    Correlation between Outdoor-exposure and Indoor-accelerated Ageing Test for Epoxy Coating

    通过室外海洋大气暴晒和室内紫外线照射对环氧涂层进行了老化试验,并运用光泽、颜色、粉化率、SEM以及电化学多重动电位扫描(MCPDP)等手段测试了涂层在室外大气暴晒和室内紫外加速老化下的表面形貌和对金属保护性能的变化,初步探讨室外海洋大气暴晒和室内紫外人工老化试验的相关性。发现对于环氧涂层室内紫外人工老化降解的效果强于室外海洋大气天然老化,基于光泽测试的加速因子约为5;基于颜色和粉化率测试的加速因子都大于12。The outdoor-exposure test and indoor-accelerated ageing test were carried out,and a series of performance evaluations such as gloss,color,the degree of chalking,SEM and MCPDP were applied to test the transformation of the surface topography and protection properties of epoxy anticorrosion paint.The correlation between indoor-accelerated ageing test and outdoor-exposure test was discussed preliminary.It indicates that the results of degradation in the indoor-accelerated ageing test are greater than those in the outdoor-exposure test,the accelerating factor according gloss is about 5 and the accelerating factors according color and the degree of chalking are above 12

    通过人工加速老化(氙灯老化法)对聚氨酯面漆分8个周期进行老化实验,并利用FT-IR、光泽仪、交流阻抗等测试方法对老化的涂层进行分析表征,评价涂层的老化行为,并探讨涂层老化的原因。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,涂层表面光泽度不断下降,涂层的耐腐蚀性能下降,聚合物化学键被破坏,造成涂层树脂不断降解引起老化。The polyurethane top finishes are tested of artificial weathering (Xenon lamp) for 8 cycles and characterized by use of FT-IR, glossmeter and AC impedance tester. The weathering performance of coatings films are evaluated and causes of weathering of films are discussed. It has shown that with ongoing of weathering time, gloss of films reduced, corrosion protection property become poorer, polymer chains destroyed, causing degradation of coatings resins and weathering

    涂料在天然曝晒的条件下进行老化,需要很长的时间,不能快速比较其性能优劣,采用人工加速老化试验(氙灯老化法)对丙烯酸磁漆和聚氨酯面漆分6个周期(1周期:200hUV和50h盐雾)进行老化,用FTIR,SEM和光泽仪对老化的涂层进行分析表征,用交流阻抗(EIS)法来测试两种涂层抗渗水性能的强弱。结果表明,聚氨酯面漆抗紫外线的能力要比丙烯酸磁漆强;聚氨酯面漆的抗渗水性能强于丙烯酸磁漆。聚氨酯的综合性能强于丙烯酸磁漆。It needs a lot of time to examine the aging behavior of coatings under natural exposure condition, which makes it impossible to compare the performance of various coatings rapidly. Thus an artificially accelerated aging test was developed to evaluate the aging behavior of acrylic acid paint enamel and polyurethane top coating using a xenon lamp as the irradiation source. The acrylic acid paint enamel and polyurethane top coating were therefore aged by irradiating with ultraviolet for 200 h plus salt spraying for 50 h up to a total test cycle of six. The aged coatings were characterized using a Fourier transformation infrared spectroscope, a scanning electron microscope, and a luster device. The resistance to water infiltration of the two coatings was evaluated using EIS. Results showed that the polyurethane coating had better UV resistance and waterinfiltration resistance than the acrylic acid paint enamel.厦门市重点科技项目(3502Z20021087

    Study of the Simulation of Marine Atmospheric Exposure with Lab Accelerated Test of Marine Coating Systems

    通过两年海洋大气环境暴露试验、盐雾/紫外冷凝老化交替试验和氙灯老化试验,对比聚氨酯涂料、丙烯酸涂料涂层的色差和失光率,研究了3种试验对涂层表观性能的影响,发现紫外/冷凝老化加速试验对海洋大气暴露试验有很好的模拟性。The simulation of marine atmospheric exposure with lab accelerated test was studied.The lab accelerated test methods were UV-condensation and salt-fog alternant test and Xenon-Arc exposure test.The marine coating systems based on polyurethane and acrylic were compared in color difference and rate of losing gloss.The result showed that UV-condensation and salt-fog alternant test can better simulate the marine atmospheric environment than the Xenon-Arc exposure test

    华北地区主要灌丛群落物种组成及系统发育结构特征

    灌丛在中国北方广泛分布,研究其物种组成特征及构建机制对植被恢复有重要意义。群落系统发育结构能有效反映群落组成的生态过程,对揭示群落构建机制具有重要作用。该研究利用华北地区自然植物群落资源综合考察数据库的灌丛数据,分析了中国华北地区主要灌丛群落的分布情况、物种组成及其系统发育结构特征。同时,结合WorldClim数据库中的气候因子利用逐步回归和一般线性模型分析了气温和降水对灌丛不同垂直结构层物种系统发育结构特征的影响。经统计,共调查木本植物75科207属570种;草本植物99科491属1 221种。按植被型和群系类型分类后,共有5种植被型, 195个群系,其中分布最多的群系类型为虎榛子(Ostryopsis davidiana)灌丛、荆条(Vitex negundo var. heterophylla)灌丛、荆条+酸枣(Ziziphus jujuba)灌丛和沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)灌丛。整体上,草本层的物种丰富度高于灌木层。草本层的系统发育结构表现为发散模式,而灌木层的系统发育结构表现为聚集模式,且不同植被型灌丛的系统发育结构不同。气候因子的变化对灌木层和草本层系统发育结构都表现出了明显的影响,但对灌木层的影响要强于对草本层的影响,且气候因子和植被型、群系类型都有明显的交互作用。分析结果表明,区域尺度上气温和降水的变化会影响灌丛群落不同结构层的系统发育结构特征,且对不同的植被型和群系类型的影响不同

    采用光泽-色泽仪、涂膜粉化率测定仪、fdIr,SEM及AfM等现代测试分析手段,对海洋大气区7种常用舰船涂料体系在实际海洋环境暴露试验以及室内人工加速老化及腐蚀试验前后的涂层性能变化进行了对比分析,并结合厦门地区的气象环境谱探索了实验室加速试验与实际海洋大气暴露试验的相关性。Seven ship coating systems were exposed in marine atmospheric environment and accelerated weathering tests in lab.Some modern analyses,such as gloss and color measurement,coat chalk rating,precise thickness meter,FDIR,SEM,AFM were applied to characterize the properties of the coating systems.The results of performance change before and after exposure were compared.The weather environmental spectrum of Xiamen area was also combined for discussion of the correlation between marine environmental exposure tests and accelerated weathering tests in lab
