    Clinical Value of Immune Fecal Occult Blood Test in Detecting Gastrointestinal Bleeding from Digestive Disease

    目的探讨免疫法粪便隐血试验在消化系统疾病患者出血评估的临床价值。方法回顾性分析厦门大学附属中山医院2009年1月—2010年6月住院的消化系统疾病患者免疫法粪便隐血检测结果,比较不同年龄、性别、疾病部位和疾病种类的阳性率差异。结果 1 500例消化系统疾病患者粪便隐血试验阳性率为35.3%(529/1 500),其中男性阳性率为37.6%(376/999),女性为30.5%(153/501),二者差异无统计学意义(χ2=7.37,P=0.07);大于70岁患者阳性率高于70岁以下,不同年龄组患者阳性率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.89,P=0.03);胃、结肠与直肠肿瘤患者粪便隐血试验阳性率分别为53.0%(70/132)、61.3%(38/62)和71.1%(32/45),与同组内其他非肿瘤疾病患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消化道外的胰腺和肝胆疾病患者粪便隐血试验阳性率达到20%左右。结论免疫法粪便隐血试验对于胃、结肠、直肠等消化道肿瘤具有一定的辅助诊断价值;对于评估胰腺、肝胆等消化道外疾病的消化道出血情况也有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of fecal occult blood test in detecting gastrointestinal bleeding from digestive disease.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the fecal occult blood test results of the inpatients with digestive diseases in Xiamen University affiliated Zhongshan Hospital between January 2009 and June 2010.Positive rates were compared among the groups by age,gender,disease location and disease type.Results The positive rate of fecal occult blood test among the 1 500 inpatients with digestive diseases was 35.3%.No significant difference was observed between male(37.6%,376/999) and female patients(30.5%,153/501)(χ2=7.37,P=0.07).The positive rate was higher among those above 70 years old than those below(χ2=13.89,P=0.03).The positive rates among patients with gastric tumor,colon tumor and rectal tumor were 53.0%(70/132),61.3%(38/62),and 71.1%(32/45),respectively,which were all significantly higher than those of the benign diseases of the same location(P<0.05).The positive rate was about 20% for diseases outside the digestive tract,including the pancreatic and hepatobiliary diseases.Conclusion The fecal occult blood test has significant value in assisting diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer,and can also be used for the evaluation of gastrointestinal bleeding in pancreatic and hepatobiliary diseases

    The effects of ocean acidification on marine organisms and ecosystem

    海洋酸化是CO2排放引起的另一重大环境问题.工业革命以来,海洋吸收了人类排放CO2总量的三分之一.目前,海洋每年吸收的量约为人类排放量的四分之一(即约每小时吸收100万吨以上的CO2),对缓解全球变暖起着重要的作用.然而,随着海洋吸收CO2量的增加,表层海水的碱性下降,引起海洋酸化.海洋酸化会引起海洋系统内一系列化学变化,从而影响到大多数海洋生物的生理、生长、繁殖、代谢与生存,可能最终导致海洋生态系统发生不可逆转的变化,影响海洋生态系统的平衡及对人类的服务功能.地球历史上曾多次发生过海洋酸化事件,伴随着生物种类的灭绝,其内在联系虽然不甚明确,却也可能暗示未来海洋酸化可能对海洋生态系统产生重大的影响.Ocean acidification is known as another global change problem caused by increasing atmospheric CO2.Since the industrial revolution, the oceans have absorbed more than one third of the anthropogenic CO2 released to the atmosphere, currently, at a rate of over 1 million tons per hour, totaling to about one quarter of all anthropogenic CO2 emissions annually.Uptake of CO2 by the ocean has played an important role in stabilizing climate by mitigating global warming.However, rising ocean carbon levels caused by the uptake of anthropogenic CO2 (acidic gas) leads to increased ocean acidity (reduced pH) and related changes in ocean carbonate chemistry, or "ocean acidification".Recent research has shown that ocean acidification affects the physiology, growth, survival, and reproduction of many, if not most marine organisms.Ultimately, future ocean acidification may lead to significant changes in many marine ecosystems, with consequential impact on ecosystem services to societies.Several ocean acidification events are known to have occurred during Earth’s history, each coinciding with high rates of species’ extinctions.Although the mechanisms involved in past massive species extinction associated with ocean acidification events, they certainly hint potential disastrous impacts on ecosystem functions in short future.中国科学院“百人计划”(2006-067); 国家自然科学基金(40872168)资

