. This study aims to look at the application of the application of Reputation Marketing by a PublicFigure in maintaining a good image. How does the use of Reputation Marketing in the entertainment industry canaffect the continuity of the career of a Public Figure. The careers of a Public Figure who work in the entertainmentindustry is very vulnerable, if marketing strategies and maintain a good self image are not implemented. Thisstudy takes Hilbram Dunar as the subject. He works as a television host, radio host,MC, entertainer and authorwho began his career in 1996, while maintaining good image to date. With the concept of Reputation Marketing,author examined his personal branding, personal and social life to his choice of words and topics in social media.This research will contribute ideas to the study of communication with the subject about the image, personalbranding, reputation marketing and reputation marketing in the era of internet, and provide practical ideas forpublic figures who work in the entertainment industry. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitativeapproach. The results of this study found that the application of Reputation Marketing is very appropriate tomaintain a good image of a Public Figure who works in the entertainment industry. With the development oftechnology, especially the new media such as the various social media such as twitter and path, a public figuremust have his own positioning of the image that he wants to convey to the public and must maintain consistency.In addition, there are things that must be avoided in order to maintain reputation. Reputation is important for thecareer of a Public Figure and good image is not easy to maintain. The application of Reputation Marketing forPublic Figure has the same function like a product, which is for generating profit. A good image of a PublicFigure becomes a commodity which will have an impact on the sustainability of his career

This study was aimed to discover the influence of the number of labors, employee level of education and government spending for education in Indonesia on economic growth. This study was a quantitative research. The data used was secondary data from 33 provinces in Indonesia in 2006-2012 period. Data was processed using panel data analysis with fixed effect regression model. Analysis technique in this study was by searching regression equation and determinant coefficient value (R2).The result of the study with 5% significance level showed that number of labor force, employee level of education and government spending for education variables had positive and significant effect of economic growth in Indonesia in 2006-2012 period

The Effect of Electric Flow on Decorative Krom Electroplating with Copper Base Metal Toward Corrosion Rate

In this study a decorative chrome electroplating process has been carried out with a copper base metal, metal electroplating is often used as a means to provide a thin layer on the surface of other metals or substrates using metal which has advantages in terms of property and corrosion resistance. In decorative chrome electroplating nickel and chrome are used as coatings, nickel and chrome are used as coatings because of their protective and decorative properties, protective means they can prevent corrosion and decorative because they look shiny so they look attractive. Copper metal is chosen because of its huge application in the community. This study aims to measure the corrosion rate in copper metal after a decorative chrome electroplating process based on electric current used during the electroplating process. This research is important because during the electroplating process a decorative chrome electoplating technique will be obtained in the form of modules, and the module will be used to train students to increase their skills. This research was conducted in the IKIP Mataram chemical laboratory with a time of one year. The process carried out in this study sequentially is to prepare an electrolyte solution used for electroplating, preparing the copper base metal to be free of oxide or rust, nickel coating and finally coating with chrome. From the coating process carried out then the results will be analyzed the corrosion rate by immersion in NaCl solution at a concentration of 36.05 grams / L for 336 hours, based on variations in electric current used during the electroplating process of 0.5; 1; 1.5; 2; and 2.5 Ampere, the corrosion rate results were 0.029; 0.013; 0.017; 0.022; and 0.012 mm / yr; while the copper metal which is not coated with a corrosion rate is 0.308 mm / yr. Thus it can be concluded that copper metal coated with nickel chrome will effectively resist the lowest rate of corrosion in the current given 2.5 Ampere

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Savi Berbasis Media Simulasi Interaktif terhadap Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Mahasiswa pada Materi Elektrokimia

Characteristics of electrochemical material that contains abstract concepts. Hence often have difficulty in teaching it. An effective approach as a solution is the SAVI-based interactive learning approach of interactive simulation. Learning SAVI-based interactive media has an animation program that is able to represent abstract concepts in electrochemical materials through visualization and not illustration of the concept in narrative. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of SAVI learning approach to students\u27 critical thinking skill in electrochemical material. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The research design used is posttest only control group design. The sample was divided into two groups: experiment and control group. The research instrument uses critical thinking skill test through rubric. The results show that the SAVI approach has a positive effect on critical thinking skills compared to conventional methods. We conclude that the SAVI learning approach has been able to improve students\u27 critical thinking skills

Pengaruh Perhatian dan Tingkat Pendapatan Orang Tua terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Sijunjung

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh perhatian orang tua dan tingkat pendapatan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Sijunjung tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Sijunjung sebanyak 49 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket. Analisis data digunakan dengan dua cara yaitu: 1) analisis deskriptif, dan 2) analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: pertama perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Sijunjung berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai yaitu 2,819 > 2,021, dan sig 0,072 2,021, dan sig 0,000 yaitu 39,276 > 3,23 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sumbangan yang diberikan oleh perhatian dan pendapatan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Sijunjung adalah 0,631 atau 63,1%. Perhatian orang tua dan tingkat pendapatan orang tua merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini adalah agar orang tua siswa lebih memperhatikan anaknya mengenai masalah kependidikannya, agar hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat

PT. Riway International is a company that operates in the field of dietary supplements for human health. With the current condition of business competition, especially in Batam City which is so tight, PT. Riway International is one of the company that is able to survive and continue to strive to improve all aspects of the quality of the company, one of the aspect is the information system. This study aims to analyze the quality of information system such as Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality, Satisfaction at PT Riway International Batam branch. The technique reuse in this study is a quasi sample, namely using a population of residence in the city of Batam, we took 200 respondents as a sample. The measuring instrument use in this research is 5 points using a Likert scale. The data analysis method use is descriptive analysis, the data quality test in this studies use validity and reliability test and the influence test in this study use the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study use the t test and the F test with the help of software statistic SPSS 26. Based on the result of this studies indicate that the Information Quality has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction, while Usability and Interaction Quality do not have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. Meanwhile, Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality together have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction

Pengaruh Faktor Intern Dan Faktor Ekstern Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi

Students’ achievement is one of success indicator in learning process. One of parameters used to measure succes level is minimal limit over learning target. But, there were a lot of 11th grade social class students in SMA N 1 Pegandon had low score below the minimal limit over learning target. The statements of problems are to know the condition of external and internal factors, to know the influence of external and internal factors toward learning achievement. The number of population was 126 students. The variables were internal factor, external factor and student learning achievement. Data was taken by using observation method, documentation and multiple regressions. The result study showed that internal factors was in good level (54.8%), external factor was in good level (80.16%). It can be concluded that internal factor and external factor gave influences toward student achievement. Thus; it is suggested that students should adapt in daily life with assessement exercise to improve students’ understanding toward subject material
