To meet the purpose of present study, D junior college was chosen and two surveys were conducted among the engineering-majored students enrolled in the spring semester of 2010. The results of this study through multiple regression analyses indicated that career decision-making self-efficacy predicted significantly on learning flow, task value and learning flow predicted significantly on course satisfaction and learning flow and course satisfaction predicted significantly on persistence. In addition, learning flow mediated the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on course satisfaction and persistence. Also, course satisfaction mediated the effect of task value on persistence and learning flow on persistence. The results suggested that career decision-making self-efficacy and task value should be considered as important factors to improve studentsโ€™ learning flow, course satisfaction and persistence in junior college