    秦美珠,华东理工大学人文科学研究院副教授,主要研究方向为西方马克思主义与女性主义理论。陈佳妍,华东理工大学人文科学研究院硕士研究生,主要研究方向为马克思主义哲学与女性主义理论。【中文摘要】《婚姻法司法解释三》的颁布引起强烈的社会反响,突显了法律与性别、契约与情感的关系问题。争论围绕房产归属的规定展开的,争论的关键问题是财产分割中是否要给女性以特殊保护。一味强调同一平等与差异平等都有局限性。本文对《婚姻法司法解释三》的财产个人化的本质及其对女性可能产生的影响进行解读分析。财产个人化体现了法律的契约精神、是社会发展的必然趋势,财产个人化将对女性产生双重影响,从短期看不利于女性,但从长期看将对女性产生积极的作用。基于长期形成的女性的弱势地位,必须给女性以特殊保护,但必须基于客观公正的价值取向。 【Abstract】The publication of the Marriage Law Judicial Interpretation (3) causes a heat discussion in the society,which manifests the relationship between law and gender, contract and affection. The controversy is about a rule of house property ownership. A key problem of the controversy is whether to give the female special protection or not in the division of property. It has limitation in emphasizing merely same equality or different equality. In this thesis, it will interpret the essence of the property personalization in the Marriage Law Judicial Interpretation (3) and then to analyze some effects to the female in the marriage. Property personalization is an inevitable development in the society and it shows a kind of contractual spirit in the law. Property personalization has dual influence to the female. In the short term, it has more disadvantaged to the female while it will have more positive functions in the long run.     Amplification and Sequence Analysis of VP1 Gene Fragment of Local Epidemic IBDV Isolates

    为了解鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)地方流行毒株在基因组B节段关键序列上的分子进化情况,通过反转录PCR(RT-PCR)技术对6个IBDV不同地方分离株的VP1基因中与病毒致病型相关的一个片段(1 518bp~1 997bp,共480bp)进行扩增,并对所获得的VP1 480bp片段进行核苷酸的序列测定,与IBDV参考株和常用疫苗株的相应序列进行比较分析和绘制遗传进化树。结果表明,6个分离株与参考株在VP1RNA聚合酶基序Ⅵ和基序Ⅶ上均保守,在特征性氨基酸位点上,3个广西分离株QX0604、WZ0704和NN0603与参考的vvIBDV相同,而分离株BH111(广西)、JS17(江苏)和HUN0804(湖南)则既具有vvIBDV的位点特征,又具有经典毒株特征,但不同毒株在不同位点上表现不同;在同源性分析上,JS17、BH111、QX0604、WZ0704和NN0603等5个毒株与参考用vvIBDV毒株的同源性较高,在核苷酸和氨基酸水平上分别为92.5%~100.0%和97.5%~100.0%,但与2个常用疫苗株和经典毒株的同源性仅分别为87.9%~90.0%和96.2%~96.9%,分离株HUN0804则与经典毒株和2个疫苗株更接近;在遗传进化树上,JS17和BH111等5个分离株与vvIBDV在一个分支上,亲缘关系更近,而HUN0804则与经典毒株和2个疫苗株在另一个大分支。表明不同分离株在VP1的功能基序上保持保守,但分离株在特征性氨基酸位点上则发生了变化,大多数分离株与常用疫苗株之间的同源性较低,亲缘关系较远。In order to look insight into the molecular evolution in B segment of different local epidemic infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV)isolates,the present study was carried out by amplification and sequencing of a fragment with 480bp(which is related to pathotype of IBDV)located in VP1gene(1 518bp-1 997bp)of IBDV by RT-PCR.The sequences of the epidemic IBDV isolates were compared with reference IBDV and commonly used vaccine strains,and the phylogenetic tree was established.The results showed that the motifⅥ and motifⅦ located in the VP1 480 bp region were highly conserved between the 6local epidemic IBDV isolates and reference IBDVs.The characteristic amino acid residues of isolates QX0604,WZ0704 and NN0603were conserved to vvIBDV,however,the other 3isolates showed mixed characteristic amino acid residues,some residues were conserved to vvIBDV,and some were conserved to classical IBDV.On the other hand,the five field isolates QX0604,WZ0704,NN0603,JS17 and BH111showed high homology to vvIBDV,with 92.5%-100.0% and 97.5%-100.0%in nucleotide and amino acid levels,respectively.They showed lower homology to the 2commonly used vaccine strains and reference classical IBDVs(87.9%-90.0%in nucleotide level,96.2%-96.9%in amino acid level).HUN0804 showed high homology to the 2commonly used vaccine strains and reference classical IBDVs.In the phylogenetic tree,the five isolates were grouped with vvIBDV strain,HUN0804 grouped with vaccine strains and reference classical IBDVs.These results suggested that local epidemic IBDVs were conserved in the functional motif of VP1,however,some of the characteristic amino acid residues were changed and most of the isolates showed low homology and genetic relationship to commonly used vaccine strains.广西自然科学基金项目(2014GXNSFDA118018); 广西高校科学技术研究项目(2013YB069,200809LX255); 南宁市科技攻关项目(20142079

