가족생활의 개인화와 친밀성의 탈제도화 - 이성애 청년 동거를 중심으로

학위논문(석사) -- 서울대학교대학원 : 사회과학대학 사회학과, 2022.2. 배은경.본 연구는 연애, 결혼, 출산을 모두 포기하였다는 N포세대 담론이 청년들에게 집중되고 있는 현실에서 친밀성을 유지하려는 다양한 형태의 가족 경험의 여러 층위가 획일적으로 해석되고 있다는 문제제기에서 출발한다. 많은 청년들이 경제 위기 이후 취업난, 주거난 등의 어려움을 겪고 있는 것은 사실이지만 친밀성의 영역이 모두 무너졌다고 하기에는 친밀성과 섹슈얼리티를 바탕으로 한 동거와 같은 가족 구성은 여전히 존재하고 있다. 하지만 실제 다양한 가족에 대한 상상이 얼마나 구체적으로 되었느냐 했을 때 사회적 인식 외에도 현재의 법체제는 이를 반영할 만한 충분한 질적 담론을 형성하지 못하고 있다. 무엇보다 개인은 사회에서 혼자서만 생활을 영위할 수 없으며 누군가와 돌봄과 부양의 책임을 함께 해야 하는 존재다. 이성애적 관계에서 동거는 그러한 돌봄의 문제를 함께 해결하며 심리적 안정감을 형성할 뿐 아니라 사회적 질서에 관한 생각, 정치적 변화까지 이끌어내는 경험이 되고 있으며 이는 청년들이 친밀성을 나름의 방식으로 유지하기 위한 새로운 통로가 되고 있다. 그 배경에는 가족 구성의 근대적 형태가 아닌 새로운 친밀성의 방식이 추구되는 개인화라는 흐름이 자리잡고 있는데, 이는 가족생활의 개인화와 친밀성의 탈제도화라는 새로운 친밀성의 방식을 추구하게 만들었다. 여기서 개인화란 개인의 일대기가 노동시장을 중심으로 계획되고, 유연한 '이동성'을 요구받고 가부장적 가치에 기초한 근대적 가족 규범을 유지하기 어렵게 된 사회적 변화를 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 친밀성 유지를 위한 조건을 주로 경제적 어려움으로 치환해버리는 착시현상을 교정하기 위해 20~30대 청년들의 실제 동거 계기, 경험, 동거를 통해 얻게 되는 결혼과 동거에 대한 인식을 심층면담하여 이들의 가족생활을 개인화 이론을 통해 분석하고자 한다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 내용 및 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구참여자의 동거 계기는 모두 ‘그냥 자연스럽게’ 시작된 것으로 그 안에서 연구참여자들은 현실적 문제들과 갈등을 겪으며 친밀성에 관한 새로운 질서를 구성하고 있었다. 이들은 개인화된 삶의 조건들 속에서도 두 사람이 함께 친밀성을 유지해 나가기 위한 성찰과 행동조율을 해 나가고 있었다. 이를 통해 연구참여자들은 인격적 어른됨을 습득하고 있었으며, 남성들의 경우 여성들의 삶에 관한 이해도를 높이는 계기가 되기도 했다. 둘째, 연구참여자들의 동거는 전통적 가족주의로부터 벗어나고자 하는 탈제도화 현상으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서 전통적 가족주의란 유교적ㆍ권위주의적ㆍ가부장적인 가족구성을 의미하는 것으로, 연구참여자들은 모두 양가 가족이 삶에 개입하게 되는 결혼에 관한 큰 부담감을 안고 있었다. 한국에서 ‘결혼이 아닌’ 동거는 여전히 사회적 낙인 문제를 겪게 했지만, 이러한 부정적 요소에도 불구하고 각자의 생활을 자율적으로 조정하고 각자가 평등한 관계에서 삶을 영위해 나갈 수 있는 동거 친밀성만의 특징은 이들이 관계를 지속해 나갈 수 있게 했다. 특기할 만한 지점은 이들의 관계가 나름의 결속력을 가지고 있다는 점이다. 연구참여자들은 동거 과정에서 헤어짐을 염두하기보다 관계의 영속성을 기대하며 동거를 시작했으며, 동거 커플 특유의 긴장감을 형성해 나가고 있었다. 헤어짐이 쉬울 것이라는 기존의 인식과 달리 동거 관계는 실질적인 구속력을 상호 형성하고 있었다. 셋째, 동거는 연구참여자들에게 대안적 생애과정으로서 동거의 지속 가능성을 확보해 주고 있었다. 이들에게 가족의 의미는 법률적 테두리 보다 대체적으로 친밀성 그 자체로 인식되었으며 이는 결혼 계획 여부와 관계없이 앞으로의 삶의 기준점을 세우고 책임감을 갖게 하는 주체적 동기로 작용했다. 이러한 변화는 개인의 독립성이 증대된 상황에서 친밀성을 유지하기 위한 새로운 형태의 생애과정을 계속해서 모색하게 하는 통로를 만들어주었다. 본 연구는 동거에 관한 질적 연구가 부족한 현실에서 괄호 속에 들어가 있는 청년들의 실제 친밀성과 관련한 경험들을 드러내고자 하였고, 개인화와 신자유주의적 변화 속에서 친밀성을 포기하지 않는 사례들을 통해 기존의 3포세대 담론 기각을 시도했다. 또한 개인화라는 사회적 변화 속에서 동거 연구는 가족생활에 대한 다양한 상상력을 갖게 해주는 시작점이 될 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.제 1 장 서 론 1 제 1 절 문제제기 1 제 2 절 선행연구 검토 7 제 3 절 이론적 자원 22 제 4 절 연구 목적 32 제 5 절 연구 방법 34 제 2 장 동거에서 경험하는 친밀성 39 제 1 절 동거의 시작: ‘그냥 자연스럽게’ 39 제 2 절 현실적 문제들과 갈등 43 제 3 절 친밀성의 경험과 양상 51 제 3 장 ‘결혼이 아닌’ 동거 60 제 1 절 사회적 낙인 61 제 2 절 동거 친밀성의 특징과 동거의 지속 65 제 3 절 ‘헤어짐’의 어려움 71 제 4 장 동거 ‘가족’의 가능성 75 제 1 절 가족이라 말(안)하기 75 제 2 절 동거의 이점과 무게 79 제 3 절 대안적 생애과정의 모색 82 제 5 장 결론 88 제 1 절 요약 88 제 2 절 논의 90 참고문헌 94석

