    Comparison of Luminous Efficiency of InGaN-based High-voltage LED with Traditional High Power LED

    主要从三个不同角度探究并分析了基于In gA n材料的高压lEd的发光效率优于传统大功率lEd的原因。为了保证实验结论的可靠性,文中所采用的实验样品具有相同的芯片尺寸和材料以及相同的封装结构。经过大量的实验证明,更均匀的电流分布和小芯片间隙的出光,使得高压lEd的发光效率优于传统大功率lEd。结果显示,在相同的1 W输入功率下,高压lEd的发光效率比传统大功率lEd高大约4.5%。The reasons of the luminous efficiency of In Ga N-based high-voltage light-emitting diode(HV-LED)better than that of traditional high power(THP) LED are researched and analyzed from three different aspects.Theexperimental sample with same chip size, material and package structure is adopted to ensure the reliability of ex-periment conclusions.Experiments show that the luminous efficiency of HV-LED is better than that of THP LED foruniformer current distribution and the light from the microchip gap.The results show that the luminous efficiency ofHV-LED is approximately 4.5% higher than that of THP-LED under 1 W input power.国家863项目(2013AA03A107); 福建省产学研重大科技项目(2013H6024); 福建省重点科技项目(2012H0039)资

    Design of a Temperature-Controlled Test System for Luminous Intensity Spatial Distribution Characteristics of High Power LED

    发光二极管(lEd)的光强空间分布特性决定了它能否满足特定场合的应用。大功率lEd由于发热量大,其绝对光强空间分布(lISd)的测试也必须在特定热沉温度下进行才能得到准确可靠的结果。设计了一个可对大功率lEd进行热沉温度控制且快速实现lISd自动测试的系统。该自动测试系统基于lEdgOn-100测角光度计及其高精度的二维旋转台,配合测试适配器、温度控制器、光度探头、kEITHlEy 2400源表和测试软件组成。测试软件基于dElPHI程序语言开发。在控温条件下,该lISd自动测试系统稳定可靠,测试时间大大缩短,测试结果实时直观。利用该自动测试系统对具有朗伯型和蝙蝠翼型两大lISd类型的lEd进行测试,获得它们的二维lISd和三维lISd。实验结果表明:随着热沉温度的增加,光强绝对值下降,而相对lISd却不变。Characteristics of the luminous intensity spatial distribution(LISD) of light emitting diodes(LEDs) are capable of determining whether these devices can be applied on specific occasions.The absolute LISD of high power LED can be accurately measured only when LED is fixed at a specific heat- sink temperature because of the LED′s large heat-generating capacity.In this study, an automatic test system based on LEDGON-100 goniophotometer and the meter′s high-precision two-dimensional(2D) revolving platform, is designed.In addition, it comprises of a test adapter, a temperature controller, a photometer head, a Keithley 2400 source meter, and an in-house-developed software package.This assembly can both control heat-sink temperatures and measure the LISD characteristics rapidly for high- power LEDs.The software is developed using Delphi programming language.The test system is stable and reliable.The test time is greatly reduced and measurements are instantly displayed.Two general types of LEDs, Lambertian type and batwing type, are measured by the system to obtain their 2D and three-dimensional(3D) LISDs.Experimental results show that the absolute luminous intensity decreases as the heat-sink temperature increases.However, the relative LISDs are the same under different heat-sink temperatures.国家自然科学基金(11104230); 福建省重大科技项目(2011H6025;2012H0039

    Raman Spectroscopic Study on Mechanism of Aluminum Triphosphate Pigment

    Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy Studies on Inhibitive Performance of Aluminum Triphosphate Pigment

    利用电化学阻抗谱研究了方解石及三聚磷酸铝环氧涂层的耐蚀性能 ,并提出了它们的作用机理 .结果表明 ,方解石只起体质颜料作用 ,不具备缓蚀性能 ;而三聚磷酸铝因在钢基表面作用形成致密的保护膜则表现出优良的缓蚀性能 .The epoxy coatings on A3 steel sheets containing calcite or aluminum triphosphate (AlTP), were investigated by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that calcite pigment is not an inhibitor, but an extender pigment, and that AlTP pigment can considerably enhance the protective performance of epoxy coating.     Study on the New Technique of Cu Micro-plating Based on Ceramics

