    隨著近代製程技術的進步,製程技術上的發展逐漸步入深次微米的時代,這使晶片上的電晶體數不斷增加,相同功能之電路其所佔面積越來越小,所以在相同面積的晶片上可置入更複雜的系統。在小型化與今日市場需求下,帶動了許多如可攜式的多媒體設備、可移動式的通訊設備發展,這使系統單晶片(System on a Chip)相關技術越來越受到關注,由於內建式記憶體在系統單晶片上所佔的面積逐漸增加與多樣化,這促使內建式記憶體可靠度的問題逐漸變成一個重要的課題;基於低成本與高良率的因素,使得內建式自我修復架構 (Built-In Self-Repair, BISR) 成為目前最廣泛使用在內坎式記憶體的修復方式。目前就我們所知道的[2-18]自我修復架構,一般都是Off-Line BISR,很少探討On-Line BISR 方面的架構,在Non-Stop 系統必需達到邊測試邊運作,不可以將系統停機再進行測試,因此On-line BISR 必定成為Not-Stop 系統測試中,重要的課題與研究,因此本計劃將分二年進行,第一年的目標,將改進[1]內建式記憶體的測試電路達到即時線上自我修復的功能,並且將電路應用於SRAM 上;第二年的目標是改進第一年的即時線上自我修復的電路架構,將電路應用於DRAM 上,希望此電路系統未來能夠大大的應用在SRAM 及DRAM 的測試技術上

    隨著SOC(System On a Chip) 的普及,SOC 內部內嵌式記憶體超過大半的面積,因此如何提升內嵌式記憶體的良率已變成一項非常重要的議題,目前除了利用製程提升良率外,尚有利用電路自我維修的技巧,提升其良率及可靠度。提出一種有效率且極精簡的自我維修電路,是目前研究的一個重點,本研究將提出一種全新的備份機制及備份演算法,同時也會針對備份記憶體的架構與錯誤分佈之間關係做一探討及分析,以解決傳統備份機制研究的盲點,我們會利用C 語言來設計一個內嵌式記憶體BISR(Built-InSelf-Repair)模擬器,利用此模擬器,我們可預知何種BISR 電路架構及多少備份記憶體應被採用,設計者就能根據我們算出的結果來決定多少備份記憶體以達成最高備份率及使用率,最後,我們也會利用FPGA 來作Silicon 驗證,進而製作成IC 以決定其實際的邏輯閘的需求數目

    本論文分成四個章節,第一章為總體序論。第二章探討含有TPA和NTPA分別與紫精混摻之電致變色元件的設計與製作。第三章提及新型雙極式電致變色材料1-(2-(4-(bis(4-methoxyphenyl)amino)phenoxy)ethyl)-1''-ethyl-[4,4’-bipyridine]- 1,1''-diium tetraflouroborate (TPA-Vio) 以及 2-(4-(bis(4-methoxyphenyl)amino)phenoxy)anthracene-9,10-dione (TPA-AQ) 之合成、電化學及電致變色行為。第四章為結論。具電活性三苯胺之雙極式電致變色元件之設計與製備、電化學及電致變色性質已被研究與比較。藉由引入助電荷平衡之陰極變色材料,所得到的元件在變色時可擁有兩個顏色疊加,且具有良好的電致變色穩定性。另外,此概念顯著地在氧化過程中減少其工作電壓且也改善了著色時間及褪色時間。這些結果概述不管是混摻亦或是共價鍵結的方式引入紫精都是既簡易且可實現的方法並可得到高效率的電致變色元件。This study has been divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 is general introduction. Chapter 2 presents the design and fabrication of the electrochromic devices containing tris(4-methoxyphenyl)amine (TPA) and 4,4′-dimethoxy-4′′-(dimethylamino)tripheny- lamine (NTPA) blended with heptyl viologen tetrafluoroborate (HV) respectively. Chapter 3 mentioned that synthesis, electrochemical and electrochromic properties of novel ambipolar electrochromic materials 1-(2-(4-(bis(4-methoxyphenyl)amino)phenoxy)ethyl)-1''-ethyl-[4,4’-bipyridine]-1,1''-d-iium tetraflouroborate (TPA-Vio) and 2-(4-(bis(4-methoxyphenyl)amino)phenoxy)anthracene-9,10-dione (TPA-AQ) respectively using in electrochromic device. Chapter 4 is conclusions. The design, fabrication, electrochemical and electrochromic properties of ambipolar electrochromic device based on electroactive triphenylamine were investigated and compared. With introduction of cathodic electrochromic materials which are served as charge balance agents, the obtained devices revealed two colors combination during coloring state and excellent electrochromic stability. Moreover, this consideration notably reduced driving voltage over the oxidative procedure and improved switching time for coloration and decoloration. These results demonstrate conclusively that introduction of viologen for blending and covalent-bonding could be a simplistic and attainable approach to obtain highly efficient electrochromic devices

    OWL-L: An OWL-based language for Web resources links

    Although providing metadata association, XLink lacks computer-interpretability to support knowledge representation for intelligent applications. This study proposes an OWL-based language, called OWL-L to make Web resources links computer-interpretable. Two aspects of OWL-L, link profile and link model are described. The link profile provides the information required for an agent to discover a link, while the link model provides information that enables an agent to exploit a link. Finally, this study describes the feasibility of using role/arcRole properties of links to represent OWL-based ontologies, which can thus seamlessly interoperate and integrate with OWL-L to enhance knowledge representation.     An Intelligent Military Scenario Development Platform Based on Cloud Computing

    Cloud computing is an emerging computing paradigm to facilitate the rapid building new generation of information systems via the network. However, traditional manually establish a military scenario is a time-consuming and costly task. This study addresses the issue developing a private cloud PaaS, Semantic-based Military Mission Planning platform (called SMMP platform), which is developed using Semantic Web technologies and can be combined with existing cloud service models, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS to facilitate military scenario development.