Construction and application of standard data structure for simulation of shipbuilding scheduling

Competitiveness of shipbuilding and ocean product engineering of our country will be raised by Ship and Ocean plant product Engineering based on simulation that is such as a reliable production capacity, improvement of productivity and reducing costs. But the simulation system for shipbuilding and ocean plant is getting emphasized to be developed due to a shortage of simulation tool for the shipbuilding and ocean plant. Existing processes of production planning for shipbuilding should be analyzed to develop a shipbuilding and ocean interaction verification simulation system. Based on analyzed process, data of shipyard midterm planing and activity process is arranged and standardized After the function for shipbuilding and ocean interaction verification simulation system is grasped. Simulation input data type is based on extensible mark-up language for user to use input data for simulation system with standardized data structure. Blood Procalcitonin Level as A Diagnostic Marker of Pediatric Bacterial Meningitis: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Early diagnosis and treatment of bacterial meningitis in children are essential, due to the high mortality and morbidity rates. However, lumbar puncture is often difficult, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) culture takes time. This meta-analysis aims to determine the diagnostic accuracy of blood procalcitonin for detecting bacterial meningitis in children. We conducted a systematic search on electronic databases to identify relevant studies. Pooled sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) were calculated, and a hierarchical summary receiver operating characteristic curve and area under the curve (AUC) were determined. Eighteen studies with 1462 children were included in the analysis. The pooled sensitivity, specificity, and the DOR of blood procalcitonin for detecting bacterial meningitis were 0.87 (95% confidence interval (CI): 0.78–0.93); 0.85 (95% CI: 0.75–0.91), and 35.85 (95% CI: 10.68–120.28), respectively. The AUC for blood procalcitonin was 0.921. Blood procalcitonin also showed higher diagnostic accuracy for detecting bacterial meningitis than other conventional biomarkers, including serum C-reactive protein and leukocyte count, CSF leukocyte and neutrophil count, and CSF protein and glucose levels. Blood procalcitonin can be a good supplemental biomarker with high diagnostic accuracy in detecting bacterial meningitis in children.ope

