Study on structure-property relationship of isoindigo and thienoisoindigo : synthesis, characterization and application for organic field-effect transistors

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 재료공학부, 2015. 2. 박수영.Over the past decades, numerous lactam functionalized organic compounds have been synthesized for their application in optoelectronic devices to show promising advantagesstabilized LUMOs, broad absorption range, planar structure of lactam moiety, and so on. Among others, isoindigo (IID) and thienoisoindigo (TIID) derivatives showed remarkable performance as donor materials in organic solar cell devices and organic field-effect transistors. However, the structure-property relationship between IID and TIID-based molecules has rarely been explored in spite of their structural similarity. Characteristic twisted geometry comprising carbonyl oxygen and phenyl hydrogen in IID significantly hampers effective π-π interaction between IID molecules. Recently, with a view to overcome such an undesirable limit in extending π-conjugation, thienoisoindigo moiety (TIID) has newly been developed. Replacing phenyl ring with thiophene ring is believed to reduce the steric hindrance and thus enhance the planarity along the backbone. In this work, new series of IID and TIID-based small molecules and D-A type polymers have been synthesized to explore the structure-property correlation in them with special focus on their applications in OFET. To compare the fundamental properties of IID and TIID,core and brominated core of them were synthesized and characterized using UV/VIS, CV, IR and DFT calculation. It was clearly found that TIID was more planar in structure to have broader absorption range and lower bandgap energy. Furthermore, relatively larger electron donating property of thiophene ring in TIID resulted in its high-lying HOMO compared to that in IID. FT-IR spectra has also supported S∙∙∙O secondary bonding interaction for planarization of TIID backbone. Aiming at developing a new class of n-type OFET molecules, strong electron withdrawing dicyanovinyl units were introduced into the IID and TIID core structures. Structure-property relationship was investigated in terms of their optical and electrochemical properties measured by UV-VIS, CV, and DFT calculation. Top-contact bottom-gate type OFET devices were fabricated using vacuum deposition method. It was found that the IID based devices, EHIIDPDCV and EHIIDTDCV, showed decent n-type performancemaxima electron mobility were 1.70×10-3 cm2V-1s-1 and 1.83×10-2 cm2V-1s-1, respectively. On the other hand, novel class of D-A type polymers were designed and synthesized using IID and TIID as an effective acceptor(A) unit. From UV/VIS and CV data, D-A polymers were shown to have low bandgap energy and appropriate frontier MO levels for OFET application. DFT calculation suggested that TIID-based D-A polymer would have much more planar structure through polymer backbone compared to that in IID-based polymer. Solution-processed OFET devices were fabricated using 0.3wt% chloroform solution for each polymer. Both polymers were shown to have ambipolar charge transport ability. Experiences of infertile women

