    Image retargeting through fusion of contour and region information

    图像显示适应面临展示面积受限、长宽比不固定等问题,已经成为多媒体领域的研究热点之一。关键是收缩后能够凸显图像重要区域,保持连续,避免扭曲。提出了一种基于区域轮廓能量的图像显示适应算法,通过对图像的视觉显著度分析,得到符合人类视觉的图像区域轮廓能量分布图。这样,在缩放过程中,删除或复制表示非敏感内容的低能量线,并且在显示图像内容的同时突出图像中的显著区域。实验结果表明,该方法保持了图像中显著目标的原始比例,具有很好的抗畸变性能。Image retargeting techniques aim to adapt images to the target screens with different sizes and aspect ratios.This has been one of the hot topics in multimedia research.Its key is to highlight important areas,keep continuity and avoid twists.This paper presents a novel image retargeting method.Based on human visual attention,energy map and sensitivity energy maps are calculated by salient region features and weighted contour features,respectively.Thus,in the process of scaling these low-energy lines of the non-important content are deleted or inserted in order to avoid the important part of the image distortion.The experimental results show that the method has a good anti-distortion performance in the ranks of non-proportional scaling.教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(No.NCET-09-0126);河南省科技创新杰出青年基金项目;航空科学基金项目(No.20095155008);河南省高等学校青年骨干教师资助计划项目;郑州市科技局科技计划项目(No.10PTGG342-1

    Advances in the preparation and application of estradiol molecularly imprinted polymers

    The abuse and residues of estradiol environmental endocrine disruptors are very harmful to the organism and the environment,and estradiol is difficult to be detected owing to the low content and the complicated matrices interferences. Molecularly imprinted polymers ( MIPs) prepared by molecular imprinting technology have versatile advantages of the high selectivity, high stability and easy preparation. Consequently,MIPs have gained popularity in the analysis of hazardous targets at low levels in complicated matrices. Among MIPs,a number of studies based on E2-MIPs have been reported. Herein,related preparation methods and applications of E2-MIPs are reviewed since 2014-2018,focusing on free radical polymerization,sol-gel polymerization and the new surface imprinting methods for E2-MIPs,and their applications in sample pretreatment,sensor and membrane separation.Finally,the challenges and perspectives of E2-MIPs are proposed

    本课题从工程节水、农艺节水、管理节水三个方面,集成了农业高效节水、水肥盐调控、生态保护、监测与管理等关键技术,提出了干旱内陆河灌区农业节水技术集成体系与应用模式。提出了仅需根据水流推进过程确定土壤入渗参数和田面糙率系数的新方法,简化了地面灌溉设计。提出了根据土壤剖面含水率变化估算柽柳生长条件下潜水蒸发的理论方法与数学模型,为解决天然植被实际生态耗水问题提供了简易可行的方法
