Construction and application of standard data structure for simulation of shipbuilding scheduling
Competitiveness of shipbuilding and ocean product engineering of our country will be raised by Ship and Ocean plant product Engineering based on simulation that is such as a reliable production capacity, improvement of productivity and reducing costs. But the simulation system for shipbuilding and ocean plant is getting emphasized to be developed due to a shortage of simulation tool for the shipbuilding and ocean plant.
Existing processes of production planning for shipbuilding should be analyzed to develop a shipbuilding and ocean interaction verification simulation system. Based on analyzed process, data of shipyard midterm planing and activity process is arranged and standardized After the function for shipbuilding and ocean interaction verification simulation system is grasped.
Simulation input data type is based on extensible mark-up language for user to use input data for simulation system with standardized data structure. Through development of interface that changes to XML type when the simulation system is used in shipyard, the simulation system can be functioned even if user inputs each different data.List of tables

Blood Procalcitonin Level as A Diagnostic Marker of Pediatric Bacterial Meningitis: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Early diagnosis and treatment of bacterial meningitis in children are essential, due to the
high mortality and morbidity rates. However, lumbar puncture is often difficult, and cerebrospinal
fluid (CSF) culture takes time. This meta-analysis aims to determine the diagnostic accuracy of
blood procalcitonin for detecting bacterial meningitis in children. We conducted a systematic search
on electronic databases to identify relevant studies. Pooled sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic
odds ratio (DOR) were calculated, and a hierarchical summary receiver operating characteristic
curve and area under the curve (AUC) were determined. Eighteen studies with 1462 children were
included in the analysis. The pooled sensitivity, specificity, and the DOR of blood procalcitonin
for detecting bacterial meningitis were 0.87 (95% confidence interval (CI): 0.78β0.93); 0.85 (95% CI:
0.75β0.91), and 35.85 (95% CI: 10.68β120.28), respectively. The AUC for blood procalcitonin was
0.921. Blood procalcitonin also showed higher diagnostic accuracy for detecting bacterial meningitis
than other conventional biomarkers, including serum C-reactive protein and leukocyte count, CSF
leukocyte and neutrophil count, and CSF protein and glucose levels. Blood procalcitonin can be
a good supplemental biomarker with high diagnostic accuracy in detecting bacterial meningitis
in children.ope
Differences in Language Ability and Emotional-Behavioral Problems according to Symptom Severity in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate differences in language ability and emotional-behavioral problems according to the severity of social communication impairments (SCI) and restricted and repetitive behaviors (RRB) in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Materials and methods: We grouped 113 children with ASD aged 3-12 years according to the severity of SCI and RRB, and investigated language differences and emotional-behavioral problems among the severity groups. If differences in language abilities between the groups were observed, they were further subdivided to examine possible predictors of both receptive and expressive language abilities.
Results: In cluster analyses using subdomains of the Autism Diagnostic Interview-revised, severe SCI individuals showed lower language ability than their milder counterparts, while RRB showed no differences. Receptive and expressive language in the severe SCI group was negatively predicted by social communication and social motivation, respectively. The severe RRB group showed significantly higher levels of anxiety/distress, somatic complaints, thought problems, attention problems, and aggressive behavior, while the severe SCI group was reported to be more withdrawn.
Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the severity of SCI greatly affects language ability. In children with severe SCI, social communication and social motivation negatively predicted receptive language and expressive language, respectively. Children with severe RRB may have more emotional-behavioral problems that require active intervention.ope

