Studi Tentang Persepsi, Praktek Dan Sikap Terhadap Sistem HACCP Pada Industri Pakan Dalam Mencapai Kesesuaian Keamanan Pakan

Industry have not yet been implementing the feed safety system including the feed hygiene practices. Therefore,A study of perceptions, practices and attitudes on hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) in achieving feedsafety compliance of Indonesian stock-feed production has been conducted. This study was carried out usingframe works of study as follows, i.e. Module I, Assessment on existing conditions using methods of survey,observe, interview, plant visit and distribute a questionnaire to medium and large feed industries at 6 provinces,i.e Lampung, Banten, West Java, Center of Java, East Java and South Sulawesi with the number of samples forrespondents about 20 feed industries; They were also asked about the feed hygiene practices in their business,their systems used such as HACCP, and the perceptions and attitudes toward a range of feed hygiene issues;Module II, Identification of potential critical control points; Module III, Evaluation of HACCP programs. Theanalysis was conducted using descriptive analysis method that developed by Hair et al. and to test the differenceusing one-way statistical analysis of variance. The results showed that the HACCP systems were implemented at95% in the large feed industries and 65% in the medium feed industry, respectively (P< 0.005); 30% medium and15% of large feed industry managers stated that their business represented a low-risk to feed safety. Higherlevels of feed hygiene qualifications among the industry managers and higher perceptions among managers ofthe risk of feed safety of the business were also significantly related to use HACCP in sectors (P<0.05). Sixpotential hazards were identified along the process to be controlled as critical control points (CCPs). Total cost forimplementing the system was around 1 billion and 400 millions rupiahs; while the time needed since designing upto fully operating the system with audit results fulfill the prerequisite programs and HACCP requirement was about7 months

The existence of students with chinese ethnic background that is still very small in number in public schools is still a big question mark in education in Kecamatan Tebas. As the second most populous population after Malay, Chinese people prefer to send their children to a private school where their students are dominated by Chinese ethnics. However, the presence of ethnic Chinese students in a small number of public schools is an interesting thing to look at. This study aims to reveal the behavior and supporting factors that make Chinese students choose to stay in the country. Using the David McClelland needs theory approach as well as the use of qualitative methods with primary data collection of observations and interviews. In this study, the researcher took the main informants, which amounted to three people, consisting of one tenth grader, one at eleven class student of IPA, and one at eleven class student of IPS. the researcher successfully identified ten student behaviors that showed motivation of affiliation and two factors supporting the high motivation of affiliated Chinese students in SMA Negeri 1 Tebas

Tindak Tutur dalam Upacara Pernikahan Masyarakat Madura di Desa Kalidandan, Pakuniran, Probolinggo: Kajian Pragmatik

Speech act is language use which considered as the system of communication in speech done by people on certain situations. Speech act can be stated as the essence of language use related to physical component and psychological language self. It is a deliberacy to make interpretations on what would like to say, for instance speech wedding ceremony done by Madurese at Kalidandan village, Pakuniran district, Probolinggo regency had some phases, those are phase of engagement, pre-wedding, marriage, and post wedding.             This research used qualitative descriptive approach with listening method (observation method). The theory used in this research is theory pragmatics. The analysis results stated that illocutionary act at speech act of madurese wedding ceremony at Kalidandan, Pakuniran, Probolinggo are concluded (1) asking, (2) do not play around in marriage, (3) grateful, (4) regret, (5) willingly, (6) patient, (7) time of scarcity before harvesting, and (8) pregnant under married. - Health Safety and Environment (HSE) in the development will be more accentuate on the prevention of occupational accidents and occupational diseases by identifying the potential to cause accidents and occupational diseases as well as anticipatory measures in case of accidents and occupational diseases. The working environment is directly in contact with toxic materials would be very harmful to the human body when exposed continuously. An environment or factory containing toxic gases as an example of CO, SO or LPG gas in certain concentrations can cause eye irritation or shortness of breath. Therefore we need an early warning system that can measure the concentration of these gases and may give a warning to workers associated with the concentration of the gas to the workers. The early warning system was made using three gas sensors, three heat sensors, LEDs and buzzer. Recitation and processing of the sensor is processed by a 16 bit microcontroller which will condition the room. In making such a system is used programmable fuzzy algorithms previously simulated with MATLAB, C Programming used as logic programming refers to the simulation results, miniature rooms created with three main space for workers in a hallway and an emergency exit. The results of such a system is in a room when the detected gas concentration exceeds the threshold, the system will activate the buzzer and will activated LED as the safest evacuation route directions.
