Pengaruh Persepsi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah di PT Pegadaian (Persero)

Terdapat adanya masalah dalam penelitian seperti tidak tersedia nomor antrian dan pelayanan online yang lambat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh persepsi terhadap kepuasan nasabah, besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dan besarnya pengaruh pesepsi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 88 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan spss 22 Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan metode analisis jalur didapatkan data bahwa persepsi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 15,7%, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 59,3%, dan pengaruh persepsi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah sebesar 75,3%. Dalam pengujian hipotesis, digunakan perhitungan statistik, yaitu Uji t untuk persepsi terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah (3,472 > 1,98827), itu artinya persepsi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Sedangkan uji t untuk kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah (10,295 > 1,98827), itu artinya kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Uji F, dimana uji F adalah (129,354 > 3,10) artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya bahwa persepsi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah

Kicak Shrogol

Kicak Shrogol diambil dari gabungan suku kata nama motif yang dikembangkan yaitu kirig, cakilan, shrokal, dan megol. Motif gerak yang menjadi dasar karya tari ini adalah motif gerak kirig, cakilan, shrokal, dan megol. Karya tari Kicak Shrogol merupakan jenis koreografi kelompok dengan menggunakan dua puluh lima penari. Tidak ada makna khusus dalam jumlah penari Kicak Shrogol, koreografer hanya ingin mencoba dan membuat pola lantai yang bervariasi dengan menggunakan dua puluh lima penari. Selain itu, pembawaan yang lebih maskulin maupun feminin juga ditekankan. Tipe karya tari Kicak Shrogol adalah studi motif gerak kirig, cakilan, megol,dan shrokal. Pencarian pengembangan atau kemungkinan-kemungkinan dalammengembangkan esensi motif gerak tersebut, misalnya esensi gerak kirig pada bahu di pindah ke pantat dan dada, maka akan menghasilkan gerak yang baru. Formasi karya tari Kicak Shrogol menggunakan titik kuat dan titik lemah pada proscenium stage. Kicak Shrogol name taken from dance movement namely kirig, cakilan , shrokal , and megol. Those movements had been the basic movement for this coreography. This dance performed by group with twenty five dancers .There is no special meaning in the number of Kicak Shrogol dancers , choreographer just wanted to try and made a dance floor pattern varies with twenty five dancers . In addition , masculine and feminine character were emphasized. Kicak Shrogol had a study dance type from kirig,cakilan , megol , and shrokal movements. Choreographer search how the possibility and develop of the essence movement, for example the essence of kirig was on the shoulder than thrive to bottom and cest, so it create a new movement. Choreographer used strong and weak proscenium stage point for the dance floor pattern

Perencanaan Program Akta Online Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Akta Kelahiran (Studi Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi)

: Population Document such as birth certificate is important document which must be hold by each citizen to fulfill the right on identity as citizen. Online certificate programs in one of effort conducted by government Department of Population and Civil Registration in Banyuwangi to overcome the requirement and problem of society in the service of birth certificate. Thus, in this research want to know is how the birth certificate service and planning conducted by government by online certificate programs, with the limiting factor of online certificate program planning. Research method is used in this research was using descriptive with qualitative approach. Result of this research indicate that service quality and planning conducted institution of birth certificate given by institution is still not enough good, it can be seen from some aspects such as preparing application system, program objectives, human resources, budget, infrastructure, and increase community involvement through socialization. Some aspects is still not maximal conducted and not completely can develop online certificate programs. From the planning, researcher find some obstacles from government and community in the implementation

The correct development in trading activity is the use of electronic media for sellers to offer products and for buyers to purchase them. This phenomenon is called as e-commerce. This study to describe and analyse the efforts of Taxation Office in Malang (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Malang Selatan) in handling and supervising e-commerce taxation. This study found that Directorat General of Taxation (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak) has classified several models of e-commerce, that helps the officers to manage the taxation aspect. This study also found some such as the low compliance level of difficulties tax payers to report their activities and the lack of supporting taxation system and regulationon e-commerce

One of the most succesfull wedding party (walimatul ‘ursy ) begin–somehow-with the meal serving. In line to this modern life style, standing party became part of recent trend of serving meal by–even-various muslim communities. At the same time, standing while eating and drinking raise several ulama's ideas in islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). While some outlawed the practice, another group of ulama said the contrary. Legal discussion about the concept of eating and drinking while standing require referral analysis, among others in getting from tradition. from analysis of the chain of transmission on a second source of Islam is found that both traditions allow or prohibit eating and drinking while standing; both are acceptable or valid (ṣaḥiḥ). While the verses of Qur'an describes the norms for prohibiting excessive eating and drinking, a narative analysis of the hadith regarding the prohibition of eating and drinking norms require in-depth study on the aspects of asbābul wurud. It is known from the latest aspect of study that hadith wich banned standing while consuming preserved moral or ethical reasons for Arab nations at that time, particularly a geographic reasons. Another study of asbābul wurud that allow consuming while standing prefers more for reasons of emergency circumstances. This paper, thus, ends the study with contextualization of those hadith from health issue. The study concludes that from the digestive concern, sitting while consuming was healthier than that of standing. Since the meal being digested will be swallowed softly and slowly, so the intestinal absorption function will run more optimally
