always interesting research topic, where leak location and leak rate are two pipeline leaking parameters that should be determined accurately to overcome pipe leaking problems. In this research those two parameters are investigated by developing transmission pipeline model and the leak detection model which is developed using Artificial Neural Network. The mathematical approach needs actual leak data to train the leak detection model, however such data could not be obtained from oil fields. Therefore, for training purposes hypothetical data are developed using the transmission pipeline model, by applying various physical configuration of pipeline and applying oil properties correlations to estimate the value of oil density and viscosity. The various leak locations and leak rates are also represented in this model. The prediction of those two leak parameters will be completed until the total error is less than certain value of tolerance, or until iterations level is reached. To recognize the pattern, forward procedure is conducted. The application of this approach produces conclusion that for certain pipeline network configuration, the higher number of iterations will produce accurate result. The number of iterations depend on the leakage rate, the smaller leakage rate, the higher number of iterations are required. The accuracy of this approach is clearly determined by the quality of training data. Therefore, in the preparation of training data the results of pressure drop calculations should be validated by the real measurement of pressure drop along the pipeline. For the accuracy purposes, there are possibility to change the pressure drop and fluid properties correlations, to get the better results. The results of this research are expected to give real contribution for giving an early detection of oil-spill in oil fields
