The majority of the government's financial assistance funding for social entrepreneurs goes to employment creation. Quantitative growth, increasing employment, and the average survival rate of all social enterprises have been used by the government as indicators of social enterprise policy. In order to judge the exact effect and effectiveness of employment subsidies for social enterprises The data from voluntary disclosures was reorganized into panel data and analyzed using the difference-in-differenc method. The study began with a comparison of two groups, monetary assistance program participants and non-participants, in 2015, a year before involvement, and 2019, the fourth year after participation. Because the subsidy is available for three years, the data from the fourth year after participation is considered a policy output rather than a medium or long-term outcome. According to the findings, subsidies for jobs help to boost (vulnerable) employment, but had no meaningful impact on sales, net profit, or debt ratio. It can be deduced that, despite generating an immediate output-short-term employment, the employment subsidy for social enterprises is possibly not a suitable means of job sustainability. Furthermore, job aid may not result in new employment; instead, it may provide a monetary benefit to a business owner who is willing to hire additional employees regardless of whether or not the support is provided. If the subsidy-sponsored job does not continue once the support ends, it should be assumed that inefficient policy measures are still in place. There was no substantial effect on net profit, sales, average wage for paid workers, or employment in the case of the social insurance subsidy. The provision of social insurance subsidies to social enterprises that almost fully insure their employees did not result in increased market competitiveness, increased sales, or increased net profit due to lower expenses. There was no influence on low-wage workers' income. Any effect that can be predicted from the social insurance subsidy has been discovered. It is necessary to evaluate what the policy goal of providing social insurance subsidies to social businesses for more than ten years is, and whether social insurance subsidies are an appropriate policy tool for achieving the goal.

[์˜๋ฌธ] The purpose of this study is to assess how mothers' oral health knowledge, practices and sociodemographic factors influence on their children's dental health status. Children of grade 4 and 5 were selected at Kwachun elementary school. The total number was 440. The response mothers of them were 329 by questionnaire. Data were collected by oral examination on children and questionnaire survey on their mothers in May and November in 1997. Independent variables were mother's knowledge and practices on oral health, sociodemographic factors. Dependent variable was DMFS. The results were as follows; 1. Mothers' knowledge about periodontal disease had statistically significant relationship with the occurrence of children's DMFS. It supports that mothers' oral health knowledge playes an important role in preventing children's oral disease. The middle group of morphology score in maxilla first molar had higher risk of dental caries than the shallow one. The odds ratio was 3.4 and statistically significant. The odds ratio of the deep group in mandible first molar was 2.1 but it was not statistically significant(p=0.099). 2. Mothers probably didn't know concretely about the role and effect of fluoride. Mothers' ratings of effectiveness of methods to prevent children's tooth decay(1 : very effective, 5 : not effective) were revealed ordinarily regular dental visit, reducing intake of sugared foods, pit and fissure sealants, fluoride application at a dental office, brush of fluoride toothpaste and so forth. 3. There were no significant variables of mothers' practice which affected on children's DMFS. So were sociodemographic factors. 4. According to mothers' higher education level and more frequent dental visit for children, the percentage of the children whose decayed surfaces have been filled completely was increased in 'yes' group of DMFS.restrictio

[์˜๋ฌธ] To determine the possible associations of dental disease with medical status, cross-sectional and cohort studies were conducted from 1995 to 1999. The subjects were 18,114 men and 6,188 women aged 20+ in baseline year, and 920 men and 165 women in follow-up years, from 1997 to 1999. They were examined the number of invisible tooth(functionally missing teeth) and medical condition in Occupational Health Center of Inchon Severance Hospital. In cohort study, only men were included in statistical analysis. To assess the strength of associations between functionally missing teeth with medical status, odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals were computed using logistic regression models through the Window SAS 6.12 while age, smoking, FPG(fasting plasma glucose) were adjusted as conditional confounding variables. The results were as follows; In cross-sectional study, subjects were sorted into two groups. One had no functonally missing teeth, the other had one more missing teeth. Age, smoking, and FPG were positively associated with the two groups in men. BMI finding was negative. In women, Age, BMI, and diastolic blood pressure were positively associated with the two groups. In cohort study, older, higher blood pressure, and CVD(cadiovascular disease) history were associated with increased risk of occurrence of one more missing teeth than baseline year in men. Odds ratios were 1.76(by 10 years), 1.32(by 10ใŽœHg), and 3.21(in CVD history), respectively. These results explained about only men. In summary, age, smoking and FPG were significantly associated with dental health in men. In women, age, BMI, and diastolic blood prressure were significantly associated with dental health. Hypertension and CVD history may be a potential risk factor to dental health while age, smoking, and FPG(fasting plasma glucose) were adjusted as conditional confounding variables. But this association should be further investigated for their causal relationship.ope
