A Study on Utilization Plan of Mobile Harbor as a means to Port Supplement, Port Substitute and Maritime Transport Vehicle

컨테이너 물량증가와 함께 선박이 대형화 되면서, 대형선박들은 기항지를 축소하고 있다. 이에 따라 각국의 기존 항만들의 물량유치 경쟁은 갈수록 치열해지고, 선박대형화에 맞춰 항만을 새롭게 개발하고 있다. 그러나 항만 개발에 따른 환경적·물리적·재무적 한계를 극복하기에는 너무나 많은 비용과 시간의 투자를 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약을 극복할 뿐만 아니라, 해상운송 확대를 통한 육상물류 감소, 지역 간 균형발전 촉진, 탄소배출감소, 항만 신·증설, 준설에 따른 환경파괴 방지 등 국제사회 녹색성장 노력에 부합하여 개발되고 있는 신개념 선박인 모바일하버의 가치와 활용방안 그리고 파급효과에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 국내·외 전문가 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통해 모바일하버의 가치와 활용방안에 대한 인식조사를 실시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 항만대체수단, 항만보완수단, 해상운송수단으로서의 모바일하버 활용방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 항만보완 및 항만대체수단으로서 모바일하버의 활용은 항만개발의 투자효율성 측면과 화물연대파업 및 자연재해 등의 비상사태 발생으로 인한 항만서비스제고 측면, 선사 기항지 변경 및 수&#12539출입 차질로 인한 국가경제손실을 최소화하는 측면에서 볼 때 그 활용가능성이 높을 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 해상운송수단으로서 모바일하버와 같은 운영모델의 활용은 기존 컨테이너 연안운송의 수익구조를 향상시켜, 향후 컨테이너 연안운송활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 현재 개발진행 중인 모바일하버의 활용방안에 대한 선행연구로서 가치를 가지며, 향후 본 연구에서 언급되는 활용방안에 대한 추가적이고, 다양한 연구가 이루어져 향후 모바일하버에 대한 추가적인 연구에 기여하고자 한다.With increasing container traffic, the introduction of mega-vessel has had a significant impact on the ports and terminals business. It has reshaped the container shipping networks towards hub-and-spoke systems. This movement of container shipping has led to intensely competitive environment among ports, so substantial pressures, which have to develop new container ports or to expand existing ones, have been grown. However, there exist various problems to develop the port: environmental, geographical and financial restrictions. It requires a huge investment, especially cost and time. This study addresses the Mobile Harbor, the new concept of marine logistics system. The introduction of this system not only has effect on substituting port construction, but also makes the environmental safety and green growth possible. To find out the cognition in the value and application of Mobile Harbor, this research was performed through the survey and the interview with domestic/international experts. Based on the result, the study was conducted on applications of this system as a means of port supplement, port substitute, and maritime transport vehicle. The system as means in port substitute and supplement is expected to applications in three perspectives: the investment efficiency in port development, the service enhancement caused by a state of emergency such as a prolonged strike of unionized railway workers or truckers or an irresistible natural disaster, and the minimizing the loss to national economy caused by their impacts on port selection. Finally, the operation models introducing the system as means in maritime transport vehicle improve the profit structure of the existing coastal container shipping company. Thus the system is expected to contribute much to stimulation for coastal container shipping. Perception of Self-Competence on the Locus of Control

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of perceived competence between Internals and Externals on the levels of important ratings about success. Total 704 pupils of 5th and 6th grade of elementary school were tested. Nowicki and Strickland's Locus of Control Scale for Children was administered to differentiate Internals (n=69) and Externals (n=64). Also Harter's Self-Perception Profile for Children(SPPC) and Important Ratings were used to measure the perceived competence and Importance of success, respectively. The collected data of respondents were analysed by t-test and correlation. The results are as follows; 1. In the high level of perception of importance about success. Internals perceived themselves higher than Externals in social acceptance, physical apperance and behavior conduct. 2. In the low level of perception of importance about success. there were no significance differences of perceived competence between Internals and Externals. 3. In the perception of importance about success, there were no Significant differences between Internals and Externals.
