Consideration used byPLN Bontang to open a new Rayon at Sangatta is because the amount of electric power requirement from society and also company,besides the amont of samarinda townee which continue to increase PLN Rayon Upstream samarinda which stand from 2005 with 23.037 customers becomes an atracction because sangatta has the largest amount of townee compared to another city an east berneo province to market this PT.PLN sangatta branch need to now the factors the influence consumer behavior and satisfaction. The problem are the factors of services,service of goods,and Administration service will have significant effect to PT.PLN sangatta Custumer satisfaction,meanwhile the purpose of this research are to know and analyse consumer behavior,which consisted by services,service of good,and Administration service of PT.PLN Sangatta custumer satisfaction.analysis tool used multiple linear regretion with the help by SPSS version 10.00 program.regretion equation obtained is Y= 2.801+0.153X1 +0.165 X 2 + 0,188 X3 e. Based on the F test (concurrent test) obtained calculated F= 14.042 > table F = 2.467 so all of free variable have a significant influence to PT.PLN Sangatta branch customer satisfaction supported by R Square coefficient of 0,305 means 30,5 % influenced by the three free variables,and the other 69,5% Influenced by another Factor which not included in this research method. with the t test Obtained the three free variables t calculate>table t means zero hypothesis rejected and probability value of free variables<from alfa 5 % or 0,05 means all free variables are significant.free variable relation (X) namely services variables,service of goods and Administration services to tied variable (Y) is good custumer satisfaction showed by R correlation=0,552 approaching near 1 meanwhile from the consumer behavior factors, administration service have the largest influence to PT.PLN sangatta branch proved by value t calculated=2,554 and the largest standarited cooeficient beta=0,259. Based on this research showed the services,service of goods,and Administration service have significant influence to customer satisfaction and Administration service factor have the largest influence so the hipothesis accepted

Ini mengingat bahwa salah satu pilar penting tumbuhnyanegara atau masyarakat yang demokratis itu adalah adanya kebebasan pers. Dalam sektor publik, harus diakui bahwa masyarakat Indonesia sedang menuju kehidupan yang semakin demokratis. Namun, dalam sektor pers, ternyata agak berbeda arahnya.     The changing of newspapers format and design in Indonesia become a prominence phenomenon in recent times. When Kompas, a national leading newspaper in Indonesia, changed its format and design, it was sufficiently enough to claim that McJournalism phenomenon started to appear in Indonesia. McJournalism, adopted by Bob Franklin from Ritzer\u27s famous term “McDonaldization,” consisted of four characteristic: efficiency, calculability, predictability, and control.     The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of value added of agriculture sector toward labor absorption in East Kalimantan. This study using quantitative and qualitative approaches, based on the secondary panel data in the time series period of 1993-2009. Partial Least Square (PLS) method (smart PLS Computer program) is analyzed in this study. The result indicates that the value added of agriculture sector has positif trend effect towards the labor absorption. The Standardize path coefficient analysis results indicate that the period of 1993-1997 (before crisis), period of 1998-2002 (after crisis and before regional autonomy) and period of 2001-2009 (after regional otonomy) have a significant relationship between the growth of value-added in agricultural sector toward labour absorption in the Province of East Kalimantan

    The main objective of this research was to determine the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, determine the effect of work motivation on employees performance and determine the effect of job satisfaction on employees performance. Types of research used in this research is the explanation (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. The samples totaling 34 employees and a saturated sample. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive analysis and path analysis. To analyze the data using SPSS version 17.0 for Windows. Based on the results of path analysis showed that work motivation variable (X) has a significant influence on job satisfaction (Y1) with a value of 0000. Job Motivation variable (X) has a significant influence on Employee Job Performance (Y2) with a value of 0.041. Job Satisfaction (Y1) has a significant influence on Employees Job Performance (Y2) with a value of 0.037

    The purpose of this study was to describe the process of learning Cooperative type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in order to increase interest and learning mathematics achievement in grade IV Elementary School 1 Temuwangi Pedan Klaten. This study uses a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Data obtained from the results of observations, questionnaires and tests. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) may increase the interest and learning achievement at the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 1 Temuwangi Pedan Klaten. This is evidenced by the average percentage of student interest in the pre-action based observation data obtained by 24,38% increased to 65% in the first cycle and increased again to 83,75% in the second cycle. Also based on a questionnaire obtained an interest in the first cycle an average of 84,17%. Then on the second cycle increased to 88,33%. Student achievement also increased with an average value of 54,5 pratindakan increased to 69,69 in the first cycle and then increased to 74,438 in the second cycle. In conclusion Cooperative models of type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) may increase the interest and learning achievement at the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 1 Temuwangi Pedan Klaten