간호학과/박사[한글] 본 연구는 불임여성이 우리나라의 독륵한 가부장제 문화속에서 어떠한 경험을 하는지를 해석적 패러다임으로 파악함으로서 불임 여성에 대한 간호사들의 이해를 돕고 실제로 간호 수행에 도움이 되고자 하며, 동시에 문화 기술지적 연구방법의 분석 과정을 통하여 간호 연구 방법의 발전에 기여하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 불임의 의학적 진단 및 치료과정에 있는 원발성 불임여성이나 임신의 경험이 있는 속발성 불임 여성으로 31명이었다. 자료 수집 방법은 면담 안내지를 이용한 심층 면담, 전화 면담 및 관찰 이었으며, 자료 수집기간은 1992년 4월부터 9월까지 였다. 자료 분석은 자료 수집과 동시에 비교, 분석 하였으며, Spradley(1979, 1780)의 영역분석, 분류분석, 성분분석 및 주제분석으로 이어지는 발전식 연구순서를 적응하였다. 연구 결과 불임여성에게서 자식의 의미는 대를 이어주고, 부부 공동의 삶의 목적을 줌으로써 부부 관계를 지속시키는 것이며 그리고 나의 존재를 확인시켜주는 것이고 노후를 보장해 주는 것으로 도구적 의미가 강조되었다. 불임의 의미는 임신에 대한 대안 결정에 깊이 관여됨을 알 수 있었으며, 불임 여성의 경험에 많은 영향을 미치는 대상들로서 시부모, 배우자 및 또래집단의 태도가 관계되는 것으로 나타나 불임의 의미는 더욱 입증될 수 있었다. 불임의 의학적 검사, 치료와 관련된 경험에서는 불임 여성은 불임의 문제를 우선 자신의 문제로 받아들여 먼저 병원 방문을 하였으며 불임의 검사, 치료과정에서는 병원을 수직적 또는 수평적으로 옮기거나 중단하는 일이 빈번한 것으로 나타났는데 이 현상은 의사 의 전문성, 병원과의 연대, 신뢰성 및 재정적 압박에 의해서 였다. 이외에도 검사와 치료 과정 중에 신체적 고통과 정신적 부담을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 불임의 의미와 불임의 의학적 검사, 치료를 거치면서 볼임 여성은 사회적 관계에서의 변화와 함께 다양한 정서적 경험을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 먼저 부부관계와 가족 관계에서의 경험은 관계가 양극화 된다는 것이었다. 즉, 불임 여성의 부부관계는 결혼기간이 길어지면서 배우자의 불임의 의미와 삶의 방식에 의해서 아주 밀착되는 관계가 되거나 점차 멀어지는 관계가 되었으며 멀어지는 부부관계의 경우에는 성관계, 애정표현 및 생활태도에서 불만족스러운 것으로 나타났다. 가족관계에서는 불임여성은 남의 집에 들어와 여자로써 자신의 역할을 못했다고 생각함으로서 시부모에게 잘하려는 경향이 있고 이로 인해 시댁과의 관계는 아주 원만해지기도 하는 반면 불임의 검사, 치료과정에 참여하 면서 집안에 소홀하게 되고 서로의 입장에 대한 가족의 이해 부족으로 불편한 관계가 되기도 한다. 친구관계를 포함한 사회적 관계에서는 같거나 비슷한 처지의 친구와 이웃과는 가까워지나 정상적으로 아이를 낳고 사는 이웃이나 친구와는 감정적으로 고립되는 현상이 두드러졌다. 불임 여성의 정서적 경험은 모든 것을 임신과 관련짓고 임신에만 매달리는 집착적 매달림, 삶을 전체적으로 정지된 듯한 느낌으로 받아 들이고, 불구의 느낌과 함께 위축감, 죄책감, 놀라움, 분노감, 조급함, 불안감 및 서러움 등으로 나타났다. 불임여성이 불임 문제를 해결하는 방법들로는 「의학적 방법으로 임신 하려고 옮겨다닌다」 「무속적 신앙이나 종교에 의지한다」 「남편이나 이해 해주는 타인 및 같은 처지의 불임 여성들과 대화를 나눈다」 「혼자 삭힌다」 「소일거리, 취미생활 및 사회활동 등으로 바쁘게 지낸다」 「있는 그대로 받아들인다」 「자신의 처지보다 못한 남과 비교한 다」 「희망을 갖는다」 「기분전환을 한다」 「육체적 노동을 한다」 등의 긍정적이거나 부정적인 방법들을 함께 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 불임 여성의 정서적 경험은 불임 여성이나 배우자가 갖는 불임의 의미, 삶의 방식, 불임 원인의 주체, 부부관계, 가족관계 및 사회적 관계의 만족정도와 불임문제를 해결하는 방법들이 복합적으로 관계되어 나타나는 현상임이 본 연구에서 파악되었다. 따라서 불임 여성을 간호하는 간호사는 불임 여성이 불임과 의학적 진단 및 치료 과정에서 개인에 따라 부부관계, 가족관계 및 사회적 관계에서의 변화가 동반되고 이로 인해 다양한 정서적 경험을 하는 것을 이해하고 각 대상자의 요구에 맞는 실제적 정보에 기초한 교육과 지지간호를 제공해 줄 수 있어야 하며 이를 위하여 교육 자료의 개발, 지지집단의 구성등 여러 간호 치료 모델을 개발해야 하리라 본다. [영문] This study intends to give practicing nurses not only well -understanding of the infertile but actual help in nursing practice of feeling with them by describing the experiences by the infertile in the man-oriented cut tune with the method of analytical paradigm. At the same time this study intends to contribute to the research methods on nursing through ethnographical analysis. The number of the subjects on this study is 31. Some of them are in primary infertility and others in secondary infertility with experiences of pregnancy before. The Methodological pattern used in this study is ethnography. The data-collecting method is based on the in-depth interviews performed by the interview guide, phone interviews and observations. All the data and information has been collected from April to September. 1992, nearly six months. The data analysis has been performed at the very time of the data collection based on the Spradley's developmental sequential method of domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analaysis and theme analysis in order. The results are as follows: The meaning of a child to the infertile is to succeed the irgeneration, maintain the conjugal relationship in the proper manner, give reasons for being themselves and prepare for retirement. The study shows that the infetility leads to the search for altlernative plans for biologic parents. It is the attitudes of the infertile's(her) parents-in-law, her husband and her peer group that influence the suffering experiences by the infertile. On the infertile's experiences during medical examination and treatment, she visits a clinic thinking it is her own problem. After first visit, she merit of time moves to another clinic "vertically" or"horizontally" or