In particular, the education contents of notion which forms an inner eye through the concept of Ak(ๆจ‚) and its value, and practice which seeks external change through actual performance activities such as TanGeum(ๅฝˆ็ด), were different from the main player due to fundamental differences in personality. And it noted that through organic interaction, professional administrators combined with expertise played a leading role in fostering the professional musicians. The scope of music education targeted for research was extended from the perspective of the present era to the scope of the wide-ranging categories of education centered on the scriptures of institutional education and the culture of non-institutional education, including specialized education for the management and the cultivation of musicians. In addition, the research method focused on the synthesis and analysis of related literature materials, such as books of scriptures which are essential teaching materials for institutional education, imperial books, history of the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty, literary works, and a national score. Meanwhile, the meaning of music education in the Joseon Dynasty was revealed through a view of the differences in personality between the notion of "Ak(ๆจ‚)" and the actual nature of "Umyul(้Ÿณๅพ‹)", through the pursuit of education-oriented spiritual cultivation at the individual level and the development of education-oriented professional administators and musicians at the national level, having an organic connection and interacting collectively. First, Music education through scriptural learning was designed to form an inner eye as a notion through the ideals, concepts, principles, and moral codes of Ak(ๆจ‚), and played a role in attaching fundamental meaning to actual aspects. In particular, 'Lee-Hwang(ๆŽๆป‰)' and 'Lee-Yi(ๆŽ็ฅ)' recognized the value of songs as means of conveying education contents, and 'Hyeonsong(็ตƒ่ชฆ)' and 'Hyunga(็ตƒๆญŒ)' education methods continued to be used for scriptural education. In addition, the government continuously sought alternative policies to establish ideals of "Ak(ๆจ‚)" and solve pending state affairs by publishing the contents of "Ak(ๆจ‚)" in the Gwageo(็ง‘ๆ“ง), which is an assessment of scriptural education and a system for the use of human resources. Music education through improving refinement was established as a process to realize the more practical and direct ideal of condensed Ak(ๆจ‚) through the formation of a Tangeum(ๅฝˆ็ด) culture, the fostering a family-level Umyul(้Ÿณๅพ‹)-friendly culture, and the spreading a culture of music communication through the activities of the Pungryubang(้ขจๆตๆˆฟ) at the social level. In addition, music education through scriptural learning and improving refinement was aimed at restoring Bonyeonjiseong(ๆœฌ็„ถไน‹ๆ€ง) as an absolute command of heaven, using the premise of Confucius' Heungeosi(่ˆˆๆ–ผ่ฉฉ), Ipeolye(ๅ…ฅๆ–ผ็ฆฎ) and Sungeoak(ๆˆๆ–ผๆจ‚) for educational purposes. Next, Music education for fostering professional administrators continued through various re-education programs and various assessments to educate the contents of the scriptural Ak(ๆจ‚). In addition, professionalism for administrators of the Jangakwon(ๆŽŒๆจ‚้™ข) was called for Yudeok(ๆœ‰ๅพท), Jiak(็Ÿฅๆจ‚), and Eumlyulhaedeuk(้Ÿณๅพ‹่งฃๅพ—), and the national music policy project was used as an educational opportunity to deepen the expertise of "Ak(ๆจ‚)." Music education for fostering professional musicians was performed for Sungjae(ๆˆๆ‰) by preparing a system for promotion according to the regular practice days stipulated by the Ilyukjwagi(ไบŒๅ…ญๅ่ตท) and the number of working days of 1,200 days, and a regular test plan for the Samaengweol(ๅ››ๅญŸๆœˆ) and year-end. In this period, the education methods of Oumyakbo(ไบ”้Ÿณ็•ฅ่ญœ) were indirectly utilized, focusing on the Yukbo(่‚‰่ญœ) and Gueumbo(ๅฃ้Ÿณ่ญœ), and in particular, they provided an opportunity to develop their professionalism through hereditary succession by major based on their status. In addition, music education for professional administors and professional musicians was established as a tool to realize the ideals of a virtuous state that aims to cultivate its people through the Do(้“) of Yeak(็ฆฎๆจ‚) at the national level. In short, music education developed in institutions and non-institutional areas during the Joseon Dynasty was regarded as an integral part of education within the inner structure of the Seonglihak(ๆ€ง็†ๅญธ), although it was not an independent form of learning called "Akhak(ๆจ‚ๅญธ)". The notion of 'Ak(ๆจ‚)' and the practice of 'Umyul(้Ÿณๅพ‹)' established each other's legitimacy through their roles as permanent residents as the two main landlords of education contents. The aims of music educations is as a complete adult on the level of completion of personality, which is the concept of Seonglihak(ๆ€ง็†ๅญธ) education, as a tool for the realization of a virtuous state centered on Yeak(๏ฆถๆจ‚), professional administration officials and professional musicians were represented for another purpose. Various aspects of music education have been implemented as an overall educational phenomenon, forming an organic connection between each other.๋ณธ ์—ฐ๊ตฌ๋Š” ์กฐ์„ ์‹œ๋Œ€์˜ ์Œ์•…๊ต์œก, ์ฆ‰ ๊ฒฝ์ „