    建立微机处理体系(包括线路、图形设计,光照点选择及活化处理等)与化学镀铜相结合的微细镀覆新技术.该技术可在Al2O3基底上获得性能良好的Cu镀层,其布线速率达 50mm/s,线分辨率 35μm,工艺简便,条件温和,为陶瓷微细镀覆开辟了新途径.By combing the computer processing system (including the design of the line and the pattern, the choice of the scanning area and the treatment of the activation) with the electroless-plating technology, this article provides a new approach for the micro-plating based on the ceramics. The copper film based on ceramics with good properties can be obtained under the mild operating conditions. The line resolution is 35 μm and the wiring speed is 50 mm/s.     本文提出一种新的化学镀铜工艺,与激光微细刻蚀技术相结合可在Al2O3基底上实现无敏化活化化学镀铜,获得光亮致密、分辨率较高(40μm),导电性良好的化学镀层.The purpose of this article is to provide a new technology of electroless copper plating without palladium activation steps. By combining the technology of laser micro-etching with the new copper-plating bath, copper plating on ceramics was obtained. The experimental results showed that the solution used for copper electroless plating was stable and the copper coating obtained was bright,dense with good electrical conductivity.The line definition was about 40 μm.     Study on the New Type Fe_3O_4 composite Anode

    制备超细Fe3O4颗粒,然后与还原铁粉混合烧结制成Fe3O4-Fe复合阳极,分别进行析氯电位、循环伏安和强化电解寿命等实验测试,优化该复合阳极的最佳烧结温度和最佳Fe含量,为实用型Fe3O4-Fe复合阳极的制作提供了可行性依据.An ultrafine powder of magnetite has been prepared, and used to prepare the composite anode of Fe_(3)O_(4)-Fe by sintering method. The voltage of chlorine evolution、polarization curves、service life and mass loss, and the optimum sintering temperature and the weight ratio of the sintered powder have been investigated.     应用EIS研究了A3钢在不同 pH值的磷酸锌或三聚磷酸铝 3.5 %NaCl提取液中的腐蚀行为 .结果显示 ,相同条件下 ,A3钢的电阻值随溶液 pH值增加而增加 ,电容值则相反 .在磷酸锌3.5 %NaCl提取液中 ,因磷酸锌的溶解度太小 ,没有足够的量对金属基底A3钢进行有效的保护 .在 pH值为 6的三聚磷酸铝 3.5 %NaCl提取液中 ,A3钢表现出较明显的缓蚀现象 ,可能是因为三聚磷酸根离子与腐蚀产物Fe2 + 、Fe3+ 络合并在钢表面形成了一层致密的保护膜 ,从而有效地阻止了腐蚀介质的进一步入侵 .防蚀颜料的溶解度大小是决定它的缓蚀性能优劣的重要因素之一The corrosion behaviors of A3 steel in different pH, 3.5%NaCl, modified zinc phosphate and aluminum triphosphate extract solutions have been studied by EIS. Results show:(a) The resistance increases with the increase of pH value under the same circumstances, but the capacity is the reverse.(b) Zinc phosphate, because of its low solubility, shows no inhibitive performance for A3 steel in 3.5% NaCl extract solutions. (c) Aluminum triphosphate has good inhibitive performance for A3 steel in 3.5% NaCl extract solutions at a pH of 6, probably because the triphosphate ion can complex with the corrosion_product, such as ferric and ferrous ions, and form a compact protective film that separates effectively the steel substrate from the aggressive media at the steel surface.     利用交流阻抗技术快速评价人工破损涂层的性能 ,并探讨颜料的防锈作用机理Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) was applied to rapidly evaluate the performance of organic coatings and the characterization of the protective properties of anticorrosive pigments in the presence of artificial defect in organic coatings.     测量了1 9F + 93Nb耗散反应产物的激发函数与角分布 .从角分布的斜率提取的该反应系统的平均寿命在对称性较大的入射系统中反映了系统中耗散产物的特征时间 ;通过能量自关联函数方法从激发函数提取的反应时间不论在对称的还是在非对称的入射系统中都反映了耗散产物的特征时间 .能量自关联函数还可以给出双核系统的转动角速度以及表征转动阻尼的退相干宽度 ,更好地描述双核系统随时间的整个演化过程
