Privacy Preserving Super-Resolution GAN

GAN is used to provide various services such as increasing picture resolution. In this paper, by using GAN, we improve the accuracy of classification for low-resolution images that are difficult to classify. Photographs are sensitive data that contain personal information, so we hesitate to use our photos. We solved the problem by introducing the concept of differential privacy which ensures strict information protection. After training super-resolution GAN, we implement the differentially private classification model. This model contributes to effectively increasing accuracy within an appropriate privacy budget.생성적 적대 신경망 (GAN)은 오늘날 각광받고 있는 딥러닝 기술이다. Classifying Parental Involvement in Elementary School: Differences in Competencies and Influencing Factors

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 자녀를 둔 학부모의 교육적관여(parental involvement) 행동이 가정중심 참여와 학교중심 참여 영역에 걸쳐 조합되는 군집유형을 살펴보고 초등학교 6학년 자녀 6049명의 자기관리, 공동체 의식, 창의적 사고 역량 등을 포함한 미래인재역량이 각 군집유형에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는가를 검증했다. 또한, 선행연구를 토대로 부모의 사회경제적 지위, 자녀의 성별, 형제자매의 수 및 학업성취도, 학교 참여기회에 대한 부모의 인식 수준이 각 군집의 구분에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이를 위해, 한국교육종단연구(KELS: 2013) 2차년도 자료 중, 학생 설문과 학부모 설문 응답을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 정서 지원 중점-학교참여/동반활동 저조 집단, 전반적 저조 집단, 학교참여/ 동반활동 중점-사교육/ 정서지원 저조 집단, 적극적 집단 등 4개의 군집유형이 도출되었다. 미래인재역량은 적극적 집단의 자녀가 세 영역 에서 가장 높은 수준을 보였고, 다음이 학교참여/동반활동 중점-사교육/ 정서지원 저조 집단, 세 번째가 정서지원 중점-학교참여/동반활동 저조 집단, 마지막으로 전반적 저조 집단 순이었다. 본 연구에서 투입된 부모, 자녀, 학교 관련 변인은 적극적 집단과 전반적 저조 집단을 구분하는데 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학교참여 기회에 대한 인식은 학교참여/ 동반활동 중점-사교육/정서지원 저조 집단에 속할 가능성을 유의하게 예측했다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 초등 교육에의 시사점 및 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.The purpose of the current research is threefold; 1) to classify parental involvement activities across home and school at the upper-elementary school level; 2) to test the group differences in core competencies, which were composed of self-management, sense of community, and creative thinking; 3) to examine the influences of various factors on group memberships including parents socioeconomic status, child gender, the number of siblings, academic achievement, and parents perceptions of invitations for school involvement. Data was drawn from Korea Education Longitudinal Study of 2013(KELS: 2013). Survey reponses from a total of 6049 6th graders and their parents were analyzed. Results from cluster analysis revealed four groups of parent involvement; 1) emotional support focused and lack of school participation/ culture and leisure activities with children, 2) overall passive involvement, 3) active school participation/culture and leisure activities with children and lack of emotional support/private education, and 4) overall active involvement. Students from the fourth group showed the highest levels of all the three competencies. The third group was ranked at the second highest followed by the first cluster. The second group showed the lowest levels of all the competencies. All the study factors related to parent, child, and school had significant effects on differentiation between passive and active involvement groups. In particular, parents perceptions of invitations for school involvement significantly predicted the group membership to the third group. 만성 골수성 백혈병 환자의 개인맞춤 치료를 위한 이마티닙 초기용량

