    健康小鼠进食绣球菌对腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子α的影响

    测定健康小鼠进食绣球菌对腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响.SPF级Balb/C健康小鼠分组进食普通饲料、分别含绣球菌饲料、干品、浸汁饮水或其添加物组合、分别含酵母β-葡聚糖饲料、浸汁饮水或其添加物组合;进食一定时间后,分离腹腔巨噬细胞,使用含质量分数10%胎牛血清的RPMI1640培养液培养,TNF-α试剂盒检测上清液中的TNF-α质量浓度.结果表明,强化进食绣球菌组合(绣球菌饲料+干品+浸汁)的小鼠与对照组或酵母β-葡聚糖组合(酵母β-葡聚糖饲料+浸汁)小鼠相比,体质量不升反降;分离的腹腔巨噬细胞培养6 d,酶联免疫吸附测定技术检测上清液TNF-α,其质量浓度远高于其它两组.研究提示,强化绣球菌进食组合能够提高健康小鼠免疫力,并可能有利于控制体质量.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2013J01394);;吴阶平医学基金会临床科研项目(320.6750.15231);;空军军医大学国重开放课题(CBSKL201729);;福建省中医药大学校管课题(XB2015077

    平山野生动物实验场鹿场1993年3月至9月间,成年梅花鹿和马鹿、4月龄仔鹿先后发病。共计死亡34只。经流行病学调查、临床症状、病理剖检和细菌学检查,确诊本病系由坏死杆菌(Fusobacteriumnecrophorum)引起的坏死杆菌病。用大剂量青霉素、链霉素、氨基比林治疗效果良好,并有预防作用

    The anthropogenic aggravation of global climate change is an important environmental problem, and the imbalance between pCO_2 and dissolved oxygen in the ocean and eutrophication have aggravated the acidification and hypoxia of many coastal ecosystems. Rhopilema esculentum is one of the most important fishery resources in China, which has edible value and potential medicinal value. In this study, the physiological responses of the ephyrae of R. esculentum under the stress of ocean acidification and hypoxia and their circadian rhythm changes were evaluated: the ephyrae was exposed to two levels of pH(acidified pH 7.6;normal pH 8.1)and two dissolved oxygen(DO)levels(hypoxia 2 mg·L~(-1);normoxic 7 mg·L~(-1))for 7 days. The stress factors remained constant or fluctuating, and the bell diameter, pulsation rates and activities of acid-base balance, immunity and antioxidation related enzymes of ephyrae were measured. The results showed that the ocean acidification and hypoxia affected the physiological metabolism, growth and development of R. esculentum ephyrae in different degrees, and there was a partial antagonism between acidification and hypoxia.     纳米硅薄膜光学性质的测定与研究

    通过测定纳米硅薄膜的透射谱,建立计算模型计算得出薄膜样品的折射率、厚度、吸收系数和光能隙.计算结果表明这种半导体材料在620 nm波长附近的折射率约为3.4,计算得到的厚度与用台阶仪测量的结果吻合很好.在620 nm波长附近的吸收系数介于吸收系数较小的晶体硅与吸收系数较大的非晶硅之间,光能隙约为1.6 eV,两者都随晶态含量增大而呈减小趋势

    通过PECVD法制备了纳米硅薄膜(nc-Si:H),采用Raman散射谱,AFM对样品的结构和形貌进行了测试,并测试了样品的室温电导率。结果表明:制备出的纳米硅薄膜,其电导率达到4.9S·cm-1。另外制备了本征nc-Si:H膜作缓冲层,结构为ITO/n+-nc-Si:H/i-nc-Si:H/p-c-Si/Ag的PIN型太阳能电池,其Voc达到534.7mV,Isc达到49.24mA(3cm2),填充因子FF为0.4228
