    Settlement and metamorphosis of Styela canopus Savigny larvae in response to some neurotransmitters and thyroxin

    【英文摘要】 The larvae of ascidian Styela canopus Savigny were treated with epinephrine, norepinephrine, L-DOPA, GABA and thyroxin to test the ability of these compounds to induce or inhibit larval settlement and metamorphosis. The results showed that epinephrine, norepinephrine and L-DOPA at the concentration of 1μmol/dm 3 induced larval settlement and metamorphosis in S. canopus, with short exposure (1 h) to 1 μmol/dm 3 of L-DOPA inducing rapid settlement.     检察机关排除非法证据必须要无缝对接到侦、捕、诉、审等诉讼环节,因为其属于程序性争点以及审判前环节可以采用自由证明的方法,但是由于我国司法机关权力的整体特色和检察机关的法律监督地位而谨慎采用严格证明方法也更加合理,具体有书面审查、口头审查和调取、审查讯问录音录像等方式。检察机关排除非法证据的办案机制以承办人主办、部门讨论和主管领导决定为主,同时还有上下级和部门之间的协作机制。检察机关排除非法证据在监督和控诉的不同方向可能会激化检警冲突和检法冲突。Exclusion of illegal evidence by the procuratorial organs must be seamless link with procedural stages of investigation,arrest,prosecution and trial because it is referred to as procedural issues and the pre- trial step. Thus it can adopt the method of free proof,but owning to the overall entity of three judicial authorities and legal supervision status of procuratorial organs in China,it is reasonable to cautiously adopt strict proof method,specifically by means of written examination,oral examination,and of obtaining,reviewing the video- audio recording of interrogation and so on.     北京春季亚微米气溶胶的化学组分特性及有机气溶胶来源解析

    基于颗粒物化学组分监测仪(Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor, ACSM)的在线实时观测,对北京春季亚微米气溶胶(PM_1)的化学组分和特性进行分析,并利用PMF & ME-2 (Positive Matrix Factorization & Multilinear Engine)源解析模式对其中的有机物进行来源解析。结果表明,在观测期间PM_1的浓度变化范围为2.40-249.10 μg·m~(-3),平均浓度58.0 μg·m~(-3),其中有机物为主要组分,占比41.4%。有机物的来源包括四个一次源:机动车排放源(hydrocarbon-like organic aerosol, HOA)、烹饪源(cooking organic aerosol,COA)、燃煤燃烧源(coal combustion organic aerosol,CCOA)、生物质燃烧源(biomass burning organic aerosol, BBOA)和一个二次有机源(oxygenated organic aerosol,OOA)。通过不同污染事件的对比结果表明,二次气溶胶在重污染期所占比重会明显上升,并且静稳气象条件也对污染的形成产生重要影响
