职业人文教育论——高等职业院校人文教育的特殊性分析

Humanistic Education of Higher Vocational Institutions:Ideality and Reality

崇尚人文精神,体现人文价值,才能建构真正意义上的高等职业教育体系。高等职业教育的培养目标是德才兼备的"职业人",这种"职业人"不仅应具有职业所要求的技术知识和能力,同时还必须具有职业的思想和方法以及职业的态度和情感。当前,我国高等职业院校人文教育缺失,其主要原因在于:模糊的办学理念导致培养目标的偏差,功利主义的价值取向影响了学生人文素质的养成,办学定位不准导致人文教育的针对性不强。加强人文教育是高等职业院校办学理念的本质体现与办学目标的应然选择。为此,需要重构高等职业院校的人文精神,确立科学教育与人文教育融合的办学理念,建立和完善职业人文教育的体系和操作机制,探索高等职业院校人文教育的新途径。Only upholding humanistic spirit and embodying humanistic value can we construct higher professional educational system in real sense.The cultivation objective in higher vocational education is to cultivate "professional people" with integrity and ability.The "professional people" should possess not only technical knowledge and ability required by the occupation,but also professional ideas and method,as well as professional attitude and sensibility.Currently,Chinese humanistic education in higher vocational institutions is deficient.The reason is mainly as follows:blurry school running concept leads to the deviation of cultivation objective;utilitarian value orientation affects the nurturance of students' humanistic makings;indefinite school running positioning leads to weak pertinence of humanistic education.To strengthen humanistic education is the essential embodiment of school running concept of higher vocational institutions and the proper choice of school running objective.Therefore,we should re-construct the humanistic spirit in higher vocational institutions,establish the school running concept which integrates scientific education with humanistic education,build and perfect professional humanistic educational system and operational mechanism,and explore the new way of humanistic education in higher vocational institutions

北疆矿产资源开发与可持续发展的环境问题研究

在新疆矿产资源开发过程中，存在着较为严重的环境污染、生态破坏、资源浪费和国有资产流失问题，而且生态破坏和国有资产流失问题比环境污染问题更为严重。课题首次对额尔齐斯河流域金矿和稀有金属矿的氰化物、汞和放射性污染问题进行了较为系统的定量研究，国内外首次对自然生态环境中氰化物的自然讲解规律进行了定量研究和模式研究。为根据氰化物的环境容量，制定防灾措施和环境保护标准提供了依据，提出了矿业活动中防止氰化物、汞和放射性污染的具体技术和管理建议，提出了整治额尔齐斯河流域生态环境的建议，提出了改革矿业体制，实现矿业可持续发展的政策性建议。 成果类别： 基础理
