    Fast boundary artifact reduction algorithm for image deconvolution

    基于频域的图像反卷积算法假设输入信号被周期延拓,但边界处的不连续会导致结果产生严重的振铃效应.为此,提出一种快速有效的边界效应抑制算法.首先在现 有基于图像延拓的算法的基础上,将延拓区域的定义简化为3种类型;然后提出一种具有对称系数的卷积金字塔滤波器组模型.基于这种模型,在某种特殊图像上针 对每种类型的区域各训练一组滤波器组系数,并将由此训练得到的滤波器组用于求解其他图像相应类型的延拓区域.实验结果表明,该算法避免了求解大型稀疏线性 方程组,在不影响图像反卷积精度的前提下,可将延拓区域的计算速度提高2个数量级以上,有效地抑制各种频域反卷积算法的振铃效应.Frequency domain image deconvolution algorithms assume the periodicity of the input signals. But the discontinuities appeared along image boundaries can cause severe ringing artifacts in the restored results. This paper presents a fast and effective boundary artifact reduction method. Inspired by previous expansion based algorithms, this paper firstly simplifies the definition of expansion regions into three types, and then proposes an improved convolution pyramid model with symmetric coefficients. Based on this model, it trains the filter coefficients for each type of region on some special images, before it can be applied to compute expansions for arbitrary images. Experimental results show that the proposed method can avoid solving huge sparse linear systems, and bring an acceleration of two orders of magnitude without sacrificing the accuracy of the deconvolution, while reducing the ringing artifact effectively for all Fourier domain deconvolution methods

    Differential gene expression profiles between the pituitaries of female and male half-smooth tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis)

    为研究半滑舌鳎雌雄个体大小和生长速度差异悬殊的分子机理,采集来自同一亲本、同一发育阶段的半滑舌鳎雄鱼和雌鱼脑垂体,分别与AffyMETrIX的斑马鱼基因芯片杂交,筛选差异表达基因。芯片杂交结果显示二者共有1 051个基因检测到明显的杂交信号,其中上调基因486个,下调基因561个。进一步比较雄鱼和雌鱼杂交信号的比值(rATIO值),有39个基因的rATIO值小于0.6或大于1.5,其中SH3gl1b、MEIS2.1、ACTA1、nOXA、SlC25A5这5种上调基因和COl1A2、klf7、ACTA2这3种下调基因可能与半滑舌鳎雌雄生长差异相关。这一结果为深入研究半滑舌鳎雌雄性别分化与生长调控机制提供了新思路。The half-smooth tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis) is an important marine flatfish with significant potential for aquaculture in China.This species exhibits a typical sexual dimorphism in which males grow sig-nificantly slower and smaller than females.Thus,there is little economic benefit to culturing males.To improve our understanding of this sex-associated dimorphic growth phenomenon,we screened differentially expressed genes from the pituitary tissues of female and male half-smooth tongue sole using the Affymetrix zebraf-ish microarray.A total of 486 genes were up-regulated and 561 genes were down-regulated.Based on standards for the relative strength of the difference(i.e.,a ratio of the male to female hybridization signals of >1.5 or <0.6),we identifed 39 differentially expressed genes,including meis2.1,col1a2,sh3gl1b,acta1,slc25a5,lf7,and acta2.Our results provide a foundation for investigating the molecular mechanisms controlling differential growth among the sexes.国家自然科学基金(30871913);山东省泰山学者工程专项(2009.032014.02

    文章对来自长白山5个地区的18个红松林样方进行考察,马尔柯夫链数学模型成功地应用于森林植被的演替分析,定义演替系数来表示森林植被的演替状态,根据转移概率矩阵更精确地计算其不动点向量,k(k=1,2,…,10)步转移周期的演替系数与红松所占比率都被计算出来,借此我们科学地评价日本侵略者对阔叶红松林的破坏程度.最后对阔叶红松林加强保护与管理提出意见
