(A) Study of Causal Relation on the Dialectical Materialism

본 연구의 목적은 변증법적 유물론에서의 인과관계의 성격을 그것이 갖는 존재론적 사고와의 관련 속에서 분석적으로 이해하는데 있다. 원인에 대한 탐구는 모든 현상과 과정을 이해하는데 기초적인 탐구과제가 되어왔으며 제현상과 과정은 원인과 결과의 관계로서 설명되어져 왔다. 변증법적 유물론에서는 전세계적인 보편적 연관과 발전을 파악하는 속에서 스스로 발전하는 본질에 기초하여 인과관계에 대해 새로운 규정성을 더한다. 변증법적 유물론에서의 인과적 연관은 단순히 외적이고 양적인 연관으로 파악되는 것이 아니라 내적이고 질적인 중층적 관계로 이해된다. 현상의 규칙적 연관은 그것의 내적인 연관을 통해 인과관계의 필연성을 획득한다. 또한 변증법적 유물론에서 인과관계는 단순한 반복, 규칙적인 일면적 관계가 아니라 상호작용적 관계로 이해된다. 이러한 상호작용은 스스로 발전하는 본질에 기초하여 비약적이고 불완전적인 변화를 초래한다. 이러한 변화에 대해 원인은 법칙적 관계에 지배를 받는 원인으로서가 아니라 비약적이고 비법칙적인 변화에 대해 효과를 갖는 측면이라는 포괄적인 의미를 획득하게 된다. 이러한 변증법적 유물론에서의 인과관계의 특징들은 기계적·형이상학적인 인과관계로서는 설명할 수 없는 역사에 있어서의 비약과 불연속에 대한 설명을 가능하게 하는 것이다.;The thesis of the study is to understand the Nature of causal relation on the D.M. especially with regard to that ontological concern. A research for cause is basic thesis to know every appearances and process, and things is explained through cause and effect relation. On the D.M. causal relation bases on developing essence of it's own accord. On the D.M. objective, causal, genetic connections do exist. Yet cause and effect are only a fragment, a phase of universal reciprocal dependence, of universal connection, of the recipsocal concatenation of events, merely links in the chain of the development of matter. But to recognize the individual, it is necessary to single out and isolate on aspect as cause and another as effect. Necessity causal relation is founded the objective necessity. This necessity is grasped by essential relation in inner level. Causal relation on the D.M. have reciprocal nature. Cause generate Effect, the effect reaction, ultimatly both cause and effect change. Reciprocal Action appear on 'causa sui'. Here the concept of cause is expand to condition, presupposition, base. Socioeconomic Crisis and Resilience in Greece

국제금융위기와 함께 촉발된 그리스의 경제위기가 심각한 사회 위기로 확산되고 있다. 실업률과 빈곤율이 크게 증가하고 노동시장의 불안전성도 높아졌으며 자살과 노숙자, 범죄가 증가하는 등 경제위기로 인해 사회통합이 크게 위협받고 있는 상황이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 기존 연구들은 그리스 위기를 경제위기에 국한하여 문제를 진단하고 해법을 제안하고 있다. 그러나 한 국가의 위기는 사회의 다양한 층위들의 복합적인 상호작용을 통해 증폭, 또는 극복될 수 있는 만큼 그리스 위기에 대한 사회적 기원을 되짚어보고 이를 통해 보다 근본적인 위기 극복의 해법을 찾아나갈 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 그리스의 경제와 복지제도가 그 구조적 취약성으로 인해 위기에 대한 사회경제적 안전망으로서의 역할을 충분히 하고 있지 못하기 때문에 그리스 위기가 악화되고 있으며, 이런 제도 면에서의 취약성은 그리스 사회가 가지고 있는 정치 및 시민사회의 역량과 밀접히 관련되어 있음을 지적한다. 그리스는 정당 간의 양극화된 대립과 정치적 후견주의, 관료행정의 정치화, 분절화된 시민사회와 이익집단의 지대 추구 행위 등으로 인해 정치와 시민사회의 역량이 발전하지 못하였으며 이로 인해 위기로부터의 회복이 지연되고 있다. 때문에 그리스가 지속가능한 회복탄력성을 가지기 위해서는 경제나 복지제도 개혁뿐 아니라 정치 및 시민사회의 역량을 강화할 수 있는 장기적인 대안을 가지고 현재의 위기 상황을 풀어나가야 한다. The economic crisis in Greece, triggered by the international financial crisis, has now transformed into a social crisis. The level of unemployment and poverty has risen dramatically, and the social integration is threatened by increasing homelessness, crime, and suicide. Nevertheless, the previous studies focus mainly on economic aspects of the crisis and propose very limited solutions for overcoming current situation. This study seeks to explain the current crisis in Greece in the broader context and focuses on the institutional capacities to absorb economic and social risks and the capacity of political and civil society to manage the crisis. It points out the vulnerability of economic structure and welfare system and the weakness in coordinating fragmented interests of various political and civic groups in Greece. This study concludes that it is necessary to organize and empower civil society in order to reform Greece in democratically sustainable way