Differences in Language Ability and Emotional-Behavioral Problems according to Symptom Severity in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate differences in language ability and emotional-behavioral problems according to the severity of social communication impairments (SCI) and restricted and repetitive behaviors (RRB) in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Materials and methods: We grouped 113 children with ASD aged 3-12 years according to the severity of SCI and RRB, and investigated language differences and emotional-behavioral problems among the severity groups. If differences in language abilities between the groups were observed, they were further subdivided to examine possible predictors of both receptive and expressive language abilities. Results: In cluster analyses using subdomains of the Autism Diagnostic Interview-revised, severe SCI individuals showed lower language ability than their milder counterparts, while RRB showed no differences. Receptive and expressive language in the severe SCI group was negatively predicted by social communication and social motivation, respectively. The severe RRB group showed significantly higher levels of anxiety/distress, somatic complaints, thought problems, attention problems, and aggressive behavior, while the severe SCI group was reported to be more withdrawn. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the severity of SCI greatly affects language ability. In children with severe SCI, social communication and social motivation negatively predicted receptive language and expressive language, respectively. Children with severe RRB may have more emotional-behavioral problems that require active intervention.ope

The Impact of Employment Support and Career Guidance of Specialized vocational High Schools on Job Satisfaction : With Focus on the Mediating Effect of Job and Major Congruence

본 연구는 특성화고에서 이루어지는 진로지도 및 취업지원 프로그램이 직업만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보기 위하여 특성화고의 진로지도 및 취업지원과 직업만족도 사이에 직무일치도가 부분적으로 매개할 것이라는 가설을 설정하고,이를 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 한국고용정보원의 '2011년 고졸자 취업진로조사(HSCOMS)' 자료를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과, 특성화고의 진로지도 및 취업지원에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 졸업생들의 직업만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 직무일치도가 높을수록 직업만족도가 높아졌다. 또한 특성화고의 진로지도 및 취업지원 프로그램은 학생들이 전공에부합하는 일자리로 진입하는데 유의미한 영향을 주고, 직무일치도를 매개로 직업만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.This study seeks to examine the impact of specialized vocational high schools' employment support and career guidance on graduates' job satisfaction. Assuming a mediating effect of congruence between jobs and majors among career guidance, employment support, and job satisfaction, a structural equation model was proposed to analyze the study's model using the "2011 Korea Employment Information Service's High School Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey". The study results showed a positive influence from career guidance and employment support on graduates' job satisfaction. Also, higher congruence between jobs and majors results in higher job satisfaction. In addition, the study revealed that the career guidance and employment support programs in specialized vocational high schools have a significant effect on the students' efforts to find a job that is relevant to their majors. Job and major congruence also had positive influence on job satisfaction by acting as a mediator

MicroRNA-139-5p Regulates Fibrotic Potentials via Modulation of Collagen Type 1 and Phosphorylated p38 MAPK in Uterine Leiomyoma

