    香豆素-半花菁-苯硼酸对唾液酸的识别与光学传感

    以共轭连接的香豆素和半花菁为信号报告基团,以苯硼酸为识别基团,设计合成了一种对唾液酸具有选择性识别的比色型荧光传感分子,命名为CHB,并采用吸收和荧光光谱方法研究其对唾液酸(N-乙酰神经氨酸)及其他糖类分子(如葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽三糖等)的响应.结果表明,CHB仅对N-乙酰神经氨酸表现出显著的吸收和荧光光谱响应,并通过高分辨质谱研究证实二者以1∶1计量比通过共价作用结合形成复合物.N-乙酰神经氨酸与苯硼酸的共价作用和静电作用共同影响了香豆素-半花菁共轭体系的分子内电荷转移,从而引起显著的溶液颜色变化和高选择性的光谱响应,因此CHB可用于N-乙酰神经氨酸的可视化检测.国家自然科学基金(21435003,91427304,21521004,J1310024

    记述了南海北部近海水螅虫总纲4新种和2新纪录,即自育水母纲的顶胃穴水母SMInTHEA APICIgASTrICA Xu,HuAngET du,SP.nOV.,水螅水母纲的距拟双手水母COdOnOrCHIS CAlCArIfOrMIS Xu,HuAngET guO,SP.nOV.,南海多管水母AEQuOrEA nAnHAInEnSIS Xu,HuAngET du,SP.nOV.,四手多管水母AEQuOrEA TETrAnEMA Xu,HuAngET du,SP.nOV.,深水拟单手水母PArAgOTOEA bATHybIA krAMP,1942和母螅镰螅水母zAnClEA MEduSOPOlyPATA bOErO,bOuIllOnET grAVIlI,2000。并讨论了新种与近缘种的区别,模式标本保存在中国水产科学研究院南海水产研究所。Four new species and two new records Sminthea apicigastrica Xu, Huang et Du, sp.nov., Codonorchis calcariformis Xu, Huang et Guo, sp.nov., Aequorea nanhainensis Xu, Huang et Du, sp.nov., A.tetranema Xu, Huang et Du, sp.nov., Paragotoea bathybia Kramp, 1942 and Zanclea medusopolypata Boreo, Bouillon et Gravili, 2000, are described in this paper.The types are deposited in the South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Science.Sminthea apicigastrica Xu, Huang et Du, sp.nov.(Figs.1-3, 11-13)Until only one species is known in genus Sminthea Gegenbaur, 1857.This new species is distinguished from Sminthea eurygaster Gegenbaur, 1857 by: 1) umbrella conical bell-shaped, with a high and round apical projection; 2) manubrium short, about 2/3 the length within subumbrellar cavity of apical projection; 3) 8 perradial tentacles are each flanked by a pair of gelatinous papillae.Holotype (SN001), Northern of South China Sea E8 Station (21°48′N, 116°53′E) , depth 145m, 18 Oct.2006, HUANG Zi-Rong (SFR).Paratype (SN002), Northern of South China Sea Station C9 Station (20°13′N, 114°51′E), depth 183m, 16 Oct.2006, HUANG Zi-Rong (SFR).Etymology.Apicigastrica, Latin.means apical gaster.The species name refers to position of manubrium within subumbrellar cavity of apical projection.Codonorchis calcariformis Xu, Huang et Guo, sp.nov.(Figs.4, 14-15)At present time, 3 species are known in genus Codonorchis Haeckel, 1879.This new species is closed to Codonorchis nanhainensis Xu, Huang et Guo, 2008, but differs from them by: 1)adradial gonads elliptical-shaped, about 2/3 the length of manubrium; 2) 4 perradial marginal bulbs all with a short abaxial spur and ocelli; 3) without club-shaped tentaclae between perradial marginal bulbs (Table 1).Holotype (SN003), Northern of South China Sea C9 Station (20°13′N, 114°51′E) , depth 183m, 16 Oct.2006, HUANG Zi-Rong (SFR).Paratype (SN004), Taiwan Strait JC-NH 527 Station (22°01′N,115°45′E), depth 83 m, 13 Dec.2007, WANG Yan-Guo (SOA).Etymology.From Latin.calcariformis, means spur-like, referring to the abaxial spur on the perradial marginal bulbs.Aequorea nanhainensis Xu, Huang et Du, sp.nov.(Figs.7-8, 18-19)Aequorea Peron et Lesueur, 1810 is a genus of Aequoreidae comprising 18 valid species.This new species can be easily distinguished from other members of Aequorea by the tentacular bulbs with an abaxial keel.Among the two species known with an abaxial keel on the tentacular bulbs, but this new species mostly resemble A.macrodactyla (Brandt, 1834) in lacking black pigmented patch on abaxial keel, the former differs from the latter by: 1) radial canals less than the number of mouth lips; 2) with 41 marginal tentacles, without excretory papillae; 3) with 3 marginal bulbs between tentacles; 4) with 2 statocysts between radial canals (Table 2).Holotype (SN005), Northern of South China Sea A5 Station (20°23′N, 111°16′E) , depth 57m, 1 Sep.2007, HUANG Zi-Rong (SFR).Etymology.From Latin.nanhainensis, means South China Sea, referring to the first collected from northern of South China Sea.Aequorea tetranema Xu, Huang et Du, sp.nov.(Figs.9-10, 20)This new species is distinguished from other members of Aequorea by the gonads no more than half as long as radial canals, only in distal of radial canals, which is closed to Aequorea australis Uchida, 1947, the former differs from the latter by: 1) the former umbrella lens-shaped, jelly very thick, but latter umbrella lower than a hemisphere, jelly rather thin; 2) the former gonads oval-shaped, extending along distal 1/4-1/3 of radial canals, but latter gonad linear, along distal 1/2 of radial canals; 3) the former four large tentacles with very large, almost globular bulbs, without excretory papillae, but latter 16-40 marginal tentacles and small bulbs with distinct excretory papillae; 4) the former 16 radial canals of different sizes, but latter 16-50 radial canals of equal sizes; 5) the former 4-5 statocysts between tentacles, but latter one statocyst between tentacles.Holotype (SN006), Northern of South China Sea A9 Station (19°16′N, 112°18′E), depth 179 m, 12 Oct.2006, HUANG Zi-Rong (SFR).Etymology.From Latin.tetranema, means four tentacles, referring to the four large tentacles.农业部近海渔业资源调查资助项目(070404