학위논문 (석사) -- 서울대학교 대학원 : 약학대학 약학과, 2021. 2. 이장익.Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative disorder caused by a chromosomal translocation in chromosomes 9 and 22. The resulting abnormal chromosome, the Philadelphia chromosome, contains an oncogenic BCR-ABL1 gene that translates aberrant tyrosine kinase devoid of its autoinhibitory function. Imatinib is a first generation BCR-ABL1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that has been used as the first-line therapy for the treatment of patients with CML in chronic phase (CML-CP) and is administered at a fixed dose regimen regardless of patient characteristics. However, the relationships between TKI exposure, and safety and efficacy responses suggest that such fixed dosing may not be optimal for many Asian patients. In this study, the relationships between patient specific factors, and safety (e.g., dose limiting toxicity [DLT]) and efficacy (e.g., molecular response [MR]) outcomes were evaluated to develop an initial dosing strategy of imatinib. The safety and efficacy outcomes of imatinib treatment were evaluated using extensive clinical data collected from a total of 1003 patients with newly diagnosed chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase between 2001 and 2018. Safety outcomes were measured as the occurrence of DLTs by 12 months that required an interruption or discontinuation of imatinib therapy. The evaluated primary efficacy endpoints were the achievement of MR1 at 3 months, MR2 at 6 months, and major molecular response (MMR) at 12 months. The transcript levels of BCR-ABL1/ABL1 were measured at screening, and at 3, 6 and 12 months after imatinib initiation. By 12 months of imatinib treatment at a fixed dose of 400 mg/day, 45.4% of patients experienced at least one type of DLTs. Hematological DLTs occurred earlier than non-hematological DLTs with the median time-to-first DLT of 35 days (range, 3 to 277 days) and 58 days (range, 2 to 355 days), respectively. The DLTs that frequently occurred first were thrombocytopenia (40.0%), neutropenia/leukopenia (14.3%) and dermatological reactions (12.1%). Patients with lighter body weight (≤ 64 kg) and older age (> 43 years) experienced a markedly higher occurrence of first DLTs by 12 months than heavier and younger patients (57.9% vs. 30.1%, p < 0.001). On the other hand, 38.9% of patients achieved major molecular response (MMR) at 12 months at the fixed dose. Female patients achieved a greater rate of MMR than male patients (45.6% vs. 35.5%, p = 0.028). In conclusion, patients with light weight and old age are more vulnerable to DLTs, whereas female patients gain more efficacy benefit at the fixed dose. The authors suggest that the initial dose of imatinib should be reduced to 300 mg/day or lower for patients vulnerable to DLTs to diminish the risk of DLTs without compromising the achievement of MMR.현재 만성 골수성 백혈병에 있어서 가장 많이 쓰이는 치료제는 티로신 키나아제 저해제이며 그 중에서도 가장 많이 쓰이는 약은 1세대 티로신 키나아제 저해제인 이마티닙이다. 이마티닙의 경우, 환자 개개인마다 나타나는 독성과 효과 반응이 이질적인 약인데도 불구하고 환자들은 모두 같은 초기용량을 투여 받는다. 이에 이 연구는 만성 골수성 백혈병 환자들에게 있어 이마티닙의 독성과 효과 반응 분석을 통해 환자 개별 특성에 따른 개인 맞춤 초기 투여 용량을 성립하고자 하였다. 2001년부터 2018년까지 만성기의 만성 골수성 백혈병으로 새로 진단된 1,003명의 환자들의 임상데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 환자들은 진단을 받은 후, 이마티닙을 400 mg의 고정 용량으로 12개월 이상 투여받았다. 분석에서 독성 반응 지표로는 이마티닙 투여 후 12개월까지의 첫 용량 제한 독성으로 하였으며, 효과 반응 지표로는 이마티닙 투여 후 12개월의 주요 분자 반응으로 설정하였다. 이마티닙을 투여 받은 환자들 중 45.4%의 환자들은 최소 한 가지 유형의 용량 제한 독성)을 경험했다. 가장 빈번하게 발생한 용량 제한 독성은 혈소판 감소증(40.0 %), 호중구 및 백혈구 감소증(14.3 %)과 피부 독성 반응(12.1%)이였다. 환자들 중, 체중이 더 가볍고(≤ 64kg) 고령(> 43세)의 환자들이 무겁고 젊은 연령의 환자들보다 용량 제한 독성 발현 빈도가 현저하게 더 높았다(57.9 % vs. 30.1 %, p <0.001). 이마티닙 400 mg의 고정용량에서 12 개월의 주요 분자 반응 도달율은 38.9%였다. 여성 환자는 남성 환자보다 MMR 도달 비율이 더 높았다(45.6 % vs. 35.5 %, p = 0.028). 결론적으로, 체중이 가볍고 고령의 환자들이 용량 제한 독성에 더 취약한 반면, 여성 환자들은 이마티닙 400mg의 고정 용량에서 더 높은 효과 반응을 나타냈다. 이에, 용량 제한 독성의 발현 빈도가 높은 환자들(체중이 낮으면서, 고령인 환자)에게는 이마티닙의 용량을 300 mg으로 낮추는 것이 적절하다.ABSTRACT i LIST OF TABLES v LIST OF FIGURES vi INTRODUCTION 1 1. 부모 교육 및 부모 참여를 중심으로