    Unknown parental group effects on harvest body weight in the base population of Litopenaeus vannamei

    The whiteleg shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei, is an introduced species in China; the genetic relationship and genetic background among introduced populations in China are not clear. To analyze the effects of these unknown parent groups (UPG) in the basic population of L. vannamei, three populations with different growth rates and survival rates were collected as founder populations and were established as the base population by the diallel- cross design. Four models, namely, the Best Linear Unbiased Prediction based on Pedigree (pBLUP), the pBLUP with genetic groups (pBLUP-GG), the Single Step Genomic BLUP (ssGBLUP), and the ssGBLUP with Metafounders (ssGBLUP-MF), were used to estimate variance components for the body weight of the base population. The effects of UPG on genetic parameters and breeding value across the four models were compared and analyzed by cross validation. The results showed that the highest additive genetic variance (22.58 4.39) and heritability (0.91 0.10) were obtained using the pBLUP model. The pBLUP-GG, ssGBLUP, and ssGBLUP-MF models decreased additive genetic variance by 16.25%-61.20% and heritability by 15.38%-46.15% compared with that of the pBLUP model. The 5-fold cross validation for genotyped and ungenotyped individuals indicated that the accuracy of the pBLUP model was the lowest (0.64-0.68) of all estimates, and the accuracies of the other three models increased by 7.25%-10.53% compared with that of the pBLUP model. The prediction bias of the other three models decreased by 2.83%-7.56% compared with that of the pBLUP model (1.06-1.19). In conclusion, the models considering UPG effects could avoid the overestimation of additive genetic variance components for body weight in the basic population of L. vannamei

    基于多层膜的光学计算基本原理,模拟分析多结化合物太阳电池减反射膜的反射谱.模拟结果准确的反应了实际测量结果.以此为基础设计优化TiOx/A12O3/MgF2三层减反射膜,在GaInP/In0.01GaAs/Ge三结太阳电池上实现了减反射膜对子电池响应电流的精确调节,并得到了子电池电流匹配的GaInP/In0.01GaAs/Ge太阳电池,短路电流密度相比制备减反射膜前提升35.84%.The reflection spectrum of anti-reflection film for multi-junction compound solar cell was simulated and analyzed based on the optical calculation theory of multilayer film. The simulation results agreed well with actual measurement results. The triple layer reflection films, TiO2/AlO3/MgF2 films were designed and optimized, which realized precise adjustment of the response current in GaInP/In0.01 GaAs/Ge triple junction solar cells, GaInP/In0.01 GaAs/Ge triple junction solar cells with current match of sub-cells were obtained, its short circuit current density was improved by 35.84% than the J∝ of solar cell without the anti-reflection film.国家高技术研究发展(863)计划(2012AA051402