Purpose: This study aimed to elucidate whether microRNA-139-5p is involved in the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma. Materials and methods: Human leiomyoma and matched human smooth muscle samples were obtained from 10 women who underwent hysterectomy for uterine leiomyoma. MicroRNA (miRNA) expression was analyzed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. To assess the effects of miR-139-5p on cultured leiomyoma cells, cell migration, collagen gel contraction, wound healing, and the expression levels of hallmark proteins were evaluated in cells transfected with a miR-139-5p mimic. Results: The expression of miR-139-5p was significantly lower in leiomyoma tissues than in matched smooth muscle tissues. Restored miR-139-5p expression in miR-139-5p mimic-transfected human leiomyoma cells resulted in decreased contractility of the ECM and cell migration. In addition, upregulation of miR-139-5p decreased the protein expression of collagen type 1 and phosphorylated p38 MAPK. Conclusion: Expression of miR-139-5p is downregulated in leiomyoma cells and modulation of miR-139-5p may be involved inthe pathogenesis of leiomyomas through the regulation of collagen type 1 and phosphorylated p38 MAPK. Therefore, miR-139-5p is a potential therapeutic target for leiomyoma.ope

Hormone autocrination by vascularized hydrogel delivery of ovary spheroids to rescue ovarian dysfunctions

The regeneration potential of implantable organ model hydrogels is applied to treat a loss of ovarian endocrine function in women experiencing menopause and/or cancer therapy. A rat ovariectomy model is used to harvest autologous ovary cells while subsequently producing a layer-by-layer form of follicle spheroids. Implantation of a microchannel network hydrogel with cell spheroids [vascularized hydrogel with ovarian spheroids (VHOS)] into an ischemic hindlimb of ovariectomized rats significantly aids the recovery of endocrine function with hormone release, leading to full endometrium regeneration. The VHOS implantation effectively suppresses the side effects observed with synthetic hormone treatment (i.e., tissue overgrowth, hyperplasia, cancer progression, deep vein thrombosis) to the normal levels, while effectively preventing the representative aftereffects of menopause (i.e., gaining fatty weight, inducing osteoporosis). These results highlight the unprecedented therapeutic potential of an implantable VHOS against menopause and suggest that it may be used as an alternative approach to standard hormone therapy.ope

Predictive Factors of Conception and the Cumulative Pregnancy Rate in Subfertile Couples Undergoing Timed Intercourse With Ultrasound

The aim of this study was to determine predictive factors for pregnancy and assess the cumulative pregnancy rate (CPR) and live birth rate (CLBR) in subfertile couples undergoing timed intercourse (TI) using ultrasound. This retrospective cohort study included 285 women (854 cycles) who started TI with ultrasound between January 2017 and October 2019. The overall clinical pregnancy rate was 28.1% (80/285) per couple and 9.4% (80/854) per cycle. Pregnant women had a higher body mass index (BMI), higher percentage of irregular menstrual cycles, a shorter duration of subfertility, lower serum follicle-stimulating hormone levels, and higher anti-Müllerian hormone levels than non-pregnant women. A longer duration of subfertility (≥24 months vs. 25 kg/m2; odds ratio: 3.202; 95% confidence interval: 1.020-10.046) in couples with ovulatory factor and a longer duration of infertility ≥24 months (vs. <24 months; odds ratio: 0.185; 95% confidence interval: 0.042-0.819) in couples with non-ovulatory factors were significant independent predictive factors for pregnancy. No significant differences were found in the cycle characteristics between pregnant and non-pregnant women. The CPR substantially increased during the first three cycles and significantly increased until the sixth cycle. No significant increase was observed in the CPR after the sixth cycle. The CLBRs substantially increased during the first three cycles and significantly increased until the fourth cycle. No significant increase was observed in the CLBRs after the fifth cycle. When comparing CPRs and CLBRs according to subfertile causes, CRPs was significantly different and CLBRs was different with borderline significance. Our findings may indicate that women with a longer duration of subfertility or subfertility due to endometriosis have poor outcomes during TI with ultrasound. Women who failed to achieve conception by the fourth or fifth cycle of TI with ultrasound may be encouraged to consider advancing to the next treatment strategy.ope