Assuming a mediating effect of congruence between jobs and majors among career guidance, employment support, and job satisfaction, a structural equation model was proposed to analyze the study's model using the "2011 Korea Employment Information Service's High School Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey".
The study results showed a positive influence from career guidance and employment support on graduates' job satisfaction. Also, higher congruence between jobs and majors results in higher job satisfaction. In addition, the study revealed that the career guidance and employment support programs in specialized vocational high schools have a significant effect on the students' efforts to find a job that is relevant to their majors. Job and major congruence also had positive influence on job satisfaction by acting as a mediator
MicroRNA-139-5p Regulates Fibrotic Potentials via Modulation of Collagen Type 1 and Phosphorylated p38 MAPK in Uterine Leiomyoma
Purpose: This study aimed to elucidate whether microRNA-139-5p is involved in the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma.
Materials and methods: Human leiomyoma and matched human smooth muscle samples were obtained from 10 women who underwent hysterectomy for uterine leiomyoma. MicroRNA (miRNA) expression was analyzed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. To assess the effects of miR-139-5p on cultured leiomyoma cells, cell migration, collagen gel contraction, wound healing, and the expression levels of hallmark proteins were evaluated in cells transfected with a miR-139-5p mimic.
Results: The expression of miR-139-5p was significantly lower in leiomyoma tissues than in matched smooth muscle tissues. Restored miR-139-5p expression in miR-139-5p mimic-transfected human leiomyoma cells resulted in decreased contractility of the ECM and cell migration. In addition, upregulation of miR-139-5p decreased the protein expression of collagen type 1 and phosphorylated p38 MAPK.
Conclusion: Expression of miR-139-5p is downregulated in leiomyoma cells and modulation of miR-139-5p may be involved inthe pathogenesis of leiomyomas through the regulation of collagen type 1 and phosphorylated p38 MAPK. Therefore, miR-139-5p is a potential therapeutic target for leiomyoma.ope
Hormone autocrination by vascularized hydrogel delivery of ovary spheroids to rescue ovarian dysfunctions
The regeneration potential of implantable organ model hydrogels is applied to treat a loss of ovarian endocrine function in women experiencing menopause and/or cancer therapy. A rat ovariectomy model is used to harvest autologous ovary cells while subsequently producing a layer-by-layer form of follicle spheroids. Implantation of a microchannel network hydrogel with cell spheroids [vascularized hydrogel with ovarian spheroids (VHOS)] into an ischemic hindlimb of ovariectomized rats significantly aids the recovery of endocrine function with hormone release, leading to full endometrium regeneration. The VHOS implantation effectively suppresses the side effects observed with synthetic hormone treatment (i.e., tissue overgrowth, hyperplasia, cancer progression, deep vein thrombosis) to the normal levels, while effectively preventing the representative aftereffects of menopause (i.e., gaining fatty weight, inducing osteoporosis). These results highlight the unprecedented therapeutic potential of an implantable VHOS against menopause and suggest that it may be used as an alternative approach to standard hormone therapy.ope
Predictive Factors of Conception and the Cumulative Pregnancy Rate in Subfertile Couples Undergoing Timed Intercourse With Ultrasound
The aim of this study was to determine predictive factors for pregnancy and assess the cumulative pregnancy rate (CPR) and live birth rate (CLBR) in subfertile couples undergoing timed intercourse (TI) using ultrasound. This retrospective cohort study included 285 women (854 cycles) who started TI with ultrasound between January 2017 and October 2019. The overall clinical pregnancy rate was 28.1% (80/285) per couple and 9.4% (80/854) per cycle. Pregnant women had a higher body mass index (BMI), higher percentage of irregular menstrual cycles, a shorter duration of subfertility, lower serum follicle-stimulating hormone levels, and higher anti-MΓΌllerian hormone levels than non-pregnant women. A longer duration of subfertility (β₯24 months vs. 25 kg/m2; odds ratio: 3.202; 95% confidence interval: 1.020-10.046) in couples with ovulatory factor and a longer duration of infertility β₯24 months (vs. <24 months; odds ratio: 0.185; 95% confidence interval: 0.042-0.819) in couples with non-ovulatory factors were significant independent predictive factors for pregnancy. No significant differences were found in the cycle characteristics between pregnant and non-pregnant women. The CPR substantially increased during the first three cycles and significantly increased until the sixth cycle. No significant increase was observed in the CPR after the sixth cycle. The CLBRs substantially increased during the first three cycles and significantly increased until the fourth cycle. No significant increase was observed in the CLBRs after the fifth cycle. When comparing CPRs and CLBRs according to subfertile causes, CRPs was significantly different and CLBRs was different with borderline significance. Our findings may indicate that women with a longer duration of subfertility or subfertility due to endometriosis have poor outcomes during TI with ultrasound. Women who failed to achieve conception by the fourth or fifth cycle of TI with ultrasound may be encouraged to consider advancing to the next treatment strategy.ope

[μλ¬Έ]Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the expression of cyclin B1, D1 and the various prognostic factors in ovarian carcinoma.Material and Methods: In this study, fresh ovarian tissue samples were obtained from 41 patients treated surgically at Yonsei University College of Medicine from May of 2002 to February of 2005. These included 36 ovarian carcinoma and 5 normal ovarian tissues that served as the control. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR and Western blot analysis were used in detecting the expression of mRNA and protein of cyclin B1, D1, respectively.Results: The mean 2-β³β³CT value of cyclin B1 and D1 mRNA in ovarian carcinoma tissue obtained through quantitative real-time RT-PCR was 5.83 Β± 12.03, 17.60 Β± 22.20, respectively, and the mean value in the control was 0.55 Β± 0.35, 0.50 Β± 0.26, respectively. The results showed difference in the expression, but were not statistically significant. (p=0.67, 0.07) If the mean densitometer value of cyclin B1 and D1 protein in the control obtained by Western blot analysis was 1, the mean value in ovarian carcinoma tissue was higher (1.30 Β± 0.73, 1.81 Β± 1.28, respectively). (p=0.76, 0.06) The expression of cyclin B1, D1 and various prognostic factors was not statistically related.Conclusion: Our results showed that the expression of cyclin B1 and D1 in ovarian carcinoma tissue was higher than in the normal control. This suggested that cyclin B1, D1 and the tumorigenesis and the degree of malignancy was closely related. But the expression of cyclin B1, D1 and various prognostic factors was not statistically related. Further studies based on the correlation between cyclin and response to treatment or survival rate are needed to support cyclin as a prognostic factor of ovarian carcinoma.ope
