    お茶の種類と口腔残存歯数の関係:CLHLS調査の横断研究

    大阪歯科大学Osaka Dental University博士(歯学)Previous studies have suggested that tea consumption may have a positive impact on oral health. However, the effects of different tea types on oral health remain unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the association between residual teeth and consumption habits of different types of tea (green tea, black tea, oolong tea, and scented tea) in older adults.We conducted a secondary analysis using data from the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey in 2018. In a sample of 6,387 older adults, we performed logistic regression analysis to examine the relationship between persistent tea consumption and oral health according to sex and brushing frequency. The indices for particularly healthy oral health and relative health were set at more than 20 teeth and more than 10 teeth, respectively.The study included 2,725 males and 3,662 females, both aged 65 and older. Among individuals with more than 20 teeth, drinking green tea significantly improved oral health in men (adjusted odds ratio [ORs]: 1.377; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.082–1.752) and drinking black tea significantly improved the oral health of women (ORs: 2.349, 95%CI: 1.028–5.366). In the daily brushing group, green tea had a significant beneficial effect on increasing the number of teeth in men and black tea had a significant beneficial effect in women. Among individuals with more than 10 teeth, drinking green tea significantly improved oral health in men (ORs: 1.539; 95% CI: 1.209–1.959) and drinking green tea and scented tea significantly improved the oral health of women (ORs: 1.447, 95%CI: 1.052–1.991; ORs: 1.948, 95%CI: 1.137–3.340). In the daily brushing group, consumption of green tea and black tea had significant beneficial effects on increasing the number of teeth in men, whereas that of green tea, black tea, and scented tea had significant beneficial effects in women.Long-term green tea consumption in males and black tea consumption in females were significantly associated with maintaining functional dentition (≥20 teeth). Similarly, long-term green tea consumption in males and green tea and scented tea consumption in females were associated with avoiding severe tooth loss (≥10 teeth). Furthermore, in the daily tooth brushing group, long-term consumption of black tea was associated with avoiding severe tooth loss in both sexes. However, tea consumption alone had no effect on oral health without good brushing habits.doctoral thesi

    Preparation and Characterization of Electro-catalyst of Surface Alloy Supported on Glassy Carbon

    以玻碳为载体 ,通过电化学方法在其表面沉积催化物质研制表面合金纳米电催化剂 (Surfacealloy/GC)。运用电化学循环伏安 (CV)和扫描电镜 (SEM)等技术进行结构和性能表征。结果表明 ,在Surfacealloy/GC上氢的析出电位负移至 - 0 40V(SCE) ,与Pt电极相比负移约 15 0mV ,具有较高的电还原应用价值。另外 ,Surfacealloy/GC的氧化电位正移至 0 64V ,其稳定性明显高于电有机合成中常用的Pb、Sb、Cu等金属电极。SEM研究结果表明 ,所研制的Surfacealloy/GC电催化剂是一种由粒度约为 70nm的纳米颗粒合金组成的薄膜Electro-catalysts of surface alloy supported on glassy carbon (GC) were prepared by electrochemical codeposition method. Structures and properties of these electro-catalysts were studied through techniques of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results demonstrated that the onset potential of hydrogen evolution on the surface alloy/GC was postponed to -0.40V,i.e.,negatively shifted by 150 mV in comparison with that of hydrogen evolution on a platinum electrode. In addition, the oxidization potential of the surface alloy/GC was positively shifted to above 0.64V, which is much higher than the oxidization potential of Pb and Sb metal electrodes.     Reduction of Oxalic Acid on Surface Alloy/GC Electrode Studied by Using CV and in situ FTIR Spectroscopy

    采用自行研制的碳载表面合金电催化材料 (Surfacealloy/GC)作为研究电极 ,通过电化学方法和电化学原位FTIR反射光谱等技术 ,对该催化剂在电有机合成中的性能进行研究。结果表明 :所研制的Surfacealloy/GC对草酸的加氢还原表现出很高的电催化活性 ,草酸的还原电位为 - 0 .40V ,与通常用的阴极铅材料相比 ,正移约6 0 0mV ;电化学原位FTIR反射光谱研究结果指出 ,草酸的还原产物主要为乙醛酸 ,表明该电极在较低的过电位下就能还原草酸生成乙醛酸。Reduction of oxalic acid on electrode of surface alloy supported on glassy carbon was studied by using cyclic voltammetry and in situ FTIR spectroscopy.The results demonstrated that the surface alloy exhibited a high electrocatalytic activity towards oxalic acid reduction.The over potential of oxalic acid reduction was significantly reduced by about 600 mV in comparison with that measured on a Pb cathode that was used industrially for the reduction.     Experimental Study on Accelerating the Gas Flow Induced by Planar Coil Electromagnetic Coupling Surface DBD Gas Discharge

    为了提高典型沿面dbd平板激励器诱导气流速度,通过实验研究了典型dbd平板激励器表面的磁场分布,提出了在dbd平板激励器的上、下电极之间夹进平面线圈,运用电磁耦合原理增强等离子体激励器放电效果,从而加速dbd等离子体诱导气流的方法。探究了不同结构参数的电感线圈产生的电磁耦合作用对大气压下平板式dbd等离子体激励器放电加强的效果,以及夹进平面线圈后加载电源的电压和频率对dbd放电的影响,并利用粒子图像测速技术测量了电磁耦合作用下典型dbd等离子体诱导气流流场,考察了其中电磁耦合对加速诱导气流的作用。实验结果表明,运用电磁耦合作用可在一定程度上增强等离子体激励器的放电效果,一些电感线圈产生的电磁耦合作用可显著改善dbd等离子体诱导气流的连续性和加厚流场区域。To accelerate the flow induced by typical surface DBD actuator, we studied the magnetic distribution on the surface of a typical DBD actuator qualitatively through experiments.We proposed a method that inductance coils between the upper electrode and the lower electrode were installed to enhance the discharge and increase the flow speed due to the electromagnetic coupling applied to the plasma actuator.Inductance coils with different structure parameters which could create various electromagnetic coupling impacts were used to improve the DBD plasma discharge.Furthermore, we measured the induced flow charts of DBD plasma actuators with electromagnetic coupling using the particle image velocimetry to study the electromagnetic coupling impact on increasing the flow speed induced by DBD plasma.The results show that, by applying electromagnetic coupling to the typical DBD plasma actuator, its discharge can be improved and the airflow induced by the plasma can be accelerated by some kinds of inductance coils, improving the induced flow in both continuity and thickness.福建省自然科学基金(2010J01014)~

    白念珠菌基因多态性与耐药性关系

    【目的】探讨耐氟康唑白念珠菌基因多态性与其耐药性是否相关。【方法】收集48株敏感白念珠菌和10株耐氟康唑白念珠菌,其中包括2株体外诱导的耐氟康唑白念珠菌。选择1个随机引物(引物1251),采用任意引物PCR方法基因分型,将电泳图谱扫描入计算机后采用Labwork4.0软件转化为数值图表,利用SPSS11.5进行聚类分析。【结果】引物1251的PCR指纹图带型稳定,多态性丰富,可以作为分型引物。聚类分析结果提示8株临床耐药菌的PCR指纹图相似系数为71.7%,而其中7株的耐药菌相似系数高达86.7%,远高于58株菌的平均相似系数(47.3%)。2株体外诱导的耐药菌诱导前后基因型未发生变化。【结论】基因分型的结果未提示耐氟康唑白念珠菌存在一定的特殊电泳条带,但提示了特定的PCR指纹图可能与耐药性有一定相关性