Relationship between the expression of cyclin B1, D1 and the various prognostic factors in ovarian carcinoma

의학과/석사[한글] 난소암에서 실시간 정량 역전사 중합효소 연쇄 반응 (quantitative real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction, quantitative real-time RT-PCR)을 이용한 cyclin B1과 D1의 mRNA 발현과 Western blot analysis를 이용한 cyclin B1과 D1의 단백질 발현을 연구하고 또한 이것과 여러 임상 예후 인자들과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다.연세대학교 세브란스병원 산부인과에서 2002년 3월부터 2005년 2월까지 수술적 치료를 받은 환자를 대상으로 연구를 시행하여 신선한 난소암 조직 36예, 정상 난소 조직 5예를 얻었다.실시간 정량 역전사 중합효소 연쇄 반응에 의한 난소암 조직에서의 cyclin B1과 D1 mRNA 2-△△CT 값의 평균은 각각 5.83 ± 12.03과 17.60 ± 22.20 였고, 대조군은 각각 0.55 ± 0.35과 0.50 ± 0.26로 두 군간에 차이를 보이나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. (p=0.67, p=0.07) Western blot analysis에 의한 cyclin B1과 D1 densitometer 값을 대조군에서 1로 보았을 때, 난소암 조직은 각각 1.30 ± 0.73과 1.81 ± 1.28로 두 군간에 차이를 보이나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. (p=0.76, p=0.06) Cyclin B1과 D1의 mRNA 및 단백질 발현은 임상 병리학적 예후 인자인 난소암의 외과적 병기, 혈청 내 CA-125, 유세포 분석법을 통한 DNA 정량검사 등과 통계적으로 상관관계를 보이지 않았다.결론적으로, 본 연구에서는 cyclin B1과 D1의 mRNA 및 단백질 발현이 난소암 조직에서 대조군보다 증가되어 cyclin B1과 D1이 난소의 종양형성 (tumorigenesis)과 악성도에 관여할 것으로 추정되었다. 그러나 cyclin B1과 D1의 mRNA 및 단백질 발현은 임상 병리학적 예후 인자들과 통계적으로 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. Cyclin이 난소암에서 예후 인자로서 가치가 있는지 평가하려면 발현 양상과 치료제에 대한 반응, 생존율 등을 연관시킨 연구가 뒷받침되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. [영문]Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the expression of cyclin B1, D1 and the various prognostic factors in ovarian carcinoma.Material and Methods: In this study, fresh ovarian tissue samples were obtained from 41 patients treated surgically at Yonsei University College of Medicine from May of 2002 to February of 2005. These included 36 ovarian carcinoma and 5 normal ovarian tissues that served as the control. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR and Western blot analysis were used in detecting the expression of mRNA and protein of cyclin B1, D1, respectively.Results: The mean 2-△△CT value of cyclin B1 and D1 mRNA in ovarian carcinoma tissue obtained through quantitative real-time RT-PCR was 5.83 ± 12.03, 17.60 ± 22.20, respectively, and the mean value in the control was 0.55 ± 0.35, 0.50 ± 0.26, respectively. The results showed difference in the expression, but were not statistically significant. (p=0.67, 0.07) If the mean densitometer value of cyclin B1 and D1 protein in the control obtained by Western blot analysis was 1, the mean value in ovarian carcinoma tissue was higher (1.30 ± 0.73, 1.81 ± 1.28, respectively). (p=0.76, 0.06) The expression of cyclin B1, D1 and various prognostic factors was not statistically related.Conclusion: Our results showed that the expression of cyclin B1 and D1 in ovarian carcinoma tissue was higher than in the normal control. This suggested that cyclin B1, D1 and the tumorigenesis and the degree of malignancy was closely related. But the expression of cyclin B1, D1 and various prognostic factors was not statistically related. Further studies based on the correlation between cyclin and response to treatment or survival rate are needed to support cyclin as a prognostic factor of ovarian carcinoma.ope