학위논문(석사)--서울대학교 대학원 :법과대학 법학과,2020. 2. 한인섭.In order to cope with juvenile crime and prevent the crime of juvenile offenders, don't just blame them, but the state actively intervenes in the home, asks parents to take liability, and educate parents to quickly change the home environment where the child is. In Korea, the criteria for acknowledging civil liability for parents are not specific, such as the United States and Canada, and there are few recognized cases, and no criminal liability for parents is recognized. For this reason, the parents' liability of juvenile offenders in Korea is very low. In addition, unlike the United States and the United Kingdom, Korea does not have any provisions on the basis of education for parents at the investigation stage. During the investigation phase, through various educational programs about child, he or she has a chance to change, while the parents and the family he is going to return to still have many problems. Unless the fundamental problems of parents and family are solved, the child will again live in an environment prone to repeat crimes, and we will find it difficult to effectively respond to juvenile crimes. Thus it is deemed necessary for Korea to step in to manage and educate parents in the investigation stage, such as the United States and Britain. The U.S. has placed strict criminal liability on their parents, but most states, including the state of California, have not prosecuted against parents who have successfully implemented their parental education programs by providing opportunities for divergence, such as section 272 of the California Correctional Criminal Code, before taking criminal liability. Britain holds parents accountable under the system of parenting contracts and parenting orders. It is establishing an autonomous form of parents education system called the Convention on Parents' Education, and criminal punishment of parents for disobeying parent education orders, which also give them opportunities several times so that their parents can get their parents' education as much as possible. Because many critics say that strict parental liability such as the U.S. infringe on autonomy, it is necessary to introduce system such as the U.K. to enforce parenting orders only when it becomes a serious situation that guarantees autonomy to parents but cannot be left to their own. If educating parents is implemented during the investigation phase, parents should be educated by various programs such as father education programs, gender education programs, and family type programs instead of standardized education programs. Meanwhile, in order to improve childs ability to resolve disputes, in order to utilize child-targeted criminal vitcim-offender mediation system in the United States, United Kingdom, etc. Since it is difficult to solve the root of the problem only if a child changes, a system is needed that allows parents and families of the two sides to participate in the process and discuss it together and change their families at the same time. I think it will help us a lot to see how the "Make It Right" recovery community conference is being held in California and how the U.K. operates a meeting of offenders and victims. And while the criminal mediation system in Korea is reflected on sentencing only when mediation is established or the conditions of the agreement are fulfilled, the U.S. and Germany may not suspend indictment or indict juvenile offenders just because they have gone through the mediation process even if mediation is not established. We, like the United States and Germany, need to be suspended for prosecution just because they went through mediation process in terms of restorative justice.