The giant effect of magnetic ordering on a sound velocity in a sigma-Fe55Cr45 alloy
We studied atomic dynamics of sigma-Fe(100-x)Cr(x) (x=45 and 49.5) alloys
using nuclear inelastic scattering of synchrotron radiation. For the
sigma-Fe55Cr45 alloy, the derived reduced iron-partial density of phonon states
reveal a huge difference in the low-energy region between magnetic and
paramagnetic states. The latter implies a ca.36% increase of the sound velocity
in the magnetic phase, which testifies to a magnetically-induced hardening of
the lattice.Comment: 8 pages, 3 figures, 17 reference
Philosofy as an element of national culture
The report focuses on the role of philosophy in public culture, as well as the analysis of philosophy of the Soviet period. Shows directed evolution of nature and society, indicating the presence of self-regulatory processes. Identified the lack of understanding of self-management within the framework of dialectical materialism and the fallacy of the materialist conception of history is subjective laws of historical materialism. Materialistic delusions of historical materialism overcome in the concept of a regulatory mechanism for the development of society. It is established that the mind of man and society are the subjects of management, the surrounding Genesis - control object. The limitations of dialectical materialism, as well as the mistakes and errors of historical materialism mean the loss of their scientific value. The necessity of development of the common materialistic regulatory dialectic philosophy, which is based on materialism associated with the understanding of the primacy of matter and secondary consciousness, self-governing nature of the interaction of the elements of nature and society, as well as the system of laws of dialectics, which will provide scientific philosophical understanding of the development of life.ΠΠΎΠΊΠ»Π°Π΄ ΠΏΠΎΡΠ²ΡΡΡΠ½ ΡΠΎΠ»ΠΈ ΡΠΈΠ»ΠΎΡΠΎΡΠΈΠΈ Π² ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ΅ΡΡΠ²Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΊΡΠ»ΡΡΡΡΠ΅, Π° ΡΠ°ΠΊΠΆΠ΅ Π°Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ·Ρ ΡΠΈΠ»ΠΎΡΠΎΡΠΈΠΈ ΡΠΎΠ²Π΅ΡΡΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΏΠ΅ΡΠΈΠΎΠ΄Π°. A behavior model of the viscoelastic system with a melting component under load
A numerical investigation of a stressed-strain state powder mixture with a melting component is carried out for the conditions of one-axial loading and nonstationary heating. The state of plane stress was assumed. The influence of the coupling between thermal and mechanical processes on temperature, stress and strains fields was investigated
Two-temperature model of gas combustion in a model burn device of the cylindrical form
The two-temperature model of gas combustion in a porous body of cylindrical heat-generator has been offered and numerically analyzed. Heat exchange between solid frame and gas; burning products interaction with heat-exchanger; distinction of diffusion speeds and heat conductivity in the gas phase are considered in the model. The influence of model parameters on characteristics of stationary modes of gas combustion for various heat exchange conditions of porous torch with heat exchanger is investigated. The results of numerical research do not contradict with observable laws that indicates the opportunity of model use for statement and solving the problem of work optimization of the real burning device

The basic concepts: patriotism, nationalism, chauvinism. The role of aggressive wars and waves of human movements in international relations. The importance of informed choice of management decisions in international relations. To migration processes related processes of colonization, the source of which was the state of Europe and Russia. The main causes of ethnic conflicts are material, religious and socio-economic - ideological differences expressed in the political interest of the interacting States. Presents a positive example of the development of international relations in the Soviet Union. Shows the role of the regulatory mechanism of social development in international processes, and the ability of education international relations, by changing the mentality of society possible with non-capitalist path of development. The necessity of a benevolent attitude to migrant workers coming to Russia
Pressure-induced changes of the vibrational modes of spin-crossover complexes studied by nuclear resonance scattering of synchrotron radiation
Nuclear inelastic scattering (NIS) spectra were recorded for the
spin-crossover complexes STP and ETP (STP =
[Fe(1,1,1-trisf[N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-N-methylamino]methylg- ethane)](ClO4)2 and
ETP =
[Fe(1,1,1-trisf[N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-N-methylamino]methylg-butane)](ClO4)2) at
30 K and at room temperature and also at ambient pressure and applied pressure
(up to 2.6 GPa). Spin transition from the high-spin (HS) to the low-spin (LS)
state was observed by lowering temperature and also by applying pressure at
room temperature and has been assigned to the hardening of iron-bond stretching
modes due to the smaller volume in the LS isomer
The Laser-only Single-event Effects Test Method for Spacecraft Electronics Based on Ultrashort-pulsed-laser Local Irradiation
The substantive laser method for studying the radiation hardness of semiconductor devices, not requiring calibration by ions, called βlocal irradiationβ, is described. The essence of the local approach is in irradiating the sample sensitive volume with the ultrashort-pulsed laser beam at some distance from its focus plane, where the beam becomes rather wide and divergent. Assuming the single-photon absorption, the relationship between the laser pulse energy and the excess charge actually generated in irradiated sensitive volume is obtained by accurate measurement of the electrical response, that makes possible to take into account non-uniform optical losses and avoid additional calibration by ions. Some results, obtained using both the front-side and the backside local irradiation of devices, are presented. Comparison with results obtained by traditional methods using focused laser radiation with subsequent calibration by ions showed that laser-only measurements, based on described local irradiation, give the correct estimates of radiation hardness parameters.