    一、该项目针对农业生产中食品安全和环境污染问题,开展了S-诱抗素、新奥霉素、壳寡糖、棉铃虫病毒杀虫剂与昆虫病原线虫生物制剂、功能性堆肥及其浸提液工业化生产等的试验和示范,立项准确,针对性强,意义重大。 二、项目研究出S-诱抗素等生物制剂及其生产工艺、工厂化技术;研究开发出昆虫病原线虫活体繁殖技术,实现了工厂化生产;研究开发了两种功能性堆肥及浸提液,提出了“功能性堆肥+秸秆生物反应堆+堆肥浸提液+S-诱抗素等生物制剂”健康、安全设施蔬菜生产模式;在宁夏实现了地上、地下,土壤、作物生物制剂联防技术体系,为低耗、高效、安全、健康农产品生产开辟了新途径。 三、在S-诱抗素、新奥霉素高产菌株的生产工艺,昆虫病原线虫活体繁殖工厂化生产方面取得了新突破;在S-诱抗素、新奥霉素、壳寡糖、棉铃虫病毒杀虫剂、功能性堆肥及其浸提液集成应用控制作物病虫害等方面有创新。研究成果达到了国内先进水平,S-诱抗素、新奥霉素高产菌株的生产工艺研究达到国际领先。 四、项目执行期间,在宁夏15个市县建立核心试验基地14个,示范推广点40个,累计推广面积17万亩,新增效益9600万元。获得发明专利4项,实用新型专利1项,制定地方标准5项,专著1部,发表论文19篇(其中SCI收录6篇)。培训农技人员300人次,农民4700多人次