소년 범죄에 제대로 대처하고, 소년 사범의 재범을 막기 위해서는 소년들에게만 책임을 묻지 말고, 국가가 가정에 적극적으로 개입하여 부모들에게 책임을 묻고, 부모들을 교육하여 소년들이 처해 있는 가정환경을 신속히 변화시켜야 한다. 우리나라는 부모에 대하여 민사적 책임을 인정하는 기준이 미국과 캐나다 등과 같이 구체적이지 않고, 인정되는 사례도 거의 없으며 부모에 대한 형사책임은 전혀 인정되지 않고 있다. 이러한 이유로 우리나라 소년 사범들의 부모들이 소년 범죄로 인해 느끼는 책임의 정도는 매우 낮은 수준이라고 할 것이다. 또한 미국, 영국 등과 달리 우리나라는 수사 단계에서 부모에 대한 교육 근거 규정이 전혀 마련되어 있지 않다. 수사 단계에서 소년에 대한 여러 가지 교육프로그램을 통해 소년은 변화할 수 있는 기회를 가지게 되는 반면 소년이 돌아 갈 부모와 가정은 변화되지 아니한 채 여전히 많은 문제 요소를 가지고 있는 것이다. 부모와 가정의 근본적인 문제가 해결되지 않는 한 소년은 다시 재범을 저지르기 쉬한 환경 속에서 생활하게 되고, 소년 범죄에 우리는 효과적으로 대응하기 어려워 질 것이다. 따라서 우리나라도 미국, 영국과 같이 수사 단계에서 국가가 적극적으로 개입하여 이를 관리하고, 부모를 교육시키는 과정이 필요하다. 미국은 부모에게 엄격한 형사 책임을 묻고 있으나 캘리포니아주를 비롯하여 대부분의 주에서는 형사 책임을 묻기 전에 캘리포니아 수정 형법 제272조처럼 다이버전의 기회를 제공하여 부모교육 프로그램을 잘 이행한 부모에 대해서는 기소를 하지 않고 있다. 영국은 부모교육협약, 부모교육명령이라는 제도로 부모에게 책임을 지우고 있다. 부모교육협약이라는 자율적 형태의 부모 교육 시스템을 구축하고 있고, 부모교육명령에 불응한 경우 부모를 형사처벌하고 있는데, 이런 경우에도 다시 기회를 줘 그 부모가 최대한 부모교육을 받을 수 있게 해 주고 있다. 미국과 같은 엄격한 부모 책임은 자율성을 침해하는 정도가 심하기 때문에 수사 단계에서 부모에게 자율성을 보장해주면서 교육을 실시하되 자율에 맡겨 놓을 수 없을 정도로 심각한 상태가 되었을 때 비로소 부모교육명령을 강제하는 영국과 같은 부모교육 시스템을 도입해야 한다. 부모교육 프로그램 관련해서는 더 이상 획일화된 주입식 교육 프로그램이 아니라 아버지 교육 프로그램, 젠더적 관점의 교육 프로그램, 가족 유형별 프로그램 등 다양한 프로그램으로 교육해야 한다. 한편 소년들의 분쟁 해결 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 미국, 영국, 등에서 실시되고 있는 소년범죄 맞춤형 형사조정 제도를 도입해야 한다. 소년만이 변해서는 문제의 근본을 해결할 수 없기에 양측의 부모, 가족들을 그 과정에 참여시켜 함께 협의해 나가면서 부모와 가정이 동시에 변화할 수 있는 제도가 필요하다. 미국 캘리포니아에서 시행 중인「Make It Right」의 회복 커뮤니티 회의 방식, 영국의 피해자-가해자 회의 운영 방식 등을 참고하여 도입해야 할 것이다. 국내 형사조정제도는 조정이 성립, 합의 조건이 이행되어야지만 이를 양형에 반영하고 있는 반면 미국이나 독일은 조정이 성립되지 않더라도 조정 과정을 거쳤다는 이유만으로 소년범에 대하여 기소유예 처분을 하거나 기소를 하지 않을 수 있다. 우리도 회복적 사법의 측면에서 미국과 독일처럼 가해자, 피해자가 조정 과정을 거쳤을 때 가해자에 대하여 기소유예 처분을 할 수 있는 근거를 마련해야 할 것이다.제1장 서론 1 Ⅰ. 연구 목적 1 Ⅱ. 연구 방법 4 제2장 소년사법에 있어서 부모 교육 등 부모 책임 현황 6 Ⅰ. 소년범죄의 최근 동향에 따른 부모 교육 중요성 6 1. 부모와 가정의 변화에 따른 소년범죄 동향 6 2. 첨단 범죄 증가 및 집단화, 조직화 경향 9 3. 쿠쿠는 요리(cook)와 뻐꾸기의 합성어로서 맛있는 요리(음식)를 기대하는 마음의 표시를 형상화하여 개발한 고유의 브랜드입니다. 뻐꾸기(cuckoo)의 영어표기인 쿠쿠 는 뻐꾸기 시계를 상징하는 것으로 시계만큼 정확한 제품을 만들겠다는 성광전자의 신념을 담고 있다. 깐깐 과 꼼꼼 으로 통하는 쿠쿠 는 25년간 압력밥솥을 만들어온 성광전자가 1998년 출시한 자체 브랜드이다. 1978년 창립된 성광전자는 1998년 자체 브랜드 쿠쿠 를 만들어 일본기업과 국내 대기업을 제치고 시판 1년 만에 전기압력밥솥 시장 점유율 1위를 차지했다. 쿠쿠는 1998년 250억, 1999년 450억, 2000년 800억원, 2001년에는 1,300억원의 매출을 기록하면서 전체전기밥솥 시장 점유율 42.3%를 차지하는 기염을 토한다. 현재 LG나 삼성이 지속적인 가격하락 정책을 통해 쿠쿠를 공격하고 있음에도 불구하고 대기업의 시장 점유율은 그다지 변화가 없다. 삼성의 전기밥솥시장 점유율은 2000년 21%, 2001년 19%, 2002년 14%로 점차 하락하고 있고 LG는 각각 12%, 17%, 18%로 약간 상승세를 보인다. 이에 반해 성광전자의 시장점유율은 2000년 36%, 2001년 43%, 2002년 50%에 달하고 있다 이것은 시장을 움직이는 원동력이 가격하나일 것이라는 단순논리에 정면으로 반하는 결과이다 가치 있는 제품， 가치 있는 가격을 원칙으로 하는 쿠쿠는 진정한 가격경쟁력은 소비자가 인정하는 합리적인 가격에서 나온다고 당당하게 말한다

A Case Study on Ecotourism in Bohol, Philippines

This purpose of this study is to analysis the Bohol Ecotourism by judging whether Bohol's tourists have the characteristic of Ecotourists and understanding the characteristic and problems of Bohol Ecotourism sites. Bohol has rare, unique and fascinating sites like Chocolate Hills, Tarsier Sanctuary, Mangrove and so on. Bohol continues the efforts to promote ecotourism by utilizing these natural resources. However, the public relations activities are limited in certain ares and Ecotourism programs or tourism field guides are also insufficient. The survey was conducted to find out the characteristic of Bohol tourists. The survey showed that Bohol tourists sympathize with the beautiful natural landscape, but expected the higher level of facilities like general public tourist. It is though that they still lack all understanding of ecotourism. According to the Bohol case, when establishing the domestic ecotourism strategy, it is important to give people consciousness on sustainable and responsible travel behavior rather that promote it. This will make the authentic eco-tourism happen and the ecosystem will be kept in balance