stop visiting clinics. These activities are caused by the matters on the expertise of a doctor, relationship with the clinic, confidential its of the clinic on privacy and financial pressure. They experience physical and mental pains. The infertile are going through various types of emotional experiences according to the change of the social relationships caused by the infertility, ensuing medical exsams and treatment. The infertile's experience with husbands has tendency to polarize in two opposite ways. One type is that the conjugal relationship is getting better or more intimate because of the husband's more attention to the infertile after knowing the infertility. The other is that the relationship is getting worse and the two is estranged to each other mainly because of the husband's indifference or ill-use of the problem. The study shows that they are not satisfied on each other in terms of sex life, expression of affection and living attitude. In the relationships with other members of the husband-side family, the infertile thinks that she is not doing her role as a woman in the parents-in-law's domain. To offset this inferiority, she tends to do better in the other aspects of life such as cooking, appearance, knowledge, money-making (if employed) and individual relationship with them. However, her spending time and effort on the medical exams and treatment outside of the home and their lack of understanding the infertile causes the problems, which makes her uneasy and uncomfortable. In the relatiohships with other people outside the "home", those who have experiences of infertility can understand her better and develop good friendship. In the mean time the infertile has difficulty in establishing good relationship with those who are fertile, having children. The infertile tends to relate most of emotional experience to the matter of pregnancy. She is thinking about the pregnancy, clings to that possibility, consider the daily life as static, not dynamic one. Further she feels herself handicapped, guilty, oversensitive, angry, uneasy and sad somtimes. The infertile trys to overcome those matters caused by the infertility by employing positive and/or negative methods such as for lowing: (1) to run around to find medical solutions. (2) to have communications with understanding husband or other infertile women. (3) to contain all emotional suffering inside herself. (4) to live aggressive daily life doing hobbies and social activities. (5) to accept as it is. (6) to get some consolation by comparing her with other needy and inferior. (7) to refresh herself (8) to do heavy physical labor and not at low herself to indulge in the pregnancy matter. In conclusion, this study finds that the experience of the infertile is a complicated one intermingled with such issues as the meaning of the infertility, life style, conjugal relationships, family matters, social relationships, emotion and coping methods of infertility. Consequentley, the nursing staff in a infertility clinic should have a good understanding of those various types of emotional experiences caused by the conjugal, family and social relationships on the part of the infertile. With tai s understanding the nursing staff can respond better to the demmands of the infertile by providing quality support and nursing. To get into this level of quality nursing practice, the various nursing therapeutic modelsk should be established including the development of the educational material and the organization of the support groups.restrictio

Factors influencing Self-care behaviors among elderly individuals undergoing hemodialysis.

Backgrounds: With the emergence of Korea’s ultra-aging society, the number of elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis is expected to increase continuously. Therefore, the importance of self-care for elderly patients hemodialysis is more emphasized. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing self-care behaviors among elderly individuals undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study. Data were collected from October to November 2020 for 154 elderly(aged ≥ 65 years) patients who were undergoing hemodialysis at two university-affiliated hospitals and three primary care hospitals in Seoul. The participants completed self-report questionnaires regarding self-care behaviors, dialysis symptoms, self-efficacy, health literacy, depression, subjective memory complaints, and frailty. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Results: Overall, the levels of self-care behaviors, self-efficacy, and health literacy were reported as moderate to high in this study. The subjective memory complaints score was low. Among a total of 30 types of hemodialysis symptoms, the average number of symptoms currently experienced was 8.5±6.0 in the participants. Of all participants, 44.2% were found to be depressed and 20.8% were in a frail state. The participants’ self-care behavior showed significant correlations with self-efficacy (r=.598, p<.001), health literacy (r=.450, p<.001) and subjective memory complaints (r=-.256, p<.001). Regression analysis revealed that self-efficacy (β=.475, p<.001) and health literacy (β=.193, p=.020) were significant influencing factors on self-care behaviors. This regression model accounted for 38.4% of the variance. Key words : Elderly, Patients undergoing hemodialysis, Self-care, Self-efficacy, Health literacy Conclusion: The results suggest that strategies for enhancing self-efficacy would improve self-care behaviors in elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis. It is necessary to prepare nursing interventions to enhance self-efficacy in order to improve the self-care behavior levels among elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis. In addition, the development and application of tailored self-care education programs that examine and modify the level of health literacy in each individual are needed. 본 연구는 외래 유지투석을 받는 65세 이상의 노인 혈액투석 환자를 대상으로 자기효능감, 건강문해력, 혈액투석 관련 증상 정도, 우울, 주관적 기억력 감퇴 및 노쇠가 자가간호에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 횡단적 조사연구이다. 구조화된 설문지와 의무기록을 통해 자료수집하였고, 서울시 소재 3차 종합병원 2곳의 혈액투석실과 1차 혈액투석병원 3곳에서 2020년 10월부터 11월까지 진행되었으며, 최종 154명을 대상으로 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 본 연구 대상자의 평균 연령은 73.6±5.89세였으며, 65-74세의 대상자가 56.5%로 가장 많았다. 교육수준은 중학교 졸업 이하는 40.2%, 대학 졸업 이상이 31.2%로 나타났다. 주 돌봄제공자는 배우자인 경우가 62.3%로 가장 많았다. 2. 대상자의 자가간호 수준은 중상 정도(평균평점 5점 만점 중 3.8±0.43점) 나타났다. 그 하위영역 중에서는 약물복용 점수가 가장 높았고, 그 다음으로 동정맥루 관리와 신체관리의 점수가 높았다. 반면, 사회활동 점수는 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 자기효능감과 건강문해력 수준은 중상 정도로 측정되었고, 주관적 기억력 감퇴 점수는 낮은 수준으로 측정되었다. 총 30가지 혈액투석 증상 분류 중 대상자들이 현재 겪고 있는 증상은 평균 8.5±6.0개로 확인되었으며, 가장 빈번하게 나타난 신체적 증상은 가려움증, 피부건조, 피로 또는 활력부족 순이었고, 심리적 증상은 수면 유지의 어려움, 잠들기 어려움, 근심 걱정 순으로 나타났다. 우울 수준을 측정한 결과 대상자 중 44.2%가 우울한 것으로 나타났으며, 노쇠한 상태의 대상자는 20.8%로 조사되었다. 3. 대상자의 일반적 및 질병관련 특성에 따른 자가간호 정도는 주 돌봄제공자가 있는 경우(t=-2.689, p=0.008) 자가간호행위 점수가 통계학적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 외의 일반적 및 질병관련 특성과 자가간호행위는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4. 노인 혈액투석환자의 자가간호 정도는 자기효능감(r=.598, p<.001) 및 건강문해력(r=.450, p<.001)과 통계학적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 주관적 기억력 감퇴(r=-.256, p<.001)와는 통계학적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 5. 노인 혈액투석환자의 자가간호 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감과 건강문해력으로 나타났으며, 모형의 설명력은 38.4%였다. 대상자의 자가간호 수준은 자기효능감이 높을수록(β=.475, p<.001), 건강문해력이 높을수록(β=.193, p=.020) 높아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 노인 혈액투석환자의 자가간호는 건강문해력, 자기효능감과 주관적 기억력 감퇴가 통계학적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, 건강문해력과 자기효능감이 자가간호에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 도출하였다. 따라서, 혈액투석을 받는 노인 대상자의 자가간호 수준을 향상하기 위하여 자기효능감을 증진하는 간호중재 마련이 필요하며, 노인의 건강문해력 수준과 기억력 감퇴와 같은 인지기능의 수준을 고려한 맞춤형 자가관리 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 요구된다.open석
